का.आ. 245(अ).— कें द्रीय सरकार, आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम, 1955 (1955 का 10) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग, भारत सरकार के आदेश असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड-3, उप-खण्ड (ii) में दिनांक 27 मई 2025 के का.आ.2359 (अ.) के माध्यम से निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात:

उक्त आदेश में, पैराग्राफ 2(i) को निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया जायगा

2(i) सभी राज्यों और संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों के लिए निम्नलिखित स्टॉक सीमाओं के साथ दिनांक 31 मार्च, 2026 तक की अवधि के लिए गेहं:

• व्यापारी/थोक विक्रे ता : 2000 मीट्रिक टन

• रिटेलर : प्रत्येक रिटेल आउटलेट के लिए 8 मीट्रिक टन

• बिग चेन रिटेलर: प्रत्येक रिटेल आउटलेट के लिए 8 मीट्रिक टन बशते अधिकतम मात्रा (कु ल दुकानों की संख्या का8 गुणा) मीट्रिक टन। यह अधिकतम स्टॉक होगा जो उनके सभी रिटेल आउटलेट और डिपो पर एक साथ रखा जा सकता है। • प्रोसेसर्स : मासिक स्थापित क्षमता के 60% मात्रा को अप्रैल 2026 तक के शेष महीनों से गुणा, के बराबर 350 GI/2026 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] उपयु र्क्त के अनुसार संबंधित विधिक इकाईयां, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग के पोर्टल (https://foodstock.dfpd.gov.in) पर स्टॉक की स्थिति की घोषणा करेंगी और यदि उनके पास धारित स्टॉक निर्धारित सीमा से अधिक है तो वे, इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से 15 दिनों के भीतर इसे निर्धारित स्टॉक सीमा तक लाएंगे। यह सुनितिि किया जाएगा कि इस विभाग के पोर्टल अर्थात् (https://foodstock.dfpd.gov.in) पर गेहं के स्टॉक की घोषणा और अद्यतन नियमित रूप से किए जाएंगे।

ORDER

New Delhi, the 16th January, 2026

S.O. 245(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the order of the Government of India in the Department of Food and Public Distribution published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part (II) Section-3, Sub Section(ii) vide S.O. 2359(E) dated 27th May 2025, namely:

In the said Order, Paragraph 2(i) shall be replaced as under:

2(i) Wheat for a period up to 31st March 2026 with following stock limits for all States and Union Territories:

• Traders/Wholesaler: 2000 MT

• Retailer: 8 MT for each Retail outlet

• Big Chain Retailer: upto 8 MT for each retail outlet subject to maximum quantity of (8 multiplied by total no. of outlets) MT. This will be the maximum stock that can be held at all their retail outlets and depots put together

• Processors: 60% of Monthly Installed Capacity (MIC) multiplied by remaining months till April 2026.

Respective legal entities, as above, shall declare the stocks position on the portal (https://foodstock.dfpd.gov.in) of Department of Food and PD and in case the stocks held by them are higher than the prescribed limits, then they shall bring the same to the prescribed stock limits within 15 days of issue of this notification. It shall be ensured that Wheat stock is regularly declared and updated on the portal of this Department i.e. (https://foodstock.dfpd.gov.in).
