का.आ. 5005(अ).— कें द्रीय सिविल सेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण और अपील) नियमावली, 1965 के नियम 9 के उप-नियम (2), नियम 12 के उप-नियम (2) के खंड (बी) और नियम 24 के उप-नियम (1) के अनुसरण में, राष्ट्रपति एतद्द्वारा दिनांक 22 मई, 2013 के भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के परमाणु ऊर्जा विभाग के दिनांक 16 मई, 2013 के आदेश संख्या सा.आ.1317(ई) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्:-
उक्त आदेश में, शीर्षक "भाग-II - सामान्य कें द्रीय सेवा, समूह 'सी' " के तहत, क्रम संख्या 14 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएं, अर्थात् : -- 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]

S.O. 5005(E).— In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 9, clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule 12 and sub-rule (1) of rule 24 of the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, the President hereby makes the following further amendments in the Order of the Government of India, Department of Atomic Energy number S.O.1317(E), dated the 16th May, 2013, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 22nd May, 2013, namely:-
In the said Order, under the heading "Part-II - GENERAL CENTRAL SERVICE, GROUP 'C' ", for serial number 14 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: --
