का.आ. 265(अ).— कें द्र सरकार, रेलवे अधिनियम 1989 की धारा 2 के खंड (37ए) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्वारा, "अरक्कोणम - रेनिगु ंटा तीसरी और चौथी लाइन" और "गुम्मिडिपूण्डी - गुडुर तीसरी और चौथी लाइन" को जन प्रयोजन हेतु राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना प्रदान करने के लिए आंध्र प्रदेशतिरुपति और चित्तूर जिले में भूमि अधिग्रहण हेतु आधिकारिक राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से एक विशेष रेलवे परियोजनाएँ के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है I

NOTIFICATION

Egmore, the 19th January, 2026

S.O. 265(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 the Central Government hereby notifies "Arakkonam – Renigunta 3rd and 4th line" and "Gummidipundi – Gudur 3rd and 4th line" as a Special Railway Projects for acquisition of land in the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Districts of Tirupathi and Chittoor for providing National Infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
