का.आ. 304(अ).—के न्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग-57 पर ताके रा के पुर्ननर्र्माण कि.मी 184.200 और चार लघु पुल किमी 189.400, 190.600, 191.400 और 193.200 किमी तक पेव्ड शोल्डर के साथ दो लेन में उन्नयन हेतु उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में क्रमशः उल्लिखित राज्य, जिलों, तालुकों और गावों से सम्बन्धित उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (3) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विर्निर्दष्ट भूमि के सम्बन्ध में अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत सक्षम अधिकारियों के कृ त्यों का निष्पादन करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अनुसूची उड़ीसा राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या-NH57 पर ताके रा के पुर्ननर्र्माण कि.मी 184.200 और चार लघु पुल किमी

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th January, 2026
S.O. 304(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for upgradation to 2 laning with paved shoulders of Reconstruction of Bridges Major Bridge at Takera at km. 184.200 and four Minor Bridges at km 189.400, 190.600, 191.400 and 193.200 on NH-57 in the State of ODISHA.
