का.आ. 5008(अ).— रेल अधिनियम 1989 (24 ऑफ 1989) (जिसे इसके बाद उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 20 ए की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार (रेल मंत्रालय, दक्षिण पमिि रेलवे, निर्माण संगठन, बेंगलुरु छावनी) इस बात से संतुष्ट होने के बाद कि सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन के लिए, संलग्न अनुसूची में दिए गए संक्षिप्त विवरण वाली भूमि, विशेष रेलवे परियोजना, अर्थात् "कर्नाटक राज्य के चिक्कमगलूर जिले के कडूर और अज्जमपुरा तालुक के नागवंगला- अज्जमपुरा (तुमकु र-हुबली) रेलवे स्टेशनों के बीच कि.मी. 228/200-300 पर समपार फाटक संख्या 138 के स्थान पर आरओबी का निर्माण" के निष्पादन के लिए आवश्यक है, एतद्द्वारा ऐसी भूमि के अधिग्रहण की अपनी मंशा की घोषित करती है।

उक्त भूमि में रुचि रखने वाला कोई भी व्यक्ति, आधिकारिक राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से तीस दिनों के भीतर, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20डी की उपधारा (1) के तहत उपयु र्क्त प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसी भूमि के अधिग्रहण और उपयोग पर आपत्ति उठा सकता है।

कडूर और अज्जमपुरा तालुक, चिक्कमगलूर जिले के नागवंगला- अज्जमपुरा रेलवे स्टेशनों के बीच कि.मी. 228/200- 300 पर समपार फाटक संख्या 138 के स्थान पर आर ओ बी के निर्माण के संबंध में प्रत्येक ऐसी आपत्ति सक्षम प्राधिकारी, अर्थात् सहायक आयुक्त, तारिके रे और मध्यस्थ, अर्थात् क्षेत्रीय आयुक्त, मैसूरु को लिखित रूप में दी जाएगी और उसमें आपत्ति के कारण बताए जाएंगे। सक्षम प्राधिकारी आपत्ति पर सुनवाई का अवसर देगा, या तो स्वयं या किसी कानूनी सलाहकार के माध्यम से, और ऐसी सभी आपत्तियों पर सुनवाई करने के बाद और यदि आवश्यक हो तो सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा आवश्यक समझी जाने वाली आगे की जांच करने के बाद, आदेश द्वारा आपत्तियों को स्वीकार या अस्वीकार कर सकता है।

उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20 डी की उपधारा (2) के तहत सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा दिया गया कोई भी आदेश अंतिम होगा।

इस अधिसूचना के अंतर्गत आने वाली भूमि के भू-मानचित्र और अन्य विवरण उपलब्ध हैं और इच्छु क व्यक्ति इन्हें सक्षम प्राधिकारी, अर्थात् सहायक आयुक्त, तारिके रे के उपयु र्क्त कार्यालय में देख सकते हैं।

कर्नाटक राज्य के चिक्कमगलूर जिले के कडूर और अज्जमपुरा तालुक में नागवंगला-अजमपुरा रेलवे स्टेशनों के बीच कि.मी. 228/200-300 पर समपार फाटक संख्या 138 के स्थान पर आर ओ बी के निर्माण की प्रस्तावित विशेष रेलवे परियोजना के अंतर्गत अधिग्रहित की जाने वाली भूमि का संक्षिप्त विवरण जिसमें संरचना सहित या बिना संरचना के भूमि शामिल हो

सकती है।

NOTIFICATION

Bengaluru, the 9th September, 2026

S.O. 5008(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20 A of the Railway. Act 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government (Ministry of Railway, South Western Railway, Construction Organization, Bengaluru Cantonment) after being satisfied that for the public purpose the land the brief description of which has been given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for the execution of the special Railway Project viz, "Construction of ROB in lieu of LC No.138 at Railway Km 228/200-300 between Nagavangala- Ajjampura (Tumkur-Hubli) Railway Stations of Kadur and Ajjampura Taluk, Chikkamaglur District" in the state of KARNATAKA, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land:

Any person interested in the said land may, within Thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act

Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority viz., Assistant Commissioner, Tarikere and Arbitrator viz., Regional Commissioner, Mysuru for Construction of ROB in lieu of LC No.138 at Railway Km 228/200- 300 between Nagavangala-Ajjampura Railway Stations of Kadur and Ajjampura Taluk, Chikkamaglur District in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objection an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections:

Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of section 20 D of the said Act shall be final:

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority viz., Assistant Commissioner Tarikere.

Brief description of the land to be acquired with or without structure falling within the proposed Special Railway Project of Construction of ROB in lieu of LC No. 138 at Railway Km 228/200-300 between Nagavangala Ajjampura Railway Stations of Kadur and Ajjampura Taluk, Chikkamaglur District in the state of Karnataka.
