सा.का.नि. 44(अ).— अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्रीय सरकार त्रिपुरा सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) नियमावली, 2016 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, नामत: -

1. (1) इन नियमों को भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) संशोधन नियमावली, 2026 कहा जा सके गा।

(2) ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) नियमावली, 2016 में: -

(क) तालिका में राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय वन सेवा के समय-मान से ऊपर के वेतन वाले पदों से संबन्धित अनुसूची II – क में, प्रथम कॉलम में आने वाली "त्रिपुरा" प्रविष्टि तथा दूसरे कॉलम में आने वाली तद्नुरूपी प्रविष्टि के लिए निम्नलिखित से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामत: -

(ख) समय-मान में वेतन के अतिरिक्त विशेष भत्ते वाले पदों सहित राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय वन सेवा के वरिष्ठ वेतनमान में वेतन वाले पदों से संबंधित अनुसूची-II ख में, त्रिपुरा के अधीन आने वाली प्रविष्टि के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामतः-

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th January, 2026

G.S.R. 44(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Tripura hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2016 namely:-

1. (i) These rules shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Amendment Rules, 2026.

(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette

2. In the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2016:-

(a) In Schedule II- A Posts carrying pay above the Time Scale in the Indian Forest Service under the State Governments, in the Table, for the entry "Tripura" appearing in the first column and the corresponding entry in the second column, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

(b) In Schedule-II B, Posts carrying pay in the Senior Scale of the Indian Forest Service under the State Governments including posts carrying special pay in addition to pay in the Time Scale for the entry Tripura, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
