फा. सं. आईआरडीएआई/ डीओपी/ 13/227/2026.—बीमा विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1999 (1999 का 41) की धारा 23 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, प्राधिकरण ने बीमा अधिनियम, 1938 / विनियमों/ दिशानिदेशों के अधीन अर्थदंड लगाने/ निदेशों के निगर्म के लिए अपनी शक्तियों का प्रत्यायोजन किया है।
प्राधिकरण द्वारा यथाअनुमोदित शक्तियों का प्रत्यायोजन निम्नानुसार हैः-

| शोधन-क्षमता र्मार्जन का अनुरक्षण नहीं करता तथा (घ) बीमा समझौतों संबंधी निदेशों का अनुपालन नहीं करता, जिससे अपेक्षित है कि वह इस प्रकार अधिनियम या उसके अधीन बनाये गये नियमों या विनियमों के अधीन करे, धारा 102 के अधीन अर्थदंड लगाने की शक्ति | ग.अध्यक्ष और एक पूर्णकालिक सदस्य का पैनल; अथवा घ. दो पूर्णकालिक सदस्यों का पैनल; ज ैसा कि उपयु र्क्त (क) से (घ) तक के लिए अध्यक्ष द्वारा निर्णय किया जा सकता है। | ||

टिप्पणीः बीमा अधिनियम, 1938 की धारा 34 के अधीन किसी भी अन्य विषय पर निदेश के निगर्म के लिए प्रत्यायोजन प्राधिकरण की 135वीं बैठक में लिये गये निर्णय के अनुसार अध्यक्ष के पास बना रहेगा।

F. No IRDAI/DoP/13/227/2026. —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 23 of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 1999 (41 of 1999), the Authority has delegated its powers for imposition of penalties/ issuance of directions under the Insurance Act, 1938/ the Regulations/ Guidelines.
The delegation of powers as approved by the Authority are as under:

A Whole Time Member; or c. Panel of Chairperson and one Whole Time Member; or d. Panel of two Whole Time Members; as may be decided by the Chairperson for (a) to (d) above. |

Note: Delegation for issuance of direction on any other matter under section 34 of the Insurance Act, 1938

Authority.
