सिकं दराबाद, 13 जनवरी, 2026

का.आ. 264(अ).— रेलवे अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) की धारा 20A की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए (जिसे आगे उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है), कें द्र सरकार, इस तथ्य से संतुष्ट होने के पश्चात् कि सार्वजनिक उद्देश्य की र्पूर्त हेतु, वह भूमि, जिसका संक्षिप्त विवरण इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची में दिया गया है, विशेष रेलवे परियोजना, अर्थात् "दक्षिण मध्य रेलवे के गुडूर–विजयवाड़ा खंड के वेंकटाचलम यार्ड में किलोमीटर 158/6–8 पर स्थित समपार (एल.सी.)संख्या 107 के स्थान पर सड़क ऊपरी पुल का निर्माण" के निष्पादन के लिए आवश्यक है, एतद् द्वारा ऐसी भूमि का अधिग्रहण किए जाने की अपनी मंशा घोषित करती है।

कोई भी व्यक्ति, जो उक्त भूमि में रुचि रखता है, वह इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीस (30) दिनों की अवधि के भीतर, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20-D की उप-धारा (1) के अंतर्गत, उपयु र्क्त उद्देश्य के लिए उक्त भूमि के अधिग्रहण और उपयोग पर आपत्तियाँ प्रस्तुत कर सकता है।

(1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] प्रत्येक ऐसी आपत्ति भूमि अधिग्रहण हेतु सक्षम प्राधिकारी, अर्थात् राजस्व मंडल अधिकारी (भूमि अधिग्रहण), नेल्लोर, श्री पो ििश्रीरामुलु नेल्लोर जिला को लिखित रूप में प्रस्तुत की जाएगी तथा उसमें आपत्ति के आधार स्पष्ट रूप से अंकित किए जाएंगे। सक्षम प्राधिकारी, अर्थात् राजस्व मंडल अधिकारी (भूमि अधिग्रहण), नेल्लोर, श्री पो ििश्रीरामुलु नेल्लोर जिला आपत्ति करने वाले व्यक्ति को व्यक्तिगत रूप से अथवा कानूनी प्रैक्टिशनर के माध्यम से सुनवाई का अवसर प्रदान करेगा और सभी ऐसी आपत्तियों को सुनने के पश्चात् तथा भूमि अधिग्रहण के लिए भूमि अधिग्रहण हेतु सक्षम प्राधिकारी (CALA) द्वारा आवश्यक समझी जाने वाली किसी भी अतिरिक्त जाँच के उपरांत, आदेश द्वारा ऐसी आपत्तियों को स्वीकृ त अथवा अस्वीकृ त कर सकता है।

उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20(D) की उप-धारा (2) के अंतर्गत भूमि अर्जन हेतु सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा किया गया कोई भी आदेश अंतिम होगा।

इस अधिसूचना के अंतर्गत आने वाली भूमि की भूमि योजनाएँ एवं अन्य विवरण उपलब्ध हैं तथा इच्छु क व्यक्ति सक्षम प्राधिकारी (CALA) के उपयु र्क्त कार्यालय में उनका अवलोकन कर सकते हैं।

NOTIFICATION

Secunderabad, the 13th January, 2026

S.O. 264(E).— In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (herein after referred to as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for the execution of The Special Railway Project namely, "Construction of Road Over Bridge in Lieu of Level Crossing (LC) No. 107 at Km.158/6-8 at Venkatachalam Yard of Gudur – Vijayawada Section of South Central Railway" hereby declares its intension to acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of Section 20-D of the said Act.

Every such objection, shall be made to the Competent Authority for Land Acquisition(CALA), namely, Revenue Divisional Officer (land acquisition), Nellore, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District in writing and shall be set out the grounds there of and the Competent Authority and Revenue Divisional Officer (land acquisition), Nellore, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the Competent Authority for Land Acquisition(CALA) thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the Competent Authority for Land Acquisition under sub section (2) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be final.

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested persons at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority (CALA).
