का.आ. 5096(अ).— पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में प्रयोक्ता के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 50)(इसमें इसके बाद उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 2 के खंड (क) के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार एतदद्वारा, मध्य प्रदेश राज्य में मैसर्स गेल (इण्डिया) लिमिटेड की विजयपुर–बीना स्पर पाइप लाइन के लिए पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में प्रयोक्ता के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 के तहत श्री विकास कु मार आनंद, संयुक्त कलेक्टर, अशोक नगर, मध्य प्रदेश को अतिरिक्त प्रभार के आधार पर सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कायो का निर्वहन करने के लिये प्राधिकृ त करती है।

2. यह अधिसूचना इसके जारी होने की तिथि से प्रभावी होगी।

New Delhi, the 16th September, 2026

S.O. 5096(E).— In pursuance of clause (a) of section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby authorizes Shri Vikash Kumar Anand, Joint Collector, Ashok Nagar, Madhya Pradesh, to perform the functions of Competent Authority on additional charge basis under the Petroleum and Minerals pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 for Vijaipur–Bina Spur Line of M/s. GAIL (India) Limited in the state of Madhya Pradesh.

2. This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
