का.आ. 274(अ).— कें द्रीय सरकार, रेलवे (अमेण्डमेंट) अधिनियम, 2008 की धारा 2 के खण्ड (37क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से, "न्यू फरक्का में गंगा नदी पर पुलस हित गुमानी से मालदा टाउन तीसरी और चौथी लाइन" परियोजना के भूमि अधिग्रहण हेतु झारखंड के साहिब गंज जिला में और पमिि बंगाल के र्मुर्शदाबाद एवं मालदा जिले में लोक प्रयोजन के लिए राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना उपबंधित कराने हेतु बिशेष रेल परियोजना के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है।

S.O. 274(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008 the Central Government hereby notifies "Gumani to Malda Town 3rd& 4thLine including bridge over river Ganga at New Farakka" asa Special Railway Projectfor acquisition of landin Sahibganj District of Jharkhand and Murshidabad&Malda Districts of West Bengal, for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
