का.आ. 5042(अ).— के न्रीय सरकार, खान और खनिज (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का 67) की धारा 22 और धारा 24 के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ (4) में उल्लिखित निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को, अधिनियम की पहली अनुसूची के भाग क में विर्निर्दष्ट कोयला और लिग्नाइट के संबंध में उक्त धाराओं में विर्निर्दष्ट प्रयोजनों के लिये उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ (3) में उपर्दर्शत क्षेत्रों में इन धाराओं में विर्निर्दष्ट सभी या किन्हीं शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने के लिए प्राधिकृ त करती है, अर्थात्: —

S.O. 5042(E).— In pursuance of the provisions of sections 22 and 24 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby authorises the following officers mentioned in column (4) of the Table below, to exercise all or any of the powers specified in that sections in the areas indicated in column (3) of the said Table, for the purposes specified in the said sections in respect of coal and lignite specified in Part A of the First Schedule to the said Act, namely: —
