क्रम सं. सं.बी./51725/158/आरटीजी(एनडीए प्रविष्टि)/17(1)/2026-डीएमए (एजी-II):–– दिनांक 1 जुलाई, 2027 से प्रारंभ होने वाले राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी के सेना, नौसेना तथा वायुसेना स्कं धों के 158 वें पाठ्यक्रम तथा भारतीय नौसेना अकादमी (आईएनएसी) के 120वें पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश हेतु संघ लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा दिनांक 13 सितंबर, 2026 को आयोजित की जाने वाली प्रतियोगी परीक्षा, अर्थात् राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी एवं नौसेना अकादमी परीक्षा (II), 2026 की नियमावली प्रकाशित की जाती है।

परीक्षा के आयोजन की उपयु र्क्त तिथि आवश्यक होने पर आयोग के विवेकानुसार परिर्वर्तत की किया जा सकती है।

इस परीक्षा के परिणाम के आधार पर भरी जाने वाली रिक्तियों की अनुमानित संख्या निम्नानुसार होगी:—

नोट: मौजूदा और भविष्य के परिदृश्यों में सेना की परिचालन और प्रशासनिक आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए भारतीय सेना विभिन्न सेवाओं और प्रविष्टियों के लिए पुरुषों और महिलाओं हेतु अलग-अलग रिक्तियों को प्रकाशित करती है। हालांकि राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी/नौसेना अकादमी की सभी सेवाओं के लिए पुरुषों और महिलाओं की श्रेणियों की रिक्तियों को एक ही अधिसूचना के माध्यम से अधिसूचित किया जाता है और प्रशासनिक उद्देश्य के लिए समान लिखित परीक्षा के माध्यम से परीक्षण किया जाता है तथापि राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी/नौसेना अकादमी के पुरुष और महिलाएं अलग-अलग प्रविष्टियां हैं और इन दोनों श्रेणियों के लिए चयन अलग-अलग, लेकिन अधिसूचित रिक्तियों के अनुसार पूर्णतः लिंग के आधार पर किया जाता है। इन श्रेणियों के लिए राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी/नौसेना अकादमी में पुरुषों और महिलाओं के लिए लिखित परिणाम और अंतिम योग्यताक्रम सूचियां भी अधिसूचित रिक्तियों के अनुसार अलग से तैयार की जाएंगी।

आयोग के परीक्षा नोटिस में दी गई रिक्तियों की संख्या अनंतिम है तथा राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी और भारतीय नौसेना अकादमी की प्रशिक्षण क्षमता के आधार पर इनमें परिवर्तन किया जा सकता है।

उम्मीदवार द्वारा ऑनलाइन आवेदन में के वल उन्हीं सेवाओं के लिए वरीयता क्रम दर्शाना अनिवार्य होगा जिनके लिए वह आवंटन हेतु इच्छु क है। उम्मीदवार द्वारा अपने ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रपत्र में पहले से र्निर्दष्ट वरीयताओं में जोड़ने/परिवर्तन करने संबंधी किसी अनुरोध पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। वरीयता का क्रम निम्नानुसार 1 से 4 में इंगित किया जाएगा। सेवा आवंटन हेतु विचार करने के लिए उम्मीदवार द्वारा वरीयताक्रम में कम-से-कम एक विकल्प इंगित किया जाना अनिवार्य होगा।

2. पात्रता की शतें:

(क) राष्ट्रीयता: उम्मीदवार अविवाहित पुरुष/महिला हो और:

(i) भारत का नागरिक हो, या

(i) नेपाल का नागरिक हो, या

(iii) भारतीय मूल का व्यक्ति हो जो भारत में स्थायी रूप से बसने के इरादे से पाकिस्तान, बर्मा, श्रीलंका और पूर्वी अफ्रीकी देशों के न्या, युगांडा, संयुक्त गणराज्य तंजानिया, जाम्बिया, मलावी, जायरे और इथियोपिया या वियतनाम से आया हो।

बशते कि उपरोक्त श्रेणी (ii) और (iii) से संबंधित उम्मीदवार वह व्यक्ति होगा जिसके पक्ष में भारत सरकार द्वारा पात्रता प्रमाण पत्रजारी किया गया हो।

हालांकि, नेपाल के गोरखा उम्मीदवारों के मामले में पात्रता प्रमाण पत्रआवश्यक नहीं होगा।

(ख) आयु सीमा, लिंग और वैवाहिक स्थिति:

के वल ऐसे अविवाहित पुरुष/महिला उम्मीदवार पात्र हैं जिनका जन्म 01 जनवरी, 2008 से पहले और 01 जनवरी, 2011 के बाद न हुआ हो।

आयोग जन्म की वह तारीख स्वीकार करता है जो मैट्रिकु लेशन या माध्यमिक विद्यालय छोड़ने के प्रमाण पत्रया किसी भारतीय विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा मैट्रिकु लेशन के समकक्ष मान्यता प्राप्त प्रमाण पत्रमें या किसी विश्वविद्यालय में अनुरक्षित मैट्रिकु लेट्स के रजिस्टर से लिए गए उद्धरण में दर्ज की गई हो और यह उद्धरण विश्वविद्यालय के सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा प्रमाणित किया जाना चाहिए या माध्यमिक स्कू ल परीक्षा या समकक्ष परीक्षा प्रमाण पत्र में हो। आयु से संबंधित कोई अन्य दस्तावेज़ जैसे जन्मकु ं डली, शपथ-पत्र, नगर निगम और सेवा अभिलेख से प्राप्त जन्म संबंधी उद्धरण आदि स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे। अनुदेश के इस भाग में मैट्रिकु लेशन/माध्यमिक स्कू ल परीक्षा प्रमाण पत्रमें ऊपर उल्लिखित वैकल्पिक प्रमाण पत्रभी शामिल हैं।

टिप्पणी 1: उम्मीदवार यह ध्यान रखें कि आयोग उम्मीदवार की जन्म की उसी तारीख को स्वीकार करेगा जो कि आवेदन-प्रपत्र प्रस्तुत करने की तारीख को मैट्रिकु लेशन/ माध्यमिक स्कू ल परीक्षा प्रमाण पत्रया समकक्ष प्रमाणपत्र3 [भाग I—खण्ड III] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण में दर्ज है और इसके बाद उसमें परिवर्तन के किसी अनुरोध पर न तो विचार किया जाएगा और न उसे स्वीकार किया जाएगा।

टिप्पणी 2: उम्मीदवार यह भी नोट कर लें कि उनके द्वारा किसी परीक्षा में प्रवेश के लिए ऑन-लाइन आवेदन प्रपत्र में प्रस्तुत की गई जन्म की तारीख एक बार घोषित कर देने और आयोग द्वारा परीक्षा में प्रवेश के प्रयोजनार्थ उसे अपने अभिलेख में दर्ज कर लेने के बाद या बाद की किसी अन्य परीक्षा में उसमें परिवर्तन करने की अनुमति किसी भी आधार पर नहीं दी जाएगी।

टिप्पणी 3: उम्मीदवारों को ऑन-लाइन आवेदन प्रपत्र के संबंधित कॉलम में जन्म तिथि भरते समय उचित सावधानी बरतनी चाहिए। यदि बाद के किसी चरण में, जांच के दौरान उनके द्वारा भरी गई जन्म तिथि और उनके मैट्रिक या समकक्ष परीक्षा के प्रमाण पत्रमें दी गई जन्म तिथि में कोई भिन्नता पाई जाती है तो आयोग द्वारा इस नियमावली के अधीन उनके विरुद्ध अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

टिप्पणी 4: उम्मीदवार यह भी नोट कर लें कि राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी एवं नौसेना अकादमी परीक्षा में ऑन-लाइन आवेदन प्रपत्र को एक बार जमा कर देने के बाद किसी भी परिस्थिति में कोई भी जानकारी जोड़ने/हटाने/उसमें परिवर्तन करने की अनुमति नहीं होगी। तथापि आयोग उनके यूनिवर्सल पंजीकरण संख्या (यूआरएन) विवरण को अद्यतन या संशोधित करने के लिए उम्मीदवारों को एकबारगी सुविधा प्रदान करता है।

कृ पया नोट करें कि यूआरएन विवरण में किए गए कोई भी बदलाव पहले ही प्रस्तुत किए गए आवेदनों में प्रतिबिंबित नहीं होंगे। अद्यतन की गई जानकारी के वल उन आवेदनों पर लागू होगी जो उम्मीदवार ने अपेक्षित बदलाव करने और यूआरएन विवरण को सफलतापूर्वक री-लॉक करने के पश्चात प्रस्तुत किए हैं।

टिप्पणी 5: उम्मीदवारों को इस आशय का परिवचन देना होगा कि जब तक उनका प्रशिक्षण पूरा नहीं होगा तब तक वे विवाह नहीं करेंगे। जो उम्मीदवार अपने आवेदन की तारीख के बाद विवाह कर लेता/लेती है, उसे प्रशिक्षण के लिए चुना नहीं जाएगा, चाहे वह उस परीक्षा में या अगली किसी परीक्षा में सफल हुआ हो। जो उम्मीदवार प्रशिक्षण काल में विवाह करता है उसे वापस भेज दिया जाएगा और सरकार ने उस पर जो व्यय किया है वह उसे वापस करना होगा।

(ग) शैक्षिक योग्यता:

(i) राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी के थलसेना स्कं ध के लिए:- स्कू ल शिक्षा के 10+2 पैटर्न की 12वीं कक्षा उत्तीर्ण की हो या किसी राज्य शिक्षा बोर्ड अथवा विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा आयोजित समकक्ष परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की हो।

(ii) राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी के वायुसेना और नौसेना स्कं धों के लिए और भारतीय नौसेना अकादमी में 10+2 कै डेट प्रवेश योजना के लिए:—स्कू ल शिक्षा के 10+2 पैटर्न में भौतिकी, रसायन विज्ञान और गणित के साथ 12वीं कक्षा उत्तीर्ण की हो या किसी राज्य शिक्षा बोर्ड अथवा विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा आयोजित समकक्ष परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की हो।

जो उम्मीदवार स्कू ल शिक्षा के 10+2 पैटर्न के अन्तर्गत 12वीं कक्षा अथवा समकक्ष परीक्षा में बैठ रहे हैं, वे भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

ऐसे उम्मीदवार जो एसएसबी साक्षात्कार में अर्हता प्राप्त कर लेते हैं लेकिन एसएसबी साक्षात्कार के समय मैट्रिक/10 + 2 या समकक्ष प्रमाणपत्र मूल रूप में प्रस्तुत नहीं कर पाते, उन्हें विधिवत स्व-अनुप्रमाणित फोटोप्रति ''भर्ती महानिदेशालय, सेना मुख्यालय, वेस्ट ब्लॉक-III, आर. के . पुरम, नई दिल्ली-110066 को तथा नौसेना अकादमी के उम्मीदवारों के मामले में ''नौसेना मुख्यालय, डीएमपीआर, ओआई एण्ड आर अनुभाग, कमरा सं. 204, 'सी' स्कं ध, सेना भवन, नई दिल्ली– 110011" को 10 जून, 2027 तक अग्रेषित करनी होगी। ऐसा न करने पर उनकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी। अन्य ऐसे सभी उम्मीदवारों, जो अपने मैट्रिक और 10+2 उत्तीर्ण करने या समकक्ष प्रमाण पत्रमूल रूप में एसएसबी साक्षात्कार के समय प्रस्तुत कर चुके हैं तथा एसएसबी प्राधिकारियों द्वारा उनका सत्यापन करवा चुके हैं, को सेना मुख्यालय या नौसेना मुख्यालय, जैसा भी मामला हो, में इन्हें फिर से प्रस्तुत करना अपेक्षित नहीं है। जहां बोर्ड/विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा अभी तक प्रमाण पत्रजारी नहीं किए गए हों वहां शिक्षा संस्थाओं के प्राचार्य द्वारा दिये गये मूल प्रमाण पत्रभी स्वीकार्य होंगे, लेकिन ऐसे प्रमाण-पत्रों की प्रमाणित प्रतियां/फोटो प्रतियां स्वीकार्य नहीं होगी।

आपवादिक मामलों में आयोग किसी उम्मीदवार को इस नियम में निर्धारित किसी योग्यता से युक्त न होने पर भी शैक्षिक रूप से योग्य मान सकता है बशते उस उम्मीदवार के पास ऐसी योग्यताएं हों, जिनका स्तर आयोग के विचार से, उसे इस परीक्षा में प्रवेश देने के लिए उपयुक्त हो।

टिप्पणी 1: 11वीं कक्षा की परीक्षा में बैठने वाले उम्मीदवार इस परीक्षा के लिए पात्र नहीं हैं।

टिप्पणी 2: ऐसे उम्मीदवार, जिन्हें अभी 12वीं कक्षा या समकक्ष परीक्षा में अर्हता प्राप्त करनी है और जिन्हें संघ लोक सेवा आयोग ने परीक्षा में बैठने की अनुमति दे दी है, वे यह नोट कर लें कि उनको दी गई यह एक विशेष छू ट मात्र है। उन्हें 12वीं कक्षा या समकक्ष परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने का प्रमाण निर्धारित तारीख (अर्थात 10 जून, 2027) तक प्रस्तुत करना होगा और बोर्ड/ विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा परीक्षा देर से आयोजित किए जाने, परिणाम की घोषणा में विलंब या अन्य किसी कारण से इस तारीख को और आगे बढ़ाए जाने से संबधित किसी भी अनुरोध पर विचार नहीं किया जायेगा।

टिप्पणी 3: पंजीकरण और ऑन-लाइन आवेदन प्रपत्र:

जो उम्मीदवार राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी और नौसेना अकादमी परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन करने के इच्छु क हैं, उन्हें ऑन-लाइन आवेदन करने तथा, समान आवेदन प्रपत्र (सीएएफ) के साथ जन्म तिथि, शैक्षिक योग्यता आदि विभिन्न दावों के संबंध में आयोग द्वारा अपेक्षित जानकारी तथा सहायक दस्तावेज जमा करने होंगे। आवेदन प्रपत्र भरने के विस्तृत अनुदेशों के लिए राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी एवं नौसेना अकादमी परीक्षा (II), 2026 का नोटिस देखें। यूनिवर्सल पंजीकरण संख्या (यूआरएन) विवरण, समान आवेदन प्रपत्र (सीएएफ) और परीक्षा विशिष्ट प्रपत्र के साथ अपेक्षित जानकारी/ दस्तावेजों को प्रस्तुत नहीं करने पर परीक्षा के लिए उम्मीदवारी निरस्त कर दी जाएगी।

टिप्पणी 4: जिन उम्मीदवारों पर रक्षा मंत्रालय द्वारा रक्षा सेवाओं में किसी प्रकार के कमीशन के संबंध में रोक लगाई गई हो, वे इस परीक्षा में प्रवेश के पात्र नहीं होंगे और यदि उन्हें प्रवेश दे दिया गया है तो भी उनकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी।

टिप्पणी 5: जो उम्मीदवार सीपीएसएस/पीएबीटी (कं प्यूटराइज्ड पायलट सेलेक्शन सिस्टम/पायलट एप्टियूड बैट्री टेस्ट) में पहले असफल हो चुके हैं, वे अब वायुसेना में ग्राउं ड ड्यूटी शाखाओं के लिए पात्र होंगे यदि वे इस संबंध में आयोग की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध परीक्षा विशिष्ट प्रपत्र में तथा चयन के न्द्रों में अपनी इच्छा (Willingness) दर्शाते हैं।

(घ) शारीरिक मानदंड:

राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी तथा नौसेना अकादमी परीक्षा (II), 2026 में प्रवेश पाने हेतु उम्मीदवार को परिशिष्ट-II में दिए गए शारीरिक मानदंडो से सबंधित दिशा-निदेशों के अनुरूप शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ होना चाहिए।

(ङ) सशस्त्र सेनाओं के किसी भी प्रशिक्षण संस्थान से अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई के तहत यदि किसी उम्मीदवार ने इस्तीफा दे दिया है या उसे निकाल दिया गया है तो वह आवेदन करने का पात्र नहीं होगा।

3. शुल्क:

उम्मीदवारों को (आयोग के नोटिस में विर्निर्दष्ट अ.जा./अ.ज.जा./महिला उम्मीदवारों, जे.सी.ओ./ एन.सी.ओ./ ओ आर के बच्चों को छोड़कर) आयोग के परीक्षा नोटिस में विर्निर्दष्ट शुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा।

थलसेना में सेवारत/भूतपूर्व जूनियर कमीशन प्राप्त अफसरों/गैर कमीशन प्राप्त अफसरों/अन्य रैंकों तथा भारतीय नौसेना/ भारतीय वायुसेना के समकक्ष रैंकों के अफसरों के बच्चों को भी निर्धारित शुल्क देने की जरूरत नहीं होगी यदि वे मिलिट्री स्कू ल (जिसे पहले ककं ग जार्ज स्कू ल के नाम से जाना जाता था)/सैनिक स्कू लों की सोसायटी द्वारा चलाए जाने वाले सैनिक स्कू लों में शिक्षा पा रहे हैं।

ऐसे सभी उम्मीदवारों को अपने संबद्ध प्रधानाचायों से शुल्क में छू ट हेतु पात्रता का प्रमाण पत्रलेना होगा और एस.एस.बी. परीक्षा/साक्षात्कार के लिए अर्हक घोषित किए गए उम्मीदवारों द्वारा एस. एस. बी. परीक्षा/साक्षात्कार के समय इसे सत्यापन हेतु प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

4. पहले से सरकारी सेवा में कार्यरत सभी उम्मीदवारों, जिनमें सशस्त्र सेना बलों के उम्मीदवार और भारतीय नौसेना के नौसैनिक (बाल एवं परिशिल्पी शिक्र्षार्थयों सहित), राष्ट्रीय भारतीय सैन्य कॉलेज (जिसे पहले सैनिक स्कू ल, देहरादून कहा जाता था) के कै डेट्स शामिल है, राष्ट्रीय मिलिट्री स्कू ल (जिन्हें पहले मिलिट्री स्कू ल कहा जाता था) और सैनिक स्कू लों की सोसायटी द्वारा चलाए जाने वाले सैनिक स्कू लों के छात्रों, सरकारी स्वामित्व वाले औद्योगिक उपक्रम अथवा इसी प्रकार के अन्य संगठनों अथवा निजी रोजगार में कार्यरत उम्मीदवारों को आयोग को सीधे ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा।

5. पहले से ही स्थायी या अस्थायी हैसियत से सरकारी सेवा में कार्यरत व्यक्तियों अथवा अनियत या दैनिक दर पर नियुक्त व्यक्तियों को छोड़कर कार्य प्रभारित कर्मचारी या जो लोक उद्यमों में सेवारत हैं, (ख) सशस्त्र सेनाओं में कार्यरत उम्मीदवार, भारतीय नौसेना के नौसैनिक (बाल एवं परिशिल्पी शिक्र्षार्थयों सहित);और (ग) राष्ट्रीय भारतीयसैन्य कालेज (जिसे पहले सैनिक स्कू ल, देहरादून कहा जाता था) के कै डेट्स, मिलिट्री स्कू लों (जिन्हें पहले ककं ग जार्ज स्कू ल कहा जाता था) और सैनिक स्कू लों की सोसायटी द्वारा चलाए जाने वाले सैनिक स्कू लों के छात्रों को अपने कार्यालय/विभाग अध्यक्ष, कमांडिंग अफसर, संबंधित कालेज/स्कू ल के प्रिंसिपल, जैसा भी मामला हो, को लिखित रूप में सूचित करना होगा कि उन्होंने इस परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन किया है।

नोट: उम्मीदवार नोट करें कि यदि आयोग को उनके नियोक्ता/संबधित प्राधिकारी से इस परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन करने वाले/बैठने वाले अभ्र्यर्थयों की अनुमति रोकने संबंधी कोई पत्राचार प्राप्त होता है तो उनके आवेदन पत्र अस्वीकृ त कर दिए जाएंगे/उम्मीदवारी निरस्त कर दी जाएगी।

6. परीक्षा में प्रवेश के लिए उम्मीदवार की पात्रता या अपात्रता के संबंध में आयोग का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।

परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि वे परीक्षा में प्रवेश पाने की पात्रता से सबंधित सभी शतें पूरी करते हों। परीक्षा के सभी स्तरों पर उनका प्रवेश अनंतिम ही माना जाएगा जब तक वे निर्धारित पात्रता शतें पूरी न कर लें। परीक्षा के किसी भी चरण से पहले या बाद में सत्यापन के समय यदि यह पाया जाता है कि वे पात्रता की कोई शर्त पूरी नहीं करते है तो आयोग द्वारा उनकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी।

7. किसी भी उम्मीदवार को परीक्षा हेतु प्रवेश प्रमाण पत्रके बिना परीक्षा में बैठने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।

8. लिखित परीक्षा में सफल हुए सभी उम्मीदवारों को उसी ई-मेल आईडी जो आईडी संघ लोक सेवा आयोग का ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरते समय संघ लोक सेवा आयोग को दी गई थी का प्रयोग करते हुए भर्ती महानिदेशालय की भर्ती वेबसाइट www.joinindianarmy.nic.in पर ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण करना होगा। पंजीकरण करते समय अनिवार्यत:

उम्मीदवारों को अनिवार्य रूप से यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि उनके ऑनलाइन आवेदन में दी गई ई-मेल आई डी वैध और सक्रिय है। इसके बाद इन उम्मीदवारों को पूवोक्त वेबसाइट के माध्यम से चयन के न्द्रों का आबंटन किया जाएगा। किसी समस्या/स्पष्टीकरण के लिए उम्मीदवार, भर्ती महानिदेशालय की वेबसाइट पर दिए गए टेलीफोन नंबरों पर या अपने प्रोफाइल पर लॉग-इन करके फीडबैक/क्वेरी मॉड्यूल के जरिए भर्ती महानिदेशक से संपर्क कर सकते हैं।

जिन उम्मीदवारों ने लिखित परीक्षा में अर्हता प्राप्त कर ली है, उन्हें आयु और शैक्षिक योग्यता संबंधी अपने मूल प्रमाण पत्रभर्ती महानिदेशालय, सेना मुख्यालय, वेस्ट ब्लाक-।।।, आर.के . पुरम, नई दिल्ली-110066 अथवा नौसेना मुख्यालय, डीएमपीआार, ओआईएंडआर अनुभाग, 'सी' विंग, सेना भवन, नई दिल्ली-110011 में जमा करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

साक्षात्कार के लिये बुलाये गये सभी उम्मीदवारों को सेवा चयन बोर्ड(एसएसबी) के समक्ष मैट्रिक अथवा समकक्ष परीक्षा के मूल प्रमाण पत्रअवश्य अपने साथ लाने हैं। जो उम्मीदवार सेवा चयन बोर्डके साक्षात्कार में अर्हता प्राप्त कर लेंगे उन्हें साक्षात्कार के तुरंत बाद मूल प्रमाणपत्रों को प्रस्तुत करना होगा। सत्यापन के बाद मूल प्रमाणपत्र लौटा दिए जाएंगे।

जो उम्मीदवार पहले ही 10+2 परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर चुके हैं वे सेवा चयन बोडर्में साक्षात्कार हेतु अपना 10+2 परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने का मूल प्रमाणपत्र या अंक सूची अवश्य लाएं।

9. (1) यदि उनका कोई भी दावा गलत/असत्य/कपटपूर्ण/जाली पाया जाता है तो उनके विरूद्ध आयोग द्वारा निम्नलिखित प्रावधानों के अनुसार अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई की जा सकती है:

जो उम्मीदवार आयोग या संबंधित सेना मुख्यालय द्वारा निम्नांकित कदाचार का दोषी है या दोषी घोषित किया जा चुका है-

(क) निम्नलिखित तरीकों से अपनी उम्मीदवारी के लिए समर्थन प्राप्त किया है, अर्थात्:

(i) गैरकानूनी रूप से परितोषण की पेशकश करना, या6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I—SEC.III] (ii) दबाव डालना, या

(iii) परीक्षा आयोजित करने से संबंधित किसी व्यक्ति को ब्लैकमेल करना या ब्लैकमेल करने की धमकी देना अथवा (ख) किसी अन्य उम्मीदवार के बदले परीक्षा देना अथवा

(ग) किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को अपनी जगह परीक्षा देने के लिए तैयार करना अथवा

(घ) जाली प्रमाण-पत्र या ऐसे प्रमाण-पत्र प्रस्तुत करना जिसमें तथ्य को बिगाड़ा गया हो अथवा

(ङ) आवेदन प्रपत्र में वास्तविक फोटो/हस्ताक्षर के स्थान पर असंगत या गलत फोटो/हस्ताक्षर अपलोड करना।

(च) गलत या झूठे वक्तव्य देना या किसी महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य को छिपाना छिपाया है, अथवा

(छ) परीक्षा के लिए अपनी उम्मीदवारी के संबंध में निम्नलिखित साधनों का उपयोग करना, अर्थात्:

(i) अनुचित तरीके से प्रश्न-पत्र की प्रति प्राप्त करना;

(ii) परीक्षा से संबंधित गोपनीय कार्य से जुड़े व्यक्तियों के बारे में पूरी जानकारी प्राप्त करना;

(iii) परीक्षकों को प्रभावित करना; या

(ज) परीक्षा के दौरान उम्मीदवार के पास अनुचित साधनों का पाया जाना अथवा अपनाया जाना; अथवा (झ) उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं पर असंगत बातें लिखना या भद्दे रेखाचित्र बनाना अथवा असंगत बातें लिखना अथवा (ञ) परीक्षा भवन में दुव्र्यवहार करना जिसमें उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं को फाड़ना, परीक्षा देने वालों को परीक्षा का बहिष्कार करने के लिए उकसाना अथवा अव्यवस्था तथा ऐसी ही अन्य स्थिति पैदा करना शामिल है; अथवा

(ट) परीक्षा के संचालन के लिए आयोग द्वारा नियुक्त कर्मचारियों को परेशान करना या धमकी देना या अन्य प्रकार की शारीरिक क्षति पहुंचा ना; अथवा

(ठ) परीक्षा के दौरान मोबाइल फोन (चाहे वह स्विच ऑफ ही क्यों ना हो), पेजर या किसी अन्य प्रकार का इलैक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण या प्रोग्राम किए जा सकने वाला डिवाइस या पेन ड्राइव जैसा कोई स्टोरेज मीडिया, स्मार्ट वॉच इत्यादि या कै मरा या ब्लूटूथ डिवाइस या कोई अन्य उपकरण या संचार यंत्र के रूप में प्रयोग किए जा सकने वाला कोई अन्य संबंधित उपकरण, चाहे वह बंद हो या चालू, का प्रयोग किया जाना या उनके पास पाया जाना; अथवा (ड) परीक्षा की अनुमति देते हुए उम्मीदवार को भेजे गए प्रमाण-पत्रों के साथ जारी अनुदेशों का उल्लंघन करना;

अथवा

(ढ) उपयु र्क्त खंडों में विर्निर्दष्ट सभी अथवा किसी भी कार्य, जैसा भी मामला हो, को करने या करने के लिए उकसाने का प्रयत्न किया हो,;

तो उस पर समय-समय पर संशोधित लोक परीक्षा (अनुचित साधन निवारण) अधिनियम, 2024 के अंतर्गत आपराधिक अभियोजन/यथोचित विधिक कार्रवाई के लिए उत्तरदायी होने के अतिरिक्त, उम्मीदवार को इस नियमावली के अंतर्गत आयोजित परीक्षा हेतु अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा और/या स्थायी रूप से या किसी विशिष्ट अवधि के लिए विर्वर्जत कर दिया जाएगा:-

(i) आयोग द्वारा ली जाने वाली किसी भी परीक्षा अथवा चयन के लिए विर्वर्जत किया जाएगा।

(ii) के न्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा उसके अधीन किसी भी नौकरी से विर्वर्जत किया जाएगा और

और यदि वह सरकार के अधीन पहले से ही सेवा में है तो उसके विरुद्ध उपयुक्त नियमों के अधीन अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।

किन्तु यह कि इस नियम के अधीन कोई शास्ति तब तक नहीं दी जाएगी जब तक:

(i) उम्मीदवार को इस संबंध में लिखित अभ्यावेदन जो वह देना चाहे प्रस्तुत करने का अवसर न दिया जाए, और (ii) इस प्रयोजनार्थ अनुमत समय में उम्मीदवार द्वारा प्रस्तुत अभ्यावेदन, यदि कोई हो पर विचार न कर लिया जाए।

9. (2) कोई भी व्यक्ति, जो आयोग अथवा संबंधित सेवा मुख्यालय द्वारा उक्त खंड (क) से (ड) में उल्लिखित कु कृ त्यों में से किसी कु कृ त्य को करने में किसी अन्य उम्मीदवार (उम्मीदवारों) के साथ मिलीभगत या सहयोग का दोषी पाया जाता है, उसके विरुद्ध उक्त खंड (ढ) के प्रावधानों के अनुसार कार्रवाई की जा जाएगी।

10. यात्रा भत्ता:

किसी विशेष कमीशन अर्थात् स्थायी या अल्पकालिक सेवा के लिए एसएसबी साक्षात्कार हेतु प्रथम बार उपस्थित होने वाले उम्मीदवार भारतीय सीमा के भीतर आरक्षण एवं स्लीपर प्रभारों सहित एसी-III टीयर से आने-जाने के रेल के किराए अथवा बस के किराए के हकदार होंगे। जो उम्मीदवार उसी कमीशन के लिए पुनः आवेदन करते हैं, वे बाद में यात्रा भत्ता पाने के हकदार नहीं होंगे।

11 थलसेना/नौसेना/वायुसेना मुख्यालयों के साथ पत्र-व्यवहारः

थलसेना/नौसेना/वायुसेना मुख्यालयों के साथ किए गए किसी भी पत्र-व्यवहार में निम्नलिखित विवरण अवश्य होना चाहिएः-

1. परीक्षा का नाम/पाठ्यक्रम संख्या और वर्ष

2. यूनिवर्सल पंजीकरण संख्या (यूआरएन)

3. आवेदन संख्या

4. अनुक्रमांक (यदि प्राप्त है)

5. उम्मीदवार का नाम (पूरा और स्पष्ट अक्षरों में)

6. आवेदन में दिए गए अनुसार पूर्ण डाक पता

7. वैध और सक्रिय पंजीकृ त ई-मेल आईडी तथा पंजीकृ त मोबाइल नंबर

नोट: (i): जिन पत्रों में उपरोक्त विवरण नहीं होंगे, उन पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की जाएगी।

नोट: (ii) यदि परीक्षा समाप्ति के बाद किसी उम्मीदवार का पत्र प्राप्त होता है, जिसमें उसका पूरा नाम और अनुक्रमांक नहीं दिया गया है तो उस पर ध्यान नहीं दिया जाएगा और न ही उस पर कोई कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

लिखित परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के बाद उम्मीदवारों को अपने एसएसबी कें द्र और साक्षात्कार की तारीख के लिए निम्नलिखित वेबसाइटों पर लॉग-ऑन करना चाहिए: -

12. लिखित परीक्षा के परिणाम की घोषणा, अर्हता प्राप्त उम्मीदवारों का साक्षात्कार,अन्तिम परिणाम की घोषणा और अन्तिम रूप से अर्हता प्राप्त उम्मीदवारों का प्रशिक्षण पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश:-

संघ लोक सेवा आयोग लिखित परीक्षा में आयोग के विवेकानुसार निर्धारित न्यूनतम अर्हक अंक प्राप्त करने वाले उम्मीदवारों की एक सूची तैयार करेगा। ऐसे उम्मीदवार बुद्धिमत्ता परीक्षा तथा व्यक्तित्व परीक्षा के लिए सेवा चयन बोर्डके समक्ष उपस्थित होंगे जहां राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी की थलसेना/नौसेना शाखाओं और भारतीय नौसेना अकादमी की 10+2 कै डेट प्रवेश योजना के उम्मीदवारों की अधिकारी योग्य क्षमता का मूल्यांकन होगा। वायुसेना के उम्मीदवारों को उपरोक्त के अतिरिक्त कं प्यूटरीकृ त पायलट चयन प्रणाली (सीपीएसएस) में भी अर्हता प्राप्त करनी होगी।

जिन उम्मीदवारों ने वायु सेना को अपने विकल्प के रूप में चुना है, उन्हें एसएसबी में अर्हता प्राप्त करने और अपनी इच्छा व्यक्त करने पर सीपीएसएस परीक्षा देनी होगी। इसके प्रयोजन के लिए, उन्हें चिकित्सा परीक्षण प्रारंभ होने से पहले चयन कें द्र पर सीपीएसएस देने के संबंध में अपनी इच्छा या अनिच्छा दर्शाते हुए एक परिवचन प्रपत्र जमा करना होगा।

यदि किसी उम्मीदवार को सीपीएसएस में अनुत्तीर्ण घोषित कर दिया जाता है या नियमित रूप से चश्मा पहनने (एचडब्ल्यूजी) की श्रेणी में होने के कारण उसका परीक्षण नहीं किया जाता है, तो इच्छु क होने पर वायु सेना ग्राउं ड ड्यूटी के लिए उस पर विचार किया जा सकता है।

13. दो चरणों की चयन प्रक्रिया:

मनोवैज्ञानिक अभिरुचि परीक्षा और बुद्धिमत्ता परीक्षा पर आधारित दो चरणों की चयन-प्रक्रिया चयन के न्द्रों/वायुसेना चयन बोडों/नौसेना चयन बोडों में आरंभ की गई है। चयन के न्द्रों/वायु सेना चयन बोर्ड/नौसेवा चयन बोडर्में पहुंचने के पहले दिन सभी उम्मीदवारों की प्रथम चरण परीक्षा ली जाएगी। के वल उन्हीं उम्मीदवारों को द्वितीय चरण/शेष परीक्षाओं के लिए प्रवेश दिया जाएगा जो पहले चरण की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर लेंगे। वे उम्मीदवार जो चरण-II की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर लेंगे उन्हें (i) अपनी जन्मतिथि के प्रमाण के लिए मैट्रिक या समकक्ष परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने का प्रमाणपत्र; और (ii) शैक्षिक योग्यता के प्रमाण के लिए 10+2 या समकक्ष परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के प्रमाण पत्र की मूल प्रति के साथ-साथ इनकी एक-एक फोटो प्रति भी जमा करनी होगी।

जो उम्मीदवार सेवा चयन बोर्डके सामने उपस्थित होकर वहां परीक्षा देंगे वे अपने जोखिम पर इस परीक्षा में शामिल होंगे और सेवा चयन बोडर्में उनकी परीक्षा के दौरान या उसके फलस्वरूप अगर उनको किसी व्यक्ति की लापरवाही से या अन्यथा कोई चोट पहुंचती है तो उसके लिए वे सरकार की ओर से कोई क्षतिर्पूर्त या सहायता पाने के हकदार नहीं होंगे। उम्मीदवारों के माता-पिता या अभिभावकों को इस आशय के एक प्रमाण पत्रपर हस्ताक्षर करने होंगे।

स्वीकार्यता हेतु थलसेना/नौसेना/नौसेना अकादमी और वायुसेना के उम्मीदवारों को (i) लिखित परीक्षा जो आयोग द्वारा अपने विवेकाधिकार तथा (ii) अधिकारी क्षमता परीक्षा में अलग-अलग न्यूनतम अर्हक अंक प्राप्त करने होंगे, जो सेवा चयन बोर्डद्वारा अपने विवेक के अनुसार निर्धारित किए जाएंगे। इसके अतिरिक्त वायुसेना के लिए आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों और सेवा चयन बोडर्में अर्हता प्राप्त सभी उम्मीदवारों को उनकी इच्छा (Willingness), पात्रता और वायुसेना की उड़ान शाखा वरीयता के रूप में देने पर सीपीएसएस में अलग से अर्हता प्राप्त करनी होगी।

विशेष टिप्पणी : वायुसेना की उड़ान शाखा के लिए प्रत्येक उम्मीदवार कं प्यूटरीकृ त पायलट चयन प्रणाली (सीपीएसएस) (पायलट अभिरुचि परीक्षा) में के वल एक बार शामिल हो सके गा। अत: उसके द्वारा प्रथम परीक्षा में प्राप्त ग्रेड ही उसके द्वारा बाद में दिए जाने वाले वायुसेवा चयन बोर्डके प्रत्येक साक्षात्कार में लागू होंगे। सीपीएसएस में अनुत्तीर्ण होने वाला उम्मीदवार राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी परीक्षा की वायुसेना की उड़ान शाखा या जनरल ड्यूटी (पायलट) शाखा या नौसेना वायु आयुध शाखा (नेवल एयर आमार्मेंट) में प्रवेश के लिए आवेदन नहीं कर सकता।

जिन उम्मीदवारों की किसी पिछले राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी पाठ्यक्रम में कं प्यूटरीकृ त पायलट चयन प्रणाली (सीपीएसएस) की परीक्षा हो चुकी है, उन्हें इस परीक्षा में वायुसेना विंग के लिए के वल तभी आवेदन करना चाहिए, जब उन्हें सीपीएसएस में अर्हक घोषित कर दिया गया हो। यदि कोई उम्मीदवार सीपीएसएस में अनुत्तीर्ण हो गया है या एच डब्लू जी (नियमित रूप से चश्मा पहनने वाला) होने के कारण उसकी सीपीएसएस के लिए परीक्षा नहीं ली गई है तो उस उम्मीदवार पर उसके द्वारा दिए गए विकल्पों के अनुसार भारतीय वायुसेना की ग्रांउड ड्यूटी शाखा, नौसेना, थलसेना व आईएनएसी के लिए विचार किया जाएगा।

अलग-अलग उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा के परिणाम किस रूप में और किस प्रकार सूचित किए जाएं इस बात का निर्णय आयोग अपने विवेक से करेगा और परिणाम के संबंध में उम्मीदवारों से कोई पत्र-व्यवहार नहीं किया जाएगा।

परीक्षा में सफल होने मात्र से अकादमी में प्रवेश पाने का अधिकार नहीं मिलेगा। उम्मीदवार को नियुक्ति प्राधिकारी को संतुष्ट करना होगा कि वह अकादमी में प्रवेश पाने के लिए सभी तरह से उपयुक्त है।

13.1 अंकों का पूणाांकन तथा टाई ब्रेंककं ग सिद्धान्त :

अंकों के पूणाांकन से संबंधित प्रावधान, जहां भी लागू हों तथा अंक संबंधी टाई के मामलों के समाधान हेतु सिद्धांत निम्नानुसार होंगे :-

(क) अंकों का पूणाांकन :

परीक्षा के सभी चरणों में, उम्मीदवारों द्वारा प्राप्त अंकों को मानक पूणाांकन सिद्धांत लागू करते हुए, जहाँ भी लागू हो, दो दशमलव अंकों तक पूणाांकित किया जाएगा। तदनुसार, टाई ब्रेककं ग सिद्धांतों को लागू करते समय, टाई के सभी मामलों को हल करने के लिए दो दशमलव अंकों तक पूणाांकित अंकों पर विचार किया जाएगा।

(ख) टाई-ब्रेककं ग सिद्धांत:

(i) यदि कु ल अंक (अंतिम अंक) बराबर हैं, तो लिखित परीक्षा में अधिक अंक प्राप्त करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को उच्चतर रैंक दी जाएगी;

(ii) यदि उपरोक्त (i) में अंक समान हैं, तो "पेपर-II: सामान्य योग्यता परीक्षण" में अधिक अंक प्राप्त करने वाले उम्मीदवार को उच्चतर रैंक दी जाएगी;

(iii) यदि उपरोक्त (i) तथा (ii) में भी अंक समान हैं, तो आयु में वरिष्ठ उम्मीदवार को उच्चतर रैंक दी जाएगी; तथा

(iv) जिन मामलों में उपयु र्क्त टाई-ब्रेककं ग सिद्धांतों का प्रयोग करने के पश्चात भी टाई की स्थिति बनी रहती है तब उनका समाधान आयोग के विवकानुसार किया जाएगा।

14. अंतिम रूप से अर्हक उम्मीदवारों का प्रशिक्षण पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश

इन शतों के अधीन, लिखित परीक्षा और सेवा चयन बोर्ड परीक्षाओं में अर्हक उम्मीदवारों द्वारा प्राप्त कु ल अंकों के आधार पर एक सम्मिलित सूची तैयार की जाएगी। राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी की थलसेना, नौसेना, वायु सेना और भारतीय नौसेना अकादमी की 10+2 कै डेट प्रवेश योजना में प्रवेश के लिए अंतिम आवंटन/चयन, उम्मीदवारों की पात्रता, मेडिकल फिटनेस और योग्यता-सह-वरीयता के अधीन उपलब्ध रिक्तियों की संख्या के आधार पर किया जाएगा। जो उम्मीदवार एक से अधिक सेवाओं/पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश के पात्र हैं, उन पर उनके द्वारा दिए गए वरीयता के संदर्भ में आवंटन/चयन के लिए विचार किया जाएगा और किसी एक सेवा/पाठ्यक्रम में उनके अंतिम आवंटन/चयन की स्थिति में, अन्य शेष सेवाओं/पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश के लिए उन पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

पात्र उम्मीदवार को ऑनलाइन पोर्टल (प्रो-फाइल) के माध्यम से रिर्पोटांग समय उल्लिखित करते हुए ज्वाइनिंग पत्र जारी किया जाएगा। जॉइनिंग पत्र प्राप्त होने के पश्चात्, उम्मीदवारों को www.joinindianarmy.nic.in से पाठ्यक्रम के लिए जॉइनिंग संबंधी अनुदेश डाउनलोड करने होंगे और दिए गए दिशा-निदेशों का पालन करना होगा। ऐसे उम्मीदवार जो पूर्व लिखित सूचना या अनुरोध प्रस्तुत किए बिना, र्निर्दष्ट रिर्पोटांग तिथि से सात (07) दिन के भीतर अकादमी में रिपोर्ट करने में असफल रहते हैं, उनकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी। इसके बाद इस संबंध में किसी भी पत्राचार पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

15. प्रशिक्षण पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश के लिए अनर्हताएं:

जो उम्मीदवार राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी अथवा भारतीय नौसेना अकादमी की 10+2 कै डेट प्रवेश योजना के किसी पूर्व पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश पा चुके थे परंतु अधिकारी सुलभ विशेषताओं की कमी के कारण या अनुशासनिक आधार पर वहां से निकाल दिये गये थे, उनको अकादमी में प्रवेश नहीं दिया जाएगा।

जिन उम्मीदवारों को स्वास्थ्य कारणों के आधार पर पहले राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी या भारतीय नौसेना अकादमी से निकाल दिया गया था या जिन्होंने अपनी इच्छा से उक्त अकादमी छोड़ दी थी उन्हें अकादमी में प्रवेश के लिए पात्र माना जाएगा बशते कि वे स्वास्थ्य संबधी तथा अन्य निर्धारित शतें पूरी करते हों।

16. राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी व नौसेना अकादमी की (क) परीक्षा की योजना और पाठ्यक्रम (ख) राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी व नौसेना अकादमी में प्रवेश हेतु शारीरिक मानदंड और (ग) राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी और नौसेना अकादमी में प्रवेश पाने वाले उम्मीदवारों की सेवा आदि का संक्षिप्त विवरण क्रमशः परिशिष्ट I, II और III में दिया गया है।

नोट: आवेदन करने से पहले, उम्मीदवारों को अधिसूचना में दिए गए अनुदेशों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ना चाहिए। परीक्षा का नोटिस अंग्रेजी और हिंदी दोनों भाषाओं में प्रकाशित किया जाता है। किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में, अंग्रेजी पाठ ही मान्य होगा।

(क) परीक्षा की योजनाः

1. लिखित परीक्षा के विषय, निर्धारित समय तथा प्रत्येक विषय के अधिकतम अंक निम्नानुसार होंगे:--

2. सभी विषयों के प्रश्न-पत्रों में के वल वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार के प्रश्न होंगे। गणित और सामान्य योग्यता परीक्षा के भाग-ख के प्रश्न-पत्र (परीक्षा पुस्तिकाएं) हिन्दी और अंग्रेजी में द्विभाषी रूप से तैयार किए जाएंगे।

3. प्रश्न-पत्रों में, जहां भी आवश्यक होगा, के वल तोल और माप की मीट्रिक पद्धति से संबंधित प्रश्न ही पूछे जाएंगे।

4. उम्मीदवारों को प्रश्न -पत्रों के उत्तर स्वयं लिखने होंगे। किसी भी परिस्थिति में उन्हें प्रश्न पत्र के उत्तर लिखने के लिए स्क्राइब की मदद लेने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।

5. परीक्षा के किसी एक अथवा सभी विषयों के अर्हक अंकों का निर्धारण आयोग के विवेक के अनुसार होगा।

6. उम्मीदवारों को वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार के प्रश्न-पत्रों (प्रश्न-पुस्तिकाओं) के उत्तर लिखने के लिये कै लकु लेटर अथवा गणितीय अथवा लघुगणक सारणियां प्रयोग करने की अनुमति नहीं है।अतः वे उन्हें परीक्षा भवन में न लाएं।

1. बीजगणित:

आव्यूहों के प्रकार, आव्यूहों पर संक्रिया। आव्यूह के सारणिक, सारणिकों के आधारभूत गुणधर्म, वर्ग आव्यूह के सहखंडन तथा व्युत्क्रम, अनुप्रयोग-दो या तीन अज्ञातों में रैखिक समीकरणों के तंत्र का क्रै मर के नियम तथा आव्यूह पद्धति द्वारा हल।

अवकलन के प्रतिलोम के रूप में समाकलन, प्रतिस्थापन द्वारा समाकलन तथा खंडशः समाकलन, बीजीय व्यंजकों सहित मानक समाकल, त्रिकोणमितीय, चरघातांकी तथा अतिपरवलयिक फलन निश्चित समाकलनों का मानांकन वक्ररेखाओं द्वारा घिरे समतल क्षेत्रों के क्षेत्रफलों का निर्धारण -अनुप्रयोग।

भाग 'क' - अंग्रेजी:

(अधिकतम अंक 200) अंग्रेजी का प्रश्न-पत्र इस प्रकार का होगा जिससे उम्मीदवार की अंग्रेजी भाषा की समझ और शब्दों के कु शल प्रयोग की जांच हो सके । पाठ्यक्रम में विभिन्न पहलू समाहित हैं जैसे व्याकरण और उसका प्रयोग, शब्दावली तथा अंग्रेजी में उम्मीदवार की प्रवीणता की परख हेतु विस्तारित पाठ की समझ तथा उसमें संबद्धता।

भाग 'ख'- सामान्य ज्ञान

(अधिकतम अंक 400) सामान्य ज्ञान के प्रश्न-पत्रों में मुख्य रूप से भौतिकी, रसायन शास्त्र, सामान्य विज्ञान, सामाजिक अध्ययन, भूगोल तथा सम-सामायिक घटनाक्रम शामिल होंगे।

इस प्रश्न-पत्र में शामिल किए गए विषयों का क्षेत्र दर्शाने के लिए निम्नलिखित पाठ्यक्रम तैयार किया गया है। उल्लिखित विषयों को सवाांश पूर्ण नहीं मान लेना चाहिए। इसी प्रकार के उन उप-विषयों पर भी प्रश्न पूछे जा सकते हैं जिनका इस पाठ्यक्रम में उल्लेख नहीं किया गया है। उम्मीदवार द्वारा दिये गये उत्तरों से यह पता चलना चाहिए कि उसे सबंधित विषय की जानकारी है और वह इसे पूरी तरह समझता है।

खंड-'क' (भौतिकी):

द्रव्य के भौतिक गुणधर्म तथा स्थितियां, संहति, भार, आयतन, घनत्व तथा विशिष्ट घनत्व, आर्क मिडिज का सिद्धांत, वायुदाब मापी।

प्रतिष्ठित व्यक्ति-भारतीय और अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय, इनमें सांस्कृ तिक क्रियाकलापों और खेलकू द से संबंधित व्यक्ति भी शामिल हैं।

टिप्पणी:

इस प्रश्न-पत्र के भाग (ख) के लिए निर्धारित अधिकतम अंकों में से खण्ड क, ख, ग, घ, च तथा छ प्रश्नों के क्रमशः लगभग 25%, 15%, 10%, 20%, 20% तथा 10% अंक होंगे।

बुद्धि तथा व्यक्तित्व संबधी परीक्षा:

सेवा चयन बोर्ड(एसएसबी) प्रक्रिया के अंतर्गत चयन प्रक्रिया के दो चरण होते हैं चरण-। व चरण।। चरण।। में के वल उन्हीं उम्मीदवारों को बैठने की अनुमति दी जाती है जो चरण-। में सफल होते हैं। इसका विवरण निम्नानुसार हैः

(क) चरण-I के अंतर्गत अधिकारी बुद्धिमता रेटटंग (ओआईआर) परीक्षा तथा चित्र बोध (पिक्चर परसेप्शन) एवं विवरण परीक्षा (पीपी एवं डीटी) होती है। उम्मीदवारों को ओआईआर परीक्षा तथा पीपी एवं डीटी दोनों में संयुक्त रूप से उनकी क्षमता प्रदर्शन के आधार पर शार्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा।

(ख) चरण-II के अंतर्गत साक्षात्कार, ग्रुप टेस्टिंग अधिकारी टास्क, मनोविज्ञान परीक्षा तथा कांफ्रें स शामिल है। ये परीक्षाएं 4 दिन की अवधि में आयोजित की जाती हैं। इन परीक्षाओं के विवरण वेबसाइट www.joinindianarmy.nic.in पर दिये गए हैं।

किसी उम्मीदवार के व्यक्तित्व का आकलन तीन विभिन्न आकलनकर्ताओें नामतः साक्षात्कार अधिकारी (आईओ), ग्रुप टेस्टिंग अधिकारी (जीटीओ) तथा मनोवैज्ञानिक द्वारा किया जाता है। प्रत्येक परीक्षा के लिए अलग-अलग अंक (वेटेज) नहीं हैं। आकलनकर्ताओें द्वारा उम्मीदवारों को अंकों का आबंटन सभी परीक्षाओं में उनके समग्र कार्य-निष्पादन पर विचार करने के पश्चात ही किया जाता है। इसके अतिरिक्त, कांफ्रें स हेतु अंकों का आबंटन भी तीनों तकनीकों में उम्मीदवार के आरंभिक क्षमता प्रदर्शन तथा बोर्ड के निर्णय के आधार पर किया जाता है। इन सभी के अंक (वेटेज) समान हैं।

आईओ, जीटीओ तथा मनोविज्ञान की विभिन्न परीक्षाएं इस प्रकार तैयार की गई हैं जिससे उम्मीदवार में अधिकारी-सम्मत गुणों (आफिसर लाइक क्वालिटीज) के होने / नहीं होने तथा प्रशिक्षित किए जा सकने की उसकी क्षमता के बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त हो सके । तदनुसार, एसएसबी में उम्मीदवारों की अनुशंसा की जाती है।

परिशिष्ट-II

राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी में प्रवेश के लिए उम्मीदवारों के शारीरिक मानदडों से संबंधित दिशा निदेश

टिप्पणी: उम्मीदवारों को निर्धारित शारीरिक मानदडों के अनुसार शारीरिक और मानसिक रूप से स्वस्थ होना आवश्यक है। नीचे दिए गए चिकित्सा स्वस्थता मानदंड प्रकाशन की तारीख को मौजूद दिशा-निदेशों के अनुरूप हैं और इन दिशा- निदेशों में संशोधन किया जा सकता है।

परीक्षा में अर्हता प्राप्त कई उम्मीदवारों को बाद मे चिकित्सा आधार पर अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाता है। अतः उम्मीदवारों को उनके हित में यह सलाह दी जाती है कि आवेदन प्रस्तुत करने से पहले अपनी चिकित्सा जांच करवा लें जिससे परीक्षा के अंतिम चरण में पहुंच कर उन्हें निराशा न हो।

1. उम्मीदवारों को यह भी परामर्श दिया जाता है कि सेवा चयन बोर्डद्वारा उनके नाम की सिफारिश किए जाने के बाद अपने छोटे मोटे दोष/बीमारियों का इलाज करवा लें ताकि सैनिक अस्पताल में की जाने वाली चिकित्सा जांच का निर्णय शीघ्र हो सके ।

नोट: के वल अग्र बाजू के भीतर की तरफ अर्थात कु हनी के भीतर से कलाई तक और हथेली के ऊपरी भाग/हाथ के पिछले हिस्से की तरफ स्थायी बॉडी टैटू बनवाने की अनुमति है। शरीर के किसी अन्य हिस्से पर स्थायी बॉडी टैटू स्वीकार्य नहीं है तथा उम्मीदवार को आगे की चयन प्रक्रिया से बाहर कर दिया जाएगा। जनजातियों को उनके मौजूदा रीति रिवाजों एवं परंपराओं के अनुसार मामला दर मामला आधार पर उनके चेहरे या शरीर पर टैटू के निशान की अनुमति होगी। ऐसे मामलों में मंजूरी प्रदान करने के लिए कमांडेंट चयन के न्द्र सक्षम प्राधिकारी होगा।

3. सशस्त्र सेना में सभी प्रकार के कमीशन के लिए परीक्षा देने वाले असैनिक उम्मीदवार चयन बोर्ड द्वारा अपनी जांच के दौरान किसी प्रकार की चोट लगने या रोग संक्रमण होने पर सेना के स्रोतों से सरकारी खर्च पर बाह्य-रोगी चिकित्सा के हकदार होंगे। वे अस्पताल के अफसर-वार्ड में सरकारी खर्च पर अंतरंग रोगी चिकित्सा के भी हकदार होंगे, बशते कि—

(क) चोट परीक्षा के दौरान लगी हो, अथवा

(ख) चयन बोर्ड द्वारा की गई जांच के दौरान रोग का संक्रमण हुआ हो और स्थानीय सिविल अस्पताल में उपयुक्त जगह नहीं हो या रोगी को सिविल अस्पताल में ले जाना मुश्किल हो; अथवा

(ग) यदि चिकित्सा बोर्ड ऑबजवेशन के लिए उम्मीदवार को भर्ती करना ज़रूरी समझे।

नोट: वे विशेष सेवा (र्नसांग) के लिए पात्र नहीं हैं।

4. चिकित्सा प्रक्रिया:

सेवा चयन बोर्डद्वारा अनुशंसित उम्मीदवार को सेना चिकित्सा अफसर बोर्ड द्वारा स्वास्थ्य जांच करानी होगी।

अकादमी में के वल उन्हीं उम्मीदवारों को प्रवेश दिया जाएगा जो चिकित्सा बोर्ड द्वारा स्वस्थ घोषित किए जाएंगे। चिकित्सा बोर्ड की कार्यवाही गोपनीय होती है, जिसके बारे में किसी को नहीं बताया जाएगा। किन्तु चिकित्सीय रूप से अयोग्य घोषित उम्मीदवारों को उनके परिणाम की जानकारी चिकित्सा बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष द्वारा दी जाएगी तथा उम्मीदवारों को अपील चिकित्सा बोर्ड से अनुरोध करने की प्रक्रिया भी बता दी जाएगी। अपील चिकित्सा बोर्ड के दौरान अयोग्य घोषित किए गए उम्मीदवारों को समीक्षा चिकित्सा बोर्ड संबंधी प्रावधान के बारे में सूचित किया जाएगा।

सशस्त्र बलों में अधिकारी पदों पर भर्ती के लिए चिकित्सा परीक्षा चिकित्सा मानक और प्रक्रिया

सशस्त्र बल (थल सेना, नौसेना एवं वायु सेना) में अधिकारी के रूप में प्रवेश के लिए उम्मीदवारों की चिकित्सा परीक्षा हेतु चिकित्सा मानक और प्रक्रिया "सशस्त्र बलों में प्रवेश हेतु चिकित्सा मानकों की संयुक्त आदेश पुस्तिका (प्रथम अंक) द्वारा अधिशासित होगी।

यह दस्तावेज भारतीय सेना की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध है और इसे सशस्त्र बलों में प्रवेश के लिए www.joinindianarmy.nic.in के अंतर्गत मुख्य पृष्ठनीतियांनीतियां:अधिकारी चयनचिकित्सा मानक (प्रथम अंक) में देखा जा सकता है।

परिशिष्ट-III

(सेवा आदि से संबधित संक्षिप्त विवरण)

1. किसी उम्मीदवार के अकादमी में भर्ती होने से पूर्व उसके माता-पिता या अभिभावक को निम्नलिखित दस्तावेजों पर हस्ताक्षर करने होंगे :-

(क) इस आशय का प्रमाणपत्र कि वह यह अच्छी तरह समझता/समझती है कि वह या उसका पुत्र या आश्रित प्रशिक्षण के दौरान या उसके कारण कोई चोट लगने या ऊपर र्निर्दष्ट किसी कारण से या अन्यथा हुई चोट का इलाज करने के लिए आवश्यक किसी शल्य चिकित्सा या एनेस्थीसिया के परिणामस्वरूप कोई शारीरिक दिव्यांगता हो जाने या उसकी मृत्यु हो जाने पर वह या उसका पुत्र या आश्रित सरकार से कोई मुआवजा या अन्य प्रकार की सहायता का दावा करने का पात्र नही होगा।

(ख) इस आशय का बंधपत्र कि, यदि उम्मीदवार को राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी से इस आधार पर निलंबित या निकाला या वापस किया गया कि उसने उक्त राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी में प्रवेश लेने के लिए अपने आवेदन-पत्र में जानबूझ कर गलत विवरण दिया अथवा तथ्यात्मक जानकारी को छिपाया अथवा यदि वह उक्त राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी से स्वैच्छिक रूप से इस्तीफा देता है अथवा किसी ऐसे कारण से जो कै डेट के नियंत्रण में नहीं है, वह अपने प्रशिक्षण की निर्धारित अवधि पूरी नहीं करता है अथवा वह कै डेट, उपयु र्क्त अनुसार कमीशन दिए जाने पर उसे स्वीकार नहीं करता तो गारंटीकर्ता तथा कै डेट संयुक्त रूप से तथा अलग-अलग सरकार को तत्काल वह नकद राशि देने के लिए बाध्य होंगे जो सरकार नियत करेगी। ककं तु यह राशि सरकार द्वारा कै डेट के प्रशिक्षण के दौरान उस पर खर्च की गई राशि तथा कै डेट द्वारा सरकार से प्राप्त किए गए वेतन तथा भत्ते सहित संपूर्ण राशि से अधिक नहीं होगी और इस पर ब्याज भी लगेगा और इसकी दर सरकार द्वारा दिए गए ऋण पर लगने वाली ब्याज दर, जो उस समय लागू है, के समान होगी।

2. आवास, पुस्तकों, वर्दी, भोजन व्यवस्था तथा चिकित्सा उपचार सहित प्रशिक्षण पर हुआ व्यय सरकार द्वारा वहन किया जाएगा। तथापि, कै डेट के माता-पिता या अभिभावक को उनके जेब खर्च व अन्य निजी खर्च का वहन करना होगा।

सामान्यत: यह व्यय 3,000.00 रुपए प्रति माह से अधिक नहीं होगा। यदि किसी कै डेट के माता-पिता या अभिभावक इस व्यय को भी पूरी तरह या आंशिक रूप से वहन करने की स्थिति में नहीं हैं, तो ऐसे कै डेटों के माता-पिता या अभिभावक जिनकी मासिक आय 45,000/-रुपए प्रति माह से कम है, के मामले में सरकार द्वारा प्रशिक्षण की अवधि के दौरान 2,500/- रुपए प्रति माह की वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जा सकती है। जिन कै डेट्स के माता-पिता या अभिभावक की मासिक आय 45,000/-रुपए प्रति माह से अधिक है, वे वित्तीय सहायता के पात्र नहीं होंगे। यदि एक से अधिक पुत्र/आश्रित एनडीए, आईएमए, ओटीए तथा नौसेना और वायुसेना की समकक्ष प्रशिक्षण स्थापना में साथ-साथ प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रहे हैं तो वे दोनों ही वित्तीय सहायता के लिए पात्र होंगे।

2.1 भत्तों की मौजूदा दर पैरा 10 (iii), – [(iv) - टेक भत्ता चरण-I एवं II को छोड़कर], (v), (viii) एवं (ix) (iv) में उल्लिखित भत्ते महंगाई भत्ते की दर के अनुसार निर्धारित होती है।

यदि किसी उम्मीदवार के माता-पिता/अभिभावक सरकार से वित्तीय सहायता प्राप्त करने के लिए इच्छु क हों तो वे उनके पुत्र/आश्रित के राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी में प्रशिक्षण हेतु अंतिम रूप से चुने जाने के बाद तत्काल अपने जिले के जिला मजिस्ट्रेट के माध्यम से एक आवेदन प्रस्तुत करेंगे, जो उस आवेदन को अपनी संस्तुतियों के साथ कमांडेंट, राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी, खडकवासला, पुणे – 411023 को अग्रेषित करेंगे।

3. अकादमी में प्रशिक्षण के लिए अंतिम रूप से चुने गये उम्मीदवारों को वहां पहुँचने पर कमांडेंट, राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी के पास निम्नलिखित राशि जमा करनी होगीः-

यदि उम्मीदवारों को दी जाने वाली वित्तीय सहायता की मंजूरी मिल जाती है तो उपयु र्क्त राशि में से निम्नलिखित राशि वापिस लौटा दी जाएगी:-

(क) जेब खर्च भत्ता 2,500/- रूपए प्रति माह

(ख) कपड़ों एवं उपकरण की मदों के लिए

(ज्वॉइन के दौरान क्रय किया गया)

4. राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी में निम्नलिखित छात्रवृत्तियां/वित्तीय सहायता दी जाती हैं:

(1) परशुराम भाऊ पटवद्र्धन छात्रवृत्ति: यह छात्रवृत्ति पासिंग आउट पाठ्यक्रम के अंतर्गत अकादमिक क्षेत्र में समग्रत:

प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले कै डेट को प्रदान की जाती है। एकबारगी छात्रवृत्ति की राशि 5000/-रू है।

(2) कर्नल कैं डल फ्रैं क मेमोरियल छात्रवृत्ति: इस छात्रवृत्ति की राशि 4800 रूपए प्रति वर्ष है और यह एक मराठा कै डेट को दी जाती है जो पूर्व सैनिक का पुत्र होना चाहिए। यह छात्रवृत्ति सरकार से प्राप्त होने वाली किसी वित्तीय सहायता के अतिरिक्त होती है।

(3) असम सरकार छात्रवृत्ति: दो छात्रवृत्तियां असम के कै डेटों को प्रदान की जाएंगी। प्रत्येक छात्रवृत्ति 30 रु. प्रति मास की रहेगी तथा जब तक छात्र राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी में रहेगा उसे मिलती रहेगी। यह छात्रवृत्ति असम के दो सर्वश्रेष्ठ कै डेटों को उनके माता-पिता की आय के संदर्भ के बिना प्रदान की जाएगी। जिन कै डेटों को यह छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान की जाएगी, वे सरकार की ओर से कोई अन्य वित्तीय सहायता प्राप्त करने के हकदार नहीं होंगे।

(4) उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार प्रोत्साहन योजना— उत्तर प्रदेश के माननीय राज्यपाल के अधीन उत्तर प्रदेश सैनिक पुनर्वास निधि नामक एक ट्रस्ट ने राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी /भारतीय सैन्य अकादमी अधिकारी प्रशिक्षण अकादमी/ वायुसेना अकादमी/नौसेना अकादमी/महिला प्रवेश में ज्वॉइन करने वाले उन राष्ट्रीय कै डेटों के लिए एक प्रोत्साहन योजना शुरू की है जो उत्तर प्रदेश के जेसीओ रैंक तक के पूर्व सैनिकों की विधवाओं के आश्रित हैं, और उत्तर प्रदेश के निवासी हैं। इसमें विशेष प्रोत्साहन के रूप में प्रति उम्मीदवार 50,000/- रु के अनुदान का प्रावधान है।

(5) के रल सरकार छात्रवृत्ति — किसी भी लिंग-भेद और किसी पूर्व शर्त के बिना के रल राज्य के सभी पुरुष /महिला कै डेटों को, जिन्हें अधिकारी प्रशिक्षण अकादमी/राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी /भारतीय सैन्य अकादमी/ नौसेना अकादमी/वायुसेना अकादमी/सशस्त्र बल मेडिकल कॉलेज/राष्ट्रीय भारतीय सैन्य कॉलेज स्कू लो में प्रवेश मिलता है, के वल रु 2,00,000/- की सांत्वना राशि दी जाएगी और जिन्हें सैन्य, नौसेना और वायुसेना र्नसांग स्कू लो में प्रवेश मिलता है, उन्हें रु 1,00,000/- की सांत्वना राशि दी जाएगी।

(6) बिहारी लाल मंदाकिनी पुरस्कार: अकादमी के प्रत्येक पाठ्यक्रम में सर्वश्रेष्ठ बंगाली लड़के के लिए 500/- रूपये का नकद पुरस्कार है। आवेदन पत्र कमांडेंट, राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी के पास उपलब्ध है।

(7) उड़ीसा सरकार छात्रवृत्तियां: यह छात्रवृत्तियां–एक थलसेना, एक नौसेना तथा एक वायुसेना के कै डेट के लिए 80 रु.

प्रति माह के हिसाब से उड़ीसा सरकार द्वारा उन कै डेटों को दी जाएंगी जो उड़ीसा राज्य के स्थायी निवासी हैं। इनमें से दो छात्रवृत्तियां उन कै डेटों की योग्यता तथा आय के साधन के आधार पर दी जाएंगी जिनके माता-पिता या अभिभावक की आय रु. 5000 प्रति वर्ष से अधिक न हो तथा एक अन्य छात्रवृत्ति माता-पिता या अभिभावकों की आय को ध्यान में रखे बिना सर्वश्रेष्ठ कै डेट को दी जाएगी।

(18) हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार छात्रवृत्ति: हिमाचल प्रदेश के कै डेटों को 4 छात्रवृत्तियां प्रदान की जाएंगी। प्रशिक्षण के प्रथम दो वषों के लिए प्रत्येक छात्रवृत्ति के लिए 30 रूपए प्रतिमाह तथा प्रशिक्षण के तीसरे वर्ष के लिए 48 रूपए प्रतिमाह मिलेगी। यह छात्रवृत्ति उन कै डेटों को मिलेगी जिनके माता-पिता की मासिक आय 500 रूपए प्रतिमाह से कम होगी। जो कै डेट सरकार से वित्तीय सहायता ले रहा हो वह छात्रवृत्ति के लिए हकदार नहीं होगा।

(19) तमिलनाडु सरकार की छात्रवृत्ति: तमिलनाडु सरकार ने राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी में प्रति पाठ्यक्रम रु. 30 प्रतिमाह की एक छात्रवृत्ति तथा साथ में रु. 400 वर्दी भत्ता (कै डेट के प्रशिक्षण की पूरी अवधि के दौरान एकमुश्त) देना शुरू किया है जो उस कै डेट को दिया जाएगा जो तमिलनाडु राज्य का हो तथा जिसके माता-पिता/संरक्षक की मासिक आय 500 रु. से अधिक न हो। पात्र कै डेट अपना आवेदन कमांडेंट, राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी को वहां पहुंचने पर प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं।

इसके अलावा, तमिलनाडु सरकार के अंतर्गत कार्यरत पूर्व सैनिक कल्याण निदेशालय, चेन्नई ने स्थायी कमीशन अधिकारी के रूप में एनडीए/आईएमए/नौसेना या वायुसेना अकादमी में ज्वॉइन करने वाले पूर्व सैनिकों के पात्र बच्चों को 1,00,000/-रु (के वल एक लाख रूपए) का एकमुश्त अनुदान (one time grant) मंजूर किया है।

(20) कर्नाटक सरकार की छात्रवृत्तियां- कर्नाटक सरकार ने राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी में प्रवेश पाने वाले कर्नाटक राज्य के कै डेटों को छात्रवृत्तियां प्रदान की हैं। छात्रवृत्ति की राशि 1,500/-रु.(एक हजार पाँच सौ रुपए) प्रतिमाह और प्रथम सत्र में वर्दी भत्ता की राशि-18,000/-रु. (अठारह हजार रुपए) प्रति वर्ष होगी।

(21) एलबर्ट एाि छात्रवृत्ति: बिहार सरकार ने राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी में योग्यता क्रम के आधार पर 50/- रु. प्रतिमाह की दर से 25 छात्रवृत्तियां और राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी में छः सत्र की पूरी समयावधि के लिए वर्दी तथा उपकरण के लिए एकमुश्त 650/-रु. देना शुरू किया है। जिस कै डेट को उपयु र्क्त योग्यता छात्रवृत्ति मिलती है वह सरकार से किसी अन्य छात्रवृत्ति या वित्तीय सहायता का पात्र नहीं होगा। पात्र कै डेट राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी में आने पर कमांडेंट को आवेदन प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं।

(22) फ्लाईंग अफसर डीवी पिंटू मेमोरियल छात्रवृत्ति: ग्रुप कै प्टन एम. वशिष्ठ ने राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी में योग्यता क्रम में प्रथम तीन स्थान पाने वाले कै डेटों को पहला सेमेस्टर पूरा करने पर दूसरे सत्र के समाप्त होने तक, एक सत्र के लिए 125/- रु. प्रतिमाह की दर से तीन छात्रवृत्तियां प्रारंभ की हैं। सरकारी वित्तीय सहायता प्राप्त करने वाले कै डेट उपयु र्क्त छात्रवृत्ति पाने के लिए पात्र नहीं होंगे। पात्र कै डेट प्रशिक्षण स्थल पर पहुंचने के बाद कमांडेंट, राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी को अपना आवेदन पत्र प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं।

(23) महाराष्ट्र राज्य के पूर्व सैनिकों के आश्रितों को वित्तीय सहायता- महाराष्ट्र के पूर्व सैन्य अधिकारियों/सैनिकों के जो आश्रित एनडीए में कै डेट के तौर पर प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रहे हैं, उन्हें एकमुश्त प्रोत्साहन के रूप में 1,00,000/-रुपए दिए जाएंगे।

कै डेटों के माता-पिता/अभिभावकों को अकादमी से प्राप्त प्रमाण पत्रके साथ अपना आवेदन पत्र संबंधित जिला सैनिक कल्याण कार्यालय में प्रस्तुत करना होगा। छात्रवृत्तियों पर लागू निबंधन और शतें, कमांडेंट, राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी, खड़कवासला, पुणे – 411023 से प्राप्त की जा सकती हैं।

(24) एनडीए में प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रहे हरियाणा के अधिवासी उम्मीदवारों को वित्तीय सहायता- हरियाणा राज्य सरकार ने एनडीए/आईएमए/ओटीए तथा राष्ट्रीय स्तर की अन्य रक्षा अकादमियों में सफलतापूर्वक प्रशिक्षण पूरा करने वाले हरियाणा राज्य के अधिवासी प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को 1,00,000/- रुपए (एक लाख रुपए) के नकद पुरस्कार की घोषणा की है।

(25) एनडीए में प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रहे संघ शासित क्षेत्र चंडीगढ़ के अधिवासी कै डेटों को प्रोत्साहन- चंडीगढ़ प्रशासन ने उन कै डेटों को 1,00,000/- रुपए (के वल एक लाख रुपए) की एकमुश्त प्रोत्साहन राशि प्रदान करने हेतु योजना प्रारंभ की है जो संघ शासित क्षेत्र चंडीगढ़ के निवासी हैं तथा जिन्होंने एनडीए में प्रवेश लिया है।

(26) राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के लिए छात्रवृत्ति/अनुदान- राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी में प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रहे जो कै डेट राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के निवासी हैं उन्हे मासिक अनुदान 2000/- रु मिलेगा। एक प्रमाणिक निवासी का मतलब उन कै डेटों से होगा जिनका राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी में शामिल होने के समय दस्तावेजों में दर्ज स्थायी घर का पता राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली का है, (और इसमें एनसीआर शामिल नहीं हैं) इसके लिए निवास प्रमाण (आधार कार्ड, मतदाता पहचान पत्र, उनके माता पिता के सेवा रिकॉर्ड आदि) की एक प्रति साथ लगानी होगी।

प्रशिक्षण:

5. तीनों सेनाओं, अर्थात् थलसेना, नौसेना और वायुसेना के लिए चयनित उम्मीदवारों को राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी (एनडीए), जो कि अंतर-सेवा संस्थान है, में 3 वर्ष की अवधि का अकादमिक और शारीरिक, दोनों प्रकार का प्रारंभिक प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जाता है। पहले ढाई वषों के दौरान दिया जाने वाला प्रशिक्षण तीनों स्कं धों के उम्मीदवारों के लिए समान है। पास आउट होने वाले सभी उम्मीदवारों को जवाहरलाल नेहरू विश्वविद्यालय, दिल्ली द्वारा निम्नानुसार डिग्रियां प्रदान की जाएंगी :-

(क) थलसेना कै डेट - बी.एससी./ बी.एससी. (कं प्यूटर)/ बी.ए.

(ख) नौसेना कै डेट - बी.टेक. डिग्री*

(ग) वायुसेना कै डेट - बी.टेक. डिग्री*/बी एस सी/बी एस सी (कम्प्यूटर)22 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I—SEC.III] *नोट: बी.एससी./ बी.एससी. (कं प्यूटर)/ बी.ए. पाठ्यक्रम वाले सभी कै डेटों को एनडीए में अकादमिक, शारीरिक तथा सेना संबंधी प्रशिक्षण पूरा कर लेने पर डिग्री प्रदान की जाएगी। बीटेक पाठ्यक्रम में शामिल सभी कै डेटों को बीटेक की डिग्री संबंधित कमीशन-पूर्व प्रशिक्षण अकादमी/संस्थान/पोत/विमान में प्रशिक्षण के उपरांत प्रदान की जाएगी।

नौसेना अकादमी के लिए चयनित उम्मीदवारों को भारतीय नौसेना अकादमी, एझिमला में 4 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अकादमिक तथा शारीरिक दोनों प्रकार का प्रारंभिक प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा। 10+2 कै डेट प्रवेश योजना के कै डटों को सफलतापूर्वक प्रशिक्षण पूरा करने पर बी. टेक डिग्री प्रदान की जाएगी।

6. राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी से पास होने के बाद थलसेना कै डेट भारतीय सैन्य अकादमी, देहरादून में, नौसेना कै डेट, भारतीय नौसेना अकादमी, एझिमला में और वायुसेना कै डेट और ग्राउं ड ड्यूटी गैर-तकनीकी शाखाएं, वायुसेना अकादमी, हैदराबाद में जाएंगे एवम वायुसेना कै डेट ग्राउं ड ड्यूटी तकनीकी शाखा वायुसेना तकनीकी कालेज, बैंगलुरु में जाएंगे।

7. भारतीय सैन्य अकादमी (आईएमए) के थलसेना कै डेटों को जेंटलमैन/लेडी कै डेट कहा जाता है। इन्हें एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए कड़ा सैन्य प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जाता है, जिसका उद्देश्य इन कै डेटों को इन्फै न्ट्री सब-यूनिटों का नेतृत्व करने हेतु सक्षम अधिकारी बनाना है। प्रशिक्षण सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करने के बाद जेन्टलमैन/लेडी कै डेटों को चिकित्सीय दृष्टि से योग्य "शेप" वन होने पर लेफ्टिनेंट के पद पर स्थायी कमीशन प्रदान किया जाता है।

8. (क) नौसेना कै डेटों के राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी में पास होने पर उन्हें नौसेना की कार्यकारी शाखा के लिए चुना जाता है और भारतीय नौसेना अकादमी एझिमला में और एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए प्रशिक्षण दिया जाता है जिसे सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करने के बाद उन्हें सब लेफ्टिनेंट के रैंक में पदोन्नत किया जाता है।

(ख) नौसेना अकादमी के लिए (10+2 कै डेट प्रवेश योजना) के तहत चुने गए उम्मीदवारों को नौसेना की आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार अप्लाइड इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स एंड कम्युनिके शन इंजीनियटरंग (कार्यकारी शाखा के लिए), मैके निकल इंजीनियटरंग (नेवल र्आर्क टेक्ट स्पेशलाइजेशन सहित इंजीनियटरंग शाखा के लिए) अथवा इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स व कम्युनिके शन इंजीनियटरंग (इलेक्ट्रिकल शाखा के लिए) में चार वषों के बी. टेक पाठ्यक्रम के लिए कै डेट के रूप में प्रवेश दिया जाएगा। इस पाठ्यक्रम के पूरा होने के बाद जवाहर लाल नेहरू विश्वविद्यालय (जे एन यू) द्वारा बी. टेक डिग्री प्रदान की जाएगी।

9. (क) वायुसेना उड़ान शाखा के कै डेटों को डेढ़ वर्ष तक उड़ान का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाता है। उन्हें एक वर्ष का मूलभूत (पायलट) प्रशिक्षण पूरा होने पर उन्हें फ्लाइंग अफसर के रैंक में छह माह का अस्थायी कमीशन (परिवीक्षा पर) प्रदान किया जाता है। इसके बाद लगभग छह माह की अवधि का उड़ान प्रशिक्षण कन्वर्जन पाठ्यक्रम सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करने वाले अधिकारियों को स्थायी कमीशन दिया जाता है।

(ख) वायुसेना की ग्राउं ड ड्यूटी शाखा के कै डेटों को वायु सेना अकादमी में छह माह का प्रशिक्षण सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करने के बाद फ्लाइंग अफसर के रैंक में स्थायी कमीशन (परिवीक्षा पर) प्रदान किया जाता है। लगभग छः माह की परिवीक्षा अवधि पूरी होने पर स्थायी कमीशन की पुष्टि की जाती है।

(ग) नौसेना अकादमी के लिए (10+2 कै डेट एंट्री स्कीम) के अंतर्गत चयनित उम्मीदवारों को एप्लाइड इलेक्ट्रॉनिक एवं संचार इंजीनियटरंग में (के वल कार्यकारी शाखा हेतु) चार वर्षीय बी.टेक पाठ्यक्रम के लिए कै डेट के रूप में शामिल किया जाएगा। पाठ्यक्रम पूरा होने पर, जवाहरलाल नेहरू विश्वविद्यालय (जेएनयू) द्वारा बी.टेक की डिग्री प्रदान की जाएगी।

सेवाओं की शतें और नियम

10. सेना अधिकारी तथा वायुसेना एवं नौसेना के समकक्ष रैंक

(क) कै डेट प्रशिक्षण के लिए नियत वजीफा (स्टाइपेंड):-

{{^{{FOOTNOTE *}}}}सफलतापूर्वक कमीशन प्राप्त करने के उपरांत, कमीशन प्राप्त अधिकारी का वेतन मेट्रिक्स के स्तर 10 के प्रथम सेल में निर्धारित किया जाएगा और प्रशिक्षण की अवधि को कमीशन प्राप्त सेवा की अवधि के रूप में स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। प्रशिक्षण अवधि के दौरान यथालागू देय भत्तों की बकाया राशि का भुगतान कै डेटों को किया जाएगा।

(ख) वेतन

(i)

(ii) अधिकारियों को दिया जाने वाला सैन्य सेवा वेतन (एमएसपी) निम्नानुसार है:-

(iii) पद और तैनाती के क्षेत्र के आधार पर फील्ड क्षेत्रों में तैनात अधिकारी निम्नलिखित फील्ड क्षेत्र भत्ते के लिए पात्र होंगे:-

* महंगाई भत्ता इंडेक्स की दर 25% की बढ़ी हुई दर से परिकलित की जाएगी, क्योंकि दिनांक 01.01.2024 को महंगाई भत्ते की दर 50% को पार कर चुकी थी।

(iv) अन्य भत्ते

(v) वर्दी भत्ता 20,000/-* रु. प्रतिवर्ष। (प्रत्येक बार महंगाई भत्ता 50% तक बढ़ने पर यह दर 25% बढा दी जाएगी) (vi) राशन सामग्री: फील्ड और शांति क्षेत्र में

(vii) परिवहन भत्ता (TP/TA)

(viii) संतान शिक्षा भत्ता - के वल पहले दो जीवित बच्चों के लिए 2,250/-* रु. प्रतिमाह प्रति बच्चा। संतान शिक्षा भत्ता नर्सरी से कक्षा 12 तक के लिए देय होगा ।

(ix) छात्रावास की सब्सिडी-के वल पहले दो जीवित बच्चों के लिए 6,750/-* रु. प्रतिमाह प्रति बच्चा। छात्रावास की सब्सिडी नर्सरी से कक्षा 12 तक के लिए देय होगी ।

(x) कै डट (डायरेक्ट) के समक्ष सैन्य प्रशिक्षण के कारण उत्पन्न या विकट हुई चिकित्सा आधार पर अशक्तता की स्थिति/ उसकी मृत्यु हो जाने पर, कै डेट (सीधी भर्ती)/निकटतम संबंधियों को निम्नानुसार र्आर्थक लाभ प्रदान किया जाएगा:

(I) दिव्यांगता के मामले में

(i) रु॰ 9000/- प्रतिमाह की दर से मासिक अनुग्रह राशि।

(ii) दिव्यांगता की अवधि के दौरान 100% दिव्यांगता के लिए रु॰ 16,200/- प्रतिमाह की दर से दिव्यांगता अनुग्रह राशि अतिरिक्त रूप से देय होगी जो कि दिव्यांगता की डिग्री 100% से कम होने पर समानुपातिक रूप से कम कर दी जाएगी। दिव्यांगता की डिग्री 20% से कम होने की स्थिति में कोई दिव्यांगता राशि देय नहीं होगी।

(iii) दिव्यांगता चिकित्सा बोर्ड (आई बी एम) की सिफारिश पर 100% दिव्यांगता के लिए रु॰ 6,750/- प्रतिमाह की दर से स्थाई परिचारक भत्ता (सीएए)।

(।।) मृत्यु के मामले में

(i) निकटतम संबंधियों को 12.5 रु॰ लाख की अनुग्रह राशि

(ii) निकटतम संबंधियों को 9,000 रु॰ प्रतिमाह की दर से अनुग्रह राशि

नोट: 1. कै डेटों (सीधी भर्ती)/ निकटतम संबंधियों को अनुग्रह राशि पूर्णत: अनुग्रह आधार पर स्वीकृ त की जाएगी और इसे किसी भी उद्देश्य के लिए पेंशन नहीं माना जाएगा।

2. मासिक अनुग्रह राशि के साथ-साथ अनुग्रह दिव्यांगता राशि पर लागू दरों के अनुसार महंगाई भत्ता प्रदान किया जाएगा।

* भत्ता इंडेक्स की दर 25% की बढ़ी हुई दर से परिकलित की जाएगी, क्योंकि दिनांक 01.01.2024 को महंगाई भत्ते की दर 50% को पार कर चुकी थी।

11. (क) सेना सामूहिक बीमा फं ड 3 साल के लिए प्री-कमीशन प्रशिक्षण ज्वाइनिंग की तारीख से कै डेट्स द्वारा 14,000/- रुपए (समय-समय पर संशोधन के अध्यधीन) के वापस न होने वाले एकमुश्त प्रीमियम के भुगतान पर 30 लाख रूपए का बीमा कवर प्रदान करता है। यदि किसी कै डेट को निर्वासित किया जाता है तो उससे निर्वासित अवधि के लिए 2635/- रु (समय-समय पर संशोधन के अधीन) की दर से अतिरिक्त प्रीमियम देना होगा। दिव्यांगता के कारण जिन्हें दिव्यांगता चिकित्सा बोर्ड द्वारा बाहर कर दिया जाता है और जो किसी प्रकार की पेंशन के पात्र नहीं हैं, उन्हें 100% दिव्यांगता के लिए 25 लाख रूपए प्रदान किए जाएंगे। 20% दिव्यांगता के लिए इसे समानुपातिक रुप से कम करके 5 लाख26 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I—SEC.III] तक कर दिया जाएगा। तथापि, 20% से कम दिव्यांगता के लिए प्रशिक्षण के पहले दो वर्ष के लिए के वल रु॰ 50,000/- का अनुग्रह अनुदान और प्रशिक्षण के तीसरे वर्ष के दौरान 1,00,000/-रु॰ का अनुग्रह अनुदान दिया जाएगा। मदिरापान, नशे की लत तथा भर्ती से पहले हुए रोगों से उत्पन्न दिव्यांगता के लिए दिव्यांगता लाभ और अनुग्रह अनुदान देय नहीं होंगे।

इसके अतिरिक्त, अनुशासनिक आधार पर निकाले गए, अवांछनीय के तौर पर निष्कासित अथवा स्वेच्छा से अकादमी छोड़ने वाले कै डेट भी दिव्यांगता लाभ और अनुग्रह अनुदान के लिए पात्र नहीं होंगे। इस योजना में कोई बचत घटक नहीं है।

(ख) कमीशन प्राप्त करने से पूर्व प्रशिक्षण के दौरान स्टाइपेंड प्राप्त कर रहे पुरुष/महिला कै डेटों के लिए सेना के नियमित अधिकारियों हेतु यथालागू 1.25 करोड़ रूपए का बीमा किया जाता है। 12,500/- रूपए प्रतिमह का एजीआईएफ अंशदान पीसीडीए (ओ), पुणे द्वारा सीधे काट लिया जाएगा। दिव्यांगता के कारण जिन्हें दिव्यांगता चिकित्सा बोर्ड द्वारा भारतीय सैन्य अकादमी से बाहर कर दिया जाता है और जो किसी प्रकार की पेंशन के हकदार नहीं हैं, उन्हें 100% दिव्यांगता के लिए 25 लाख रुपए प्रदान किये जायेंगे। 20% दिव्यांगता के लिए इसे समानुपातिक रूप से कम करके 5 लाख रु॰ दिया जाएगा। तथापि, 20% से कम दिव्यांगता के लिए के वल 50,000/-रु॰ का अनुग्रह अनुदान दिया जाएगा।

मदिरापान, नशे की लत तथा भर्ती से पहले हुए रोगों से उत्पन्न दिव्यांगता के लिए दिव्यांगता लाभ और अनुग्रह अनुदान देय नहीं होंगे। इसके अतिरिक्त, अनुशासनिक आधार पर निकले गए, अवांछनीय के रूप में निष्कासित अथवा स्वेच्छा से अकादमी छोड़ने वाले पुरुष/महिला कै डेट भी दिव्यांगता लाभ और अनुग्रह अनुदान के लिए पात्र नहीं होंगे।

RULES

No. B/51725/158/Rtg(NDA Entry)/17(1)/2026-DMA (AG-II).—The rules for the Competitive Examination viz National Defence Academy & Naval Academy Examination (II), 2026 to be held by the Union Public Service Commission on 13th September, 2026 for admission to the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA for the 158th Course and for the 120th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) commencing from 1st July 2027 are published.

The date of holding the examination as mentioned above may be changed, if so required, at the discretion of the Commission.

The approximate number of vacancies to be filled on the basis of results of this examination will be as under:—

Note: Indian Army Publishes the vacancies for Men and Women separately for various services and Entries keeping into account the operational and administrative needs of the force as envisaged in the existing and future scenarios. Though the vacancies for men and women categories for all services of NDA/Naval Academy are being notified through common Notification and tested through a common written examination for administrative purpose, NDA/Naval Academy men and women are separate entries and selection for both these categories is done separately but in a gender pure manner as per vacancies notified. THE PREPARATION OF WRITTEN RESULTS AND FINAL MERIT LISTS FOR MEN AND WOMEN IN NDA/NAVAL ACADEMY FOR THESE CATEGORIES WILL ALSO BE DONE SEPARATELY AS PER VACANCY NOTIFIED.

The number of vacancies given in the Commission's Examination Notice is provisional and may be changed depending on the availability of training capacity of National Defence Academy and Indian Naval Academy.

A candidate shall be required to mandatorily indicate order of preferences only for those services for which he/she is interested for allocation to, in the online application. No request for addition/alteration in the preferences/order of preferences once submitted in the online application by a candidate will be entertained. The order of preference may be indicated in the following manner: 1 to 4. It is mandatory for a candidate to exercise at least one preference to be considered for service allocation.

2. CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY:

(a) Nationality: A candidate must be unmarried male/female and must be:

(i) a citizen of India, or (i) a subject of Nepal, or (iii) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African

Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii) and (iii) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.

Certificate of eligibility will not, however, be necessary in the case of candidates who are Gorkha subjects of Nepal.

(b) Age Limits, Sex and Marital Status:

Only unmarried male/female candidates born not earlier than 01st January 2008 and not later than 01st January 2011 are eligible.

The date of birth accepted by the Commission is that entered in the Matriculation or Secondary School Leaving Certificate or in a certificate recognised by an Indian University as equivalent to Matriculation or in an extract from a Register of Matriculates maintained by a University which must be certified by the proper authority of the University or in the Secondary School Examination or an equivalent examination certificates. No other document relating to age like horoscopes, affidavits, birth extracts from Municipal Corporation, service records and the like will be accepted. The expression Matriculation/ Secondary School Examination Certificate in this part of the instruction includes the alternative certificates mentioned above.

NOTE 1: Candidates should note that only the date of birth as recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary School Examination Certificate available or an equivalent certificate on the date of submission of applications will be accepted by the Commission and no subsequent request for its change will be considered or granted.

NOTE 2: Candidates should also note that once a date of birth has been submitted by them in the Online Application Form and entered in the records of the Commission for the purpose of admission to an Examination, no change will be allowed subsequently or at any subsequent examination on any ground whatsoever.

NOTE 3: The candidates should exercise due care while entering their date of birth in the respective column of the Online Application Form. If on verification at any subsequent stage any variation is found in their date of birth from the one entered in their Matriculation or equivalent Examination certificate, disciplinary action will be taken against them by the Commission under the Rules.

NOTE 4: The candidates should also note that no addition/deletion/ changes are allowed in the online application form in the NDA & NA Examination in any circumstances once it is submitted. However, the Commission provides a one-time facility for candidates to update or modify their Universal Registration Number (URN) Profile. Please note that any changes made to the URN Profile will not be reflected in applications already submitted. The updated information will apply only to applications submitted after the candidate has made the necessary changes and successfully re-locked the URN Profile.

NOTE 5: Candidates must undertake not to marry until they complete their full training. A candidate who marries subsequent to the date of his/her application though successful at this or any subsequent Examination will not be selected for training. A candidate who marries during training shall be discharged and will be liable to refund all expenditure incurred on him/her by the Government.

(c) Educational Qualifications:

(i) For Army Wing of National Defence Academy :—12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

(ii) For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy :—12th Class pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

Candidates who are appearing in the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this examination.

Such candidates who qualify the SSB interview but could not produce Matriculation/10+2 or equivalent certificate in original at the time of SSB interview should forward duly self-attested Photocopies to 'Directorate General of Recruiting, Army HQ, West Block III, R.K. Puram, New Delhi-110066' and for Naval Academy candidates to 'Naval Headquarters, DMPR, OI&R Section, Room No. 204, 'C' Wing, Sena Bhavan, New Delhi-110011' by 10th June 2027 failing which their candidature will be cancelled. All other candidates who have produced their Matriculation and 10+2 pass or equivalent certificates in original at the time of attending the SSB interview and have got the same verified by the SSB authorities are not required to submit the same to Army HQ or Naval HQ as the case may be. Certificates in original issued by the Principals of the Institutions are also acceptable in cases where Boards/Universities have not yet issued certificates. Certified true copies/Photostat copies of such certificates will not be accepted.

In exceptional cases, the Commission may treat a candidate, who does not possess any of the qualifications prescribed in this rule as educationally qualified provided that the candidate possesses qualifications, the standard of which in the opinion of the Commission, justifies his/her admission to the examination.

NOTE 1: Candidates appearing in the 11th class exam are not eligible for this examination.

NOTE 2: Those candidates who have yet to qualify the 12th class or equivalent examination and are allowed to appear in the UPSC Examination should note that this is only a special concession given to them. They are required to submit proof of passing the 12th class or equivalent examination by the prescribed date (i.e. 10th June 2027 and no request for extending this date will be entertained on the grounds of late conduct of Board/University Examination, delay in declaration of results or any other ground whatsoever.

NOTE 3: Registration and Online Application Form :

A candidate who is willing to apply for National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination shall be required to apply online and submit the requisite information and supporting documents towards various claims, such as date of birth, educational qualification, etc. as may be sought by the Commission alongwith the Common Application Form (CAF) For detailed instructions for filling up the form, the Notice for National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (II), 2026 may be referred. The failure to provide the required information/documents alongwith the Universal Registration Number (URN) Profile, Common Application Form (CAF) and Examination Specific Form will entail cancellation of candidature for the examination.

NOTE 4: Candidates who are debarred by the Ministry of Defence from holding any type of commission in the services shall not be eligible for admission to the examination and if admitted, their candidature will be cancelled.

NOTE 5: Those candidates, who have failed CPSS/PABT (Computerized Pilot Selection System/Pilot Aptitude Battery Test) earlier, are now eligible for Air Force in Ground Duty branches if they fill their willingness in the Exam Specific Form available at the Commission's website and also at the Selection Centres.

(d) Physical Standards:

Candidates must be physically fit according to physical standards for admission to National Defence

Academy and Naval Academy Examination (II), 2026 as per guidelines given in the Appendix-II.

(e) A candidate who has resigned or withdrawn on disciplinary grounds from any of the training academies of Armed Forces is not eligible to apply.

3. FEE :

Candidates (except SC/ST/female candidates, wards of JCOs/NCOs/ORs as specified in the Commission's

Notice) must pay the fee as prescribed in the Commission's Examination Notice.

The wards of serving/ex-Junior Commissioned Officers/Non-Commissioned Officers/Other Ranks of Army and equivalent ranks in the Indian Navy/Indian Air Force are also not required to pay the prescribed fee if they are studying in Military School (formerly known as King George's School)/Sainik School run by Sainik Schools Society.

A certificate of eligibility for fee exemption is required to be obtained by all such candidates from the

Principals concerned individually and produced for verification at the time of SSB Test/Interview by the

candidates who are declared qualified for the SSB Test/Interview.

4. All candidates whether already in Government Service including candidates serving in the Armed Forces, Sailors (including boys and artificers apprentices) of the Indian Navy, Cadets of Rashtriya Indian Military College (previously known as Sainik School, Dehradun), Students of Rashtriya Military Schools (formerly known as Military Schools) and Sainik Schools run by Sainik Schools Society, Government owned industrial undertakings or other similar organizations or in private employment should apply online directly to the Commission.

5. Persons already in Government Service, whether in permanent or temporary capacity or as work charged employees other than casual or daily rated employees or those serving under the Public Enterprises; (b) Candidates serving in the Armed Forces, Sailors (including boys and artificers apprentices) of the Indian Navy; and (c) Cadets of Rashtriya Indian Military College (previously known as Sainik School, Dehradun), Students of Military Schools formerly known as King George's Schools and Sainik Schools run by Sainik Schools Society are required to inform their Head of Office/Department, Commanding Officer, Principals of College/School concerned, as the case may be, in writing that they have applied for this examination.

Note: Candidates should note that in case a communication is received by the Commission from their employer/authority concerned withholding permission to the candidates applying for/appearing at the examination, their applications will be liable to be rejected/candidature will be liable to be cancelled.

6. The decision of the Commission as to the eligibility or otherwise of candidate for admission to the examination shall be final.

The candidate applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility conditions for admission to the examination. Their admission to all the stages of the examination will be purely provisional subject to their satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions. If on verification at any time before or after any stage of the examination, it is found that they do not fulfil any of the eligibility conditions their candidature will be cancelled by the Commission.

7. No candidate will be admitted to the examination unless he/she holds a certificate of admission for the examination.

8. All the candidates who have successfully qualified in the written examination are required to register themselves online on Directorate General of Recruiting website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. with the same E-mail ID as provided to UPSC while filling UPSC online application. Candidates must ensure that their e-mail IDs given in their online applications are valid and active. These candidates would then be allotted Selection Centres through the aforesaid website. In case of any problem/query, candidates should contact Directorate General of Recruiting on the telephone numbers given on their website or through feedback / query module after logging on to their profile.

THOSE CANDIDATES WHO HAVE ALREADY PASSED 10+2 EXAMINATION MUST CARRY THEIR ORIGINAL 10+2 PASS CERTIFICATE OR MARKS SHEET FOR THE SSB INTERVIEW.

9. (1) If any of their claims is found to be incorrect/false/fraud/fabricated they may render themselves liable to disciplinary action by the Commission in terms of the following provisions:

A candidate who is or has been declared by the Commission or respective Service HQ to be guilty of:-

(a) Obtaining support for candidature by the following means, namely:—

(i) offering illegal gratification to; or

(ii) applying pressure on; or

(iii) blackmailing, or threatening to blackmail any person connected with the conduct of the examination; or

(b) impersonation; or

(c) procuring impersonation by any person; or

(d) submitting fabricated/incorrect documents or documents which have been tampered with; or (e) uploading irrelevant or incorrect photos/signature in the application form in place of actual photo/signature.

(f) making statements which are incorrect or false or suppressing material information; or

(g) resorting to the following means in connection with the candidature for the examination, namely :—

(i) obtaining copy of question paper through improper means;

(ii) finding out the particulars of the persons connected with secret work relating to the examination;

(iii) influencing the examiners; or

(h) being in possession of or using unfair means, incriminating material during the examination; or (i) writing obscene matter or drawing obscene sketches or irrelevant matter in the scripts; or

(j) misbehaving in the examination hall including tearing of the scripts, provoking fellow examinees to boycott examination, creating a disorderly scene and the like; or

(k) harassing, threatening or doing bodily harm to the staff employed by the Commission for the conduct of their examination; or

(l) being in possession of or using any mobile phone (even in switched-off mode), pager or any other incriminating material (notes on e-admit cards, papers, erasers etc.) or any electronic equipment or programmable device or storage media like pen drive, smart watches/digital watches etc. or camera or bluetooth devices or IT gadgets, any other equipment or related accessories (either in working or switched-off mode) capable of being used as a communication device during the examination; or (m) violating any of the instructions issued to candidates along with their e-Admit card permitting them to take the examination; or

(n) attempting to commit or, as the case may be, abetting the commission of all or any of the acts specified in the foregoing clauses;

In addition to being liable to criminal prosecution/appropriate legal action as deemed fit under the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, as amended from time to time, the32 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I—SEC.III] candidate shall be disqualified by the Commission from the Examination held under these Rules, and /or shall be liable to be debarred either permanently or for a specified period:-

(i) by the Commission, from any examination or selection held by them;

(ii) by the Central Government from any employment under them;

And shall be liable to face disciplinary action under the appropriate rules if already in service under Government.

Provided that no penalty under this rule shall be imposed except after:—

(i) giving the candidate an opportunity of making such representation in writing as the candidate may wish to make in that behalf; and

(ii) taking the representation, if any, submitted by the candidate within the period allowed for the purpose, into consideration.

9. (2) Any person who is found by the Commission or respective service HQ to be guilty of colluding with a candidate (s) in committing or abetting the Commission of any of the misdeeds listed at Clauses (a) to (m) above will be liable to action in terms of the clause (n) above.

10. TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE:

Candidates appearing for SSB interview for the first time for a particular type of Commission i.e. Permanent or Short Service, shall be entitled for AC III Tier to and fro railway fare or bus fare including reservation cum sleeper charges within the Indian limits. Candidates who apply again for the same type of Commission will not be entitled to travelling allowance on any subsequent occasion.

12. ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RESULTS OF THE WRITTEN EXAMINATION, INTERVIEW OF

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES, ANNOUNCEMENT OF FINAL RESULTS AND ADMISSION TO THE

TRAINING COURSES OF THE FINALLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES:

The Union Public Service Commission shall prepare a list of candidates who obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the written examination as fixed by the Commission at their discretion. Such candidates shall appear before a Services Selection Board for Intelligence and Personality Test where candidates for the Army/Navy wings of the NDA and 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme of Indian Naval Academy will be assessed on Officers Potentiality and those for the Air Force in addition to the above will have to qualify Computerised Pilot Selection System (CPSS).

Candidates who have opted for the Air Force as one of their choices shall undergo the CPSS if they qualify the SSB and express their willingness. For this purpose, they are required to submit an Undertaking Form indicating their willingness or unwillingness to undergo the CPSS at the selection centre before the commencement of the medical examination.

In case a candidate is either declared failed in CPSS or not tested due to being in the Habitual Wearing of Glasses (HWG) category, he can be considered for Air Force Ground Duties, if willing.

13. TWO-STAGE SELECTION PROCEDURE:

Two-stage selection procedure based on Psychological Aptitude Test and Intelligence Test has been introduced at Selection Centres/Air Force Selection Boards/Naval Selection Boards. All the candidates will be put to stage-one test on first day of reporting at Selection Centres/Air Force Selection Boards/Naval Selection Boards. Only those candidates who qualify at stage one will be admitted to the second stage/remaining tests. Those candidates who qualify stage II will be required to submit the Original Certificates along with one photocopy each of: (i) Original Matriculation pass certificate or equivalent in support of date of birth, (ii) Original 10+2 pass certificate or equivalent in support of educational qualification.

Candidates who appear before the Services Selection Board and undergo the test there, will do so at their own risk and will not be entitled to claim any compensation or other relief from Government in respect of any injury which they may sustain in the course of or as a result of any of the tests given to them at the Services Selection Board whether due to the negligence of any person or otherwise. Parents or guardians of the candidates will be required to sign a certificate to this effect.

To be acceptable, candidates for the Army/Navy/Naval Academy and Air Force should secure the minimum qualifying marks separately in (i) Written examination as fixed by the Commission at their discretion and (ii) Officer Potentiality Test as fixed by the Services Selection Board at their discretion. Over and above candidates for the Air Force, and all the SSB qualified candidates as per their willingness, eligibility and preference for flying branch of Air Force, should separately qualify the CPSS.

N.B.: EVERY CANDIDATE FOR THE FLYING BRANCH OF AIR FORCE IS GIVEN

COMPUTERISED PILOT SELECTION SYSTEM (CPSS) (PILOT APTITUDE TEST) ONLY ONCE. THE

GRADES SECURED BY HIM/HER AT THE FIRST TEST WILL THEREFORE HOLD GOOD FOR

EVERY SUBSEQUENT INTERVIEW HE/SHE HAS WITH THE AIR FORCE SELECTION BOARD. A

CANDIDATE WHO FAILS IN THE CPSS CANNOT APPLY FOR ADMISSION TO THE NATIONAL

DEFENCE ACADEMY EXAMINATION FOR THE FLYING BRANCH OF AIR FORCE WING OR

GENERAL DUTIES (PILOT) BRANCH OR NAVAL AIR ARM.

Candidates who have been given the Computerised Pilot Selection System (CPSS) for any previous N.D.A. course should submit their application for this examination for the Air Force Wing only if they have been notified as having qualified in CPSS. In case a candidate has failed in CPSS/not tested for CPSS for being HWG (Habitual Wearer of Glasses), the candidate would be considered for Ground Duty branch of IAF, Navy, Army and INAC as per his/her choices.

The form and manner of communication of the result of the examination to individual candidates shall be decided by the Commission at their discretion and the Commission will not enter into correspondence with them regarding the result.

Success in the examination confers no right of admission to the Academy. A candidate must satisfy the appointing authority that he/she is suitable in all respects for admission to the Academy.

13.1 ROUNDING OFF MARKS AND TIE BREAKING PRINCIPLES:

The provisions relating to the rounding off of marks, wherever applicable, and the principles for resolving cases of tie in scores shall be as prescribed below:-

(A) Rounding off marks:

Marks obtained by the candidates shall be rounded off up to two decimal digits, at all stage(s) of the examination, by applying the standard rounding off principle, wherever applicable. Accordingly, while applying the tie-breaking principles, the rounded-off marks upto two decimal digits shall be considered for resolving all tie cases.

(B) Tie Breaking Principles:

(i) If the marks in aggregate (Final Marks) are equal, the candidate securing more marks in written total will be ranked higher;

(ii) If the marks at (i) above are equal, the candidate securing more marks in "Paper-II : General Ability Test" will be ranked higher;

(iii) If the marks at (i) and (ii) above are also equal, the candidate senior in age will be ranked higher; and

(iv) In cases where a tie persists even after applying the above tie-breaking principles, it will be resolved at the discretion of the Commission.

14. ADMISSION TO THE TRAINING COURSES OF THE FINALLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES

Subject to these conditions, the qualified candidates will then be placed in a single combined list on the basis of total marks secured by them in the Written Examination and the Services Selection Board Tests. The final allocation/selection for admission to the Army, Navy, Air Force of the National Defence Academy and 10+2 Cadet35 [भाग I—खण्ड III] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण Entry Scheme of Indian Naval Academy will be made upto the number of vacancies available subject to eligibility, medical fitness and merit-cum-preference of the candidates. The candidates who are eligible to be admitted to multiple Services/Courses will be considered for allocation/selection with reference to their order of preferences and in the event of their final allocation/ selection to one Service/Course, they will not be considered for admission to other remaining Services/Courses.

The eligible candidate will be issued a joining letter through the online portal (profile), specifying the reporting date. After receiving the joining letter, candidates must download the Joining Instructions for the course from www.joinindianarmy.nic.in and comply with the guidelines provided. Candidates who fail to report to the academy within seven (07) days of the specified reporting date, without submitting a prior written intimation or request, will have their candidature liable for cancellation. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained thereafter.

15. DISQUALIFICATION FOR ADMISSION TO THE TRAINING COURSE:

Candidates who were admitted to an earlier course at the National Defence Academy, or to the 10 + 2 Cadet Entry Scheme of Indian Naval Academy but were removed therefrom for lack of officer-like qualities or on disciplinary grounds will not be admitted to the Academy.

Candidates, who were previously withdrawn from the National Defence Academy or Indian Naval Academy on medical grounds or left the above Academy voluntarily are however, eligible for admission to the Academy provided they satisfy the medical and other prescribed conditions.

16. The details regarding (a) the scheme and syllabus of the examination, (b) Physical standards for admission to the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy and (c) Brief particulars of the service etc., for candidates joining the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy are given in Appendices I, II and III respectively.

NOTE :

Out of maximum marks assigned to part 'B' of this paper, questions on Sections 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D', 'E' and 'F' will carry approximately 25%, 15%, 10%, 20%, 20% and 10% weightages respectively.

Intelligence and Personality Test

The SSB procedure consists of two stage Selection process - stage I and stage II. Only those candidates who clear the stage I are permitted to appear for stage II. The details are :

(a) Stage I comprises Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) tests are Picture Perception and Description Test (PP&DT). The candidates will be shortlisted based on combination of performance in OIR Test and PP&DT.

(b) Stage II comprises Interview, Group Testing Officer Tasks, Psychology Tests and the Conference. These tests are conducted over 4 days. The details of these tests are given on the website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.

The personality of a candidate is assessed by three different assessors viz. The Interviewing Officer (IO), Group Testing Officer (GTO) and the Psychologist. There are no separate weightage for each test. The marks are allotted by assessors only after taking into consideration the performance of the candidate holistically in all the tests.

In addition, marks for Conference are also allotted based on the initial performance of the Candidate in the three techniques and decision of the Board. All these have equal weightage.

The various tests of IO, GTO and Psych are designed to bring out the presence/absence of Officer Like Qualities and their trainability in a candidate. Accordingly candidates are Recommended or Not Recommended at the SSB.

APPENDIX–II

GUIDELINES FOR PHYSICAL STANDARDS FOR ADMISSION TO THE NATIONAL DEFENCE

ACADEMY.

NOTE: CANDIDATES MUST BE PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY FIT ACCORDING TO THE PRESCRIBED PHYSICAL STANDARDS. MEDICAL FITNESS CRITERIA GIVEN BELOW ARE AS PER EXISTING GUIDELINES AS ON DATE OF PUBLICATION AND THESE GUIDELINES ARE SUBJECT TO REVISION.

A NUMBER OF QUALIFIED CANDIDATES ARE REJECTED SUBSEQUENTLY ON MEDICAL GROUNDS.

CANDIDATES ARE THEREFORE ADVISED IN THEIR OWN INTEREST TO GET THEMSELVES41 [भाग I—खण्ड III] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण MEDICALLY EXAMINED BEFORE SUBMITTING THEIR APPLICATIONS TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT AT THE FINAL STAGE.

1. Candidates are also advised to rectify minor defects/ailments in order to speed up finalisation of medical examination conducted at the Military Hospital after being recommended at the SSB.

2. Few of such commonly found defects/ailments are listed below:

(a) Wax (Ears)

(b) Deviated Nasal Septum

(c) Hydrocele/Phimosis

(d) Overweight/Underweight

(e) Under Sized Chest

(f) Piles

(g) Gynaecomastia

(h) Tonsillitis

(i) Varicocele

NOTE: Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of forearm i.e. from inside of elbow to the wrist and on the reverse side of palm/back (dorsal) side of hand/Permanent body tattoos on any other part of the body are not acceptable and candidates will be barred from further selection. Tribes with tattoo marks on the face or body as per their existing custom and traditions will be permitted on a case to case basis. Comdt Selection Centre will be competent authority for clearing such cases.

3. Civilian candidates appearing for all types of Commission in the Armed Forces will be entitled to out- patients treatment from service sources at public expense for injuries sustained or diseases contracted during the course of their examination by the Selection Board. They will also be entitled to in-patient treatment at public expense in the Officer's ward of a hospital provided—

(a) the injury is sustained during the tests or,

(b) the disease is contracted during the course of the examination by selection board and there is no suitable accommodation in local civil hospital or it is impracticable to remove the patient to the civil hospital; or, (c) the medical board requires the candidate's admission for observation.

NOTE: They are not entitled to special nursing.

4. Medical Procedure

A candidate recommended by the Services Selection Board will undergo a medical examination by a Board of Service Medical Officers. Only those candidates will be admitted to the academy who are declared fit by the Medical Board. The proceedings of the Medical Board are confidential and will not be divulged to anyone. However, the candidates declared unfit will be intimated by the President of the Medical Board and the procedure for request for an Appeal Medical Board will also be intimated to the candidate. Candidates declared unfit during Appeal Medical Board will be intimated about the provision of Review Medical Board.

MEDICAL STANDARDS AND PROCEDURE FOR MEDICAL EXAMINATION OF OFFICERS IN THE

ARMED FORCES

The medical standards and procedures for the medical examination of candidates for entry as officers into the Armed Forces (Army, Navy and Air Force) shall be governed by the "Joint Order Manual of Medical Standards for Entry into Armed Forces (1st Edition)".

APPENDIX-III

(BRIEF PARTICULARS OF THE SERVICE ETC.)

1. Before a candidate joins the Academy, the parent or guardian will be required to sign:-

(a) A certificate to the effect that he/she fully understands that he/she or his/her son or ward shall not be entitled to claim any compensation or other relief from the Government in respect of any injury which his/her son or ward may sustain in the course of or as a result of the training or where bodily infirmity or death results in the course of or as a result of a surgical operation performed upon or anaesthesia administered to him/her for the treatment of any injury received as aforesaid or otherwise.

(b) A bond to the effect that if, on account of his/her dismissal or discharge or withdrawal from National Defence Academy for knowingly furnishing false particulars or suppressing material information in his/her application for admission to the said National Defence Academy or in the event of his/her being voluntarily resigning from the said National Defence Academy or for any reason not beyond the control of the cadet, he/she does not complete the prescribed period of training, or he/she, the cadet, does not accept a Commission if offered as conventated above, then the Guarantors and the cadet shall jointly and severally be liable to pay forthwith to Government in cash sums as the Government shall fix but not exceeding such expenses as shall have been incurred by the Government on account of the Cadet on his/her training and all the money received by the Cadets as pay and allowance from the Government together with interest on the said money calculated at the rate in force for Government loans.

2. The cost of training including accommodation, books, uniforms, boarding and medical treatment will be borne by the Government. Parents or guardians of cadets, will, however, be required to meet their pocket and other private expenses. Normally these expenses are not likely to exceed Rs. 3000.00 p.m. If in any case a cadet's parents or guardian is unable to meet wholly or partly even this expenditure financial assistance of Rs. 2,500/- per month for the period of training may be granted by the Government whose parents income is less than Rs. 45,000/- per month.

Cadet whose parent's or guardian's income exceeds Rs. 45,000/- per month will not be liable for the assistance. If more than one son/ward simultaneously undergoing training at NDA, IMA, OTA and corresponding training establishment in the Navy and Air Force, then BOTH would be eligible for the financial assistance.

2.1 Existing Rate of Allowances. Allowances mentioned at para 10(b)(iii), [(iv) – except Tech Allowance Tier –I & II], (v), (viii) & (ix) are DA indexed.

The parent/guardian of a candidate desirous of having financial assistance from the Government should immediately after his/her son/ward having been finally selected for training at the National Defence Academy submit an application through the District Magistrate of his/her District who will forward the application with his/her recommendation to the Commandant, National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, Pune – 411023.

3. Candidates finally selected for training at the Academy will be required to deposit the following amount with the Commandant, National Defence Academy, on their arrival there :—

Out of the amount mentioned above, the following amount is refundable to the candidates in the event of financial aid being sanctioned to them:—

(a) Pocket Money Allowance Rs. 2,500/- Per Month.

(b) For items of clothing and equipment

(Brought at the time of joining)

4. The following Scholarships/Financial Assistance are tenable at the National Defence Academy.

(1) PARASHURAM BHAU PATWARDHAN SCHOLARSHIP— This Scholarship is granted to cadets overall first in Academics of Passing out Course. One time scholarship amount is Rs. 5000/-.

(2) COLONEL KENDAL FRANK MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP— This scholarship is of the value of Rs. 4800.00 per annum and awarded to a MARATHA cadet who should be the son of an ex- serviceman. The scholarship is in addition to any financial assistance from the Government.

(3) ASSAM GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP—Two scholarships will be awarded to the cadets from ASSAM. The value of each scholarship is Rs. 30.00 per mensem and is tenable for the duration of a cadet's stay at the National Defence Academy. The scholarships will be awarded to the two best cadets from ASSAM without any reference to the income of their parents. The cadets who are granted this scholarship will not be entitled to any other financial assistance from the Government.

(4) UTTAR PRADESH GOVERNMENT INCENTIVE SCHEME—Uttar Pradesh Sainik Punarvas Nidhi a Trust under Hon'ble Governor of Uttar Pradesh has started a incentive scheme for cadets joining NDA/IMA/OTA/AF Academy/Naval Academy/Female Entry who are wards of ex-Servicemen/widows upto JCO rank and are domicile of State of Uttar Pradesh in which there is a provision of one time grant of Rs 50,000/- for each cadet selected as a special incentive.

(5) KERALA GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIPS— All male/female cadets irrespective of gender and without any pre conditions to all Kerala state cadets who are admitted to OTA, NDA, IMA, Naval Academy, Air force Academy, Armed Forces Medical College, RIMC Schools, as a consolation shall be granted Rs. 2,00,000/- only and those who get admission to Military, Naval and Air force Nursing Schools shall be granted as a consolation Rs. 1,00,000/-.

(6) BIHARI LAL MANDAKINI PRIZE— This is cash prize of Rs. 500.00 available for the best BENGALI boy in each Course of the Academy. Application Forms are available with the Commandant, National Defence Academy.

(7) ORISSA GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIPS— These scholarships, one for the Army, one for the Navy and the other for the Air Force of the value of Rs. 80.00 each per month will be awarded by the Government of Orissa to the cadets who are permanent residents of the State of ORISSA. Two of these44 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I—SEC.III] scholarships will be awarded on the basis of merit-cum-means of the cadets whose parent's or guardian's income does not exceed Rs. 5,000/- per annum and the other one will be given to the best cadet irrespective of his/her parent's or guardian's income.

(18) HIMACHAL PRADESH GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP— Four scholarships will be awarded to cadets from HIMACHAL PRADESH. The value of each scholarship is Rs. 30.00 per month during the first two years of training and Rs. 48.00 per month during the third year of training. These scholarships will be available to those cadets whose parent's income is below Rs. 500.00 per month. No cadet in receipt of financial assistance from the Government will be eligible for this scholarship.

(19) TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP—The Government of Tamil Nadu has instituted at NDA one scholarship per course of the value of Rs. 30/- per month plus an outfit allowance of Rs. 400/- (one only during the entire period of cadet's training) to be awarded to a cadet belonging to the45 [भाग I—खण्ड III] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण State of TAMIL NADU whose parent's/guardian's monthly income does not exceed Rs. 500/-. The application by an eligible cadet can be made to the Commandant, National Defence Academy on their arrival.

In addition to the existing Scholarships, Directorate of Ex-Servicemen Welfare, Chennai under Tamil Nadu Government has sanctioned a one-time grant of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) to the eligible children of Ex-Servicemen who join NDA/IMA/Naval or Air Force Academy as Permanent Commissioned Officers.

(20) KARNATAKA GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIPS— The Govt. of Karnataka has awarded scholarships to cadets from Karnataka State who join the National Defence Academy. The value of the scholarship shall be Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) per month and outfit allowance of in first term Rs.18,000/- per annum.

(21) ALBERT EKKA SCHOLARSHIP—The Government of Bihar has instituted at NDA 25 Merit Scholarships at Rs. 50/- per month for entire period of six terms at the NDA and Rs. 650/- one time towards clothing and equipment. The cadet awarded the above merit scholarship would not be eligible for any other scholarship or financial assistance from the Government. The application by an eligible cadet can be made to the Commandant, National Defence Academy on their arrival.

(22) FG OFFICER DV PINTOO MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP— Gp Capt. M Vashishta has instituted 3 scholarships of Rs. 125/- each per month at NDA for one term to be awarded to the first three cadets in the order of merit on completion of their first semester till end of second term. The cadets in receipt of Govt. Financial Assistance will not be eligible for the above scholarships. The application for eligible cadets can be made to the Commandant, NDA on arrival.

(23) FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO WARDS OF EX-SERVICEMEN—MAHARASHTRA

STATE— The wards of Maharashtrian ex-service officers/men who are undergoing training as cadets at NDA will be given Rs.1,00,000/- as one time incentive.

The parents/guardians of the wards should submit their applications to their respective Zilla Sainik Welfare Office along with the certificates obtained from the Academy. Terms and conditions governing these scholarships are obtainable from the Commandant, National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, Pune – 411 023.

(24) AWARD OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO CANDIDATES OF HARYANA DOMICILE UNDER TRAINING AT NDA— The Haryana State Govt. has declared a cash award of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) to every individual who successfully completes the training at NDA/IMA/OTA and other Defence Academies of National Status and domicile of State of Haryana.

(25) INCENTIVE GRANT TO CADETS DOMICILE OF UT, CHANDIGARH UNDER TRAINING AT NDA— Chandigarh Administration has introduced the scheme for grant of one time incentive of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) to the cadets who are resident of UT, Chandigarh and joined NDA.

(26) SCHOLARSHIP/GRANT FOR NCT DELHI — The cadets undergoing training at NDA and who are bonafide residents of NCT Delhi will get a monthly grant of Rs 2000/-. A bonafide resident would means those cadets whose permanent home address recorded in the documents at the time of joining NDA is that of National Capital Territory of Delhi (and does not include NCR). This would be needed to be supported with a copy of the residence proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter Identity Card, Service Records of their parent etc.)

TRAINING

5. The selected candidates for the three services viz., Army, Navy and Air Force are given preliminary training both academic and physical for a period of 3 years at the National Defence Academy which is an Inter-Service Institution. The training during the first two and half years is common to the cadets of three wings. All the cadets on passing out will be awarded degrees from Jawaharlal Nehru University Delhi as under:-

(a) Army Cadets - B.Sc./ B.Sc. (Computer)/ B.A (a) Naval Cadets - B. Tech Degree* (a) Air Force Cadets - B. Tech Degree* /B.Sc./B.Sc. (Computer)

Note* : All the cadets undergoing B.Sc/B.SC(Computer)/BA Degree programme shall be awarded the degree on the successful completion of Academics, Physical and Service Training at NDA. All the cadets undergoing B Tech programme shall be awarded the B.Tech degree on the subsequent Pre Commissioning Training Academies/ Institutions/ Ships/ Air Craft.

The selected candidates of the Naval Academy will be given preliminary training both academic and physical, for a period of 04 years at Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala. The cadets of 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme will be awarded a B. Tech Degree on successful completion of training.

6. On passing out from the National Defence Academy, Army Cadets go to the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun, Naval Cadets to Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala and Air Force cadets and Ground Duty-Non Tech streams to Air Force Academy, Hyderabad and Air Force cadets of Ground Duty–Tech stream to Air Force Technical College, Bengaluru.

7. At the I.M.A., Army Cadets are known as Gentlemen/Lady Cadets and are given strenuous military training for a period of one year aimed at turning them into officer capable of leading infantry Sub-units. On successful completion of training Gentlemen/Lady Cadets are granted Permanent Commission in the rank of Lt. subject to being medically fit in "SHAPE" one.

8. (a) The Naval cadets are selected for the Executive Branch of the Navy, on passing out from the National Defence Academy and are given further training at Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala for a period of one year on successful completion of which they are promoted to the rank of Sub-Lieutenants.

(b) Selected candidates for the Naval Academy under (10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme) will be inducted as Cadets for four year B.Tech course in Applied Electronics & Communication Engineering (for Executive Branch), Mechanical Engineering (for Engineering Branch including Naval Architect specialization) or Electronics & Communication Engineering (for Electrical Branch) as per Naval requirements. On completion of the course, B. Tech Degree will be awarded by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU).

9. (a) Air Force Flying Branch Cadets receive flying training for a period of one and a half years. On successful completion of one year of basic flying training (Pilots), they are granted Permanent Commission (on probation) in the rank of Flying Officer, for a period of six months. Permanent Commission is then confirmed in respect of those officers who successfully complete the flying training conversion course for pilots lasting for a period of approximately six months.

(b) Air Force Ground Duties Branch Cadets are granted Permanent Commission (on probation) in the rank of Flying Officer, for six months on successful completion of training at AFA. On successful completion of the probationary period of approximately six months, the Permanent Commission is then confirmed.

(c) Selected candidates for Naval Academy under (10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme) will be inducted as Cadets for four year B.Tech course in Applied Electronics & Communication Engineering (for Executive Branch only). On completion of the course, B.Tech Degree will be awarded by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES

10. Army Officers and equivalent ranks in Air Force and Navy

(a) Fixed Stipend for Cadet Training:-

*On successful commissioning, the pay in the Pay matrix of the Officer commissioned shall be fixed in first Cell of Level 10 and the period of training shall not be treated as commissioned service and arrears on account of admissible allowances, as applicable, for the training period shall be paid to cadets.

(b) Pay

(ii) MSP to the officer is as follows:-

(iii) Depending upon rank and area of posting, officers posted to Field Areas will be eligible for the following Field Area Allowances:-

01.01.2024.

(iv) Other allowance:-

(v) Dress Allowance: 20,000/-* per year. (Rate will be enhanced by 25% each time DA is increased by 50%)

(vi) Ration in Kind: In peace and Field areas

(vii) Transport Allowance (TPTA) :

(viii) Children Education Allowance: Rs.2,250/-* per month per child for two eldest surviving only. CEA is admissible from Nursery to 12th Class.

(ix) Hostel Subsidy: Rs.6,750/-* per month per child for two eldest surviving only. Hostel Subsidy is admissible from Nursery to 12th Class.

(x) The following monetary benefits are available to the Cadets (Direct)/NoKs in the event of invalidment on medical grounds/death of a Cadet (Direct) due to causes attributable to or aggravated by military training:

(I) IN CASE OF DISABLEMENT

(i) Monthly Ex-gratia amount of Rs. 9,000/- per month.

(i) Ex-gratia disability award @ Rs. 16200/- per month shall be payable in addition for 100% of disability during period of disablement subject to prorata reduction in case the degree of disablement is less than 100%. No disability award shall be payable in cases where the degree of disablement is less than 20%.

(i) Constant Attendant Allowance (CAA) @ Rs 6750/- per month for 100% disabled on the recommendation of Invaliding Medical Board (IBM).

(II) IN CASE OF DEATH

(i) Ex-gratia amount of Rs. 12.5 lakhs to the NoK.

(i) Monthly Ex-gratia amount of Rs. 9000/- per month to the NoK.

Note: 1. The Ex-gratia awards to Cadets (Direct) / NoK, shall be sanctioned purely on ex-gratia basis and the same shall not be treated as pension for any purpose.

2. Dearness Relief at applicable rates shall be granted on monthly ex-gratia as well as ex- gratia disability award.

* The rate of DA index Allowances will be calculated at enhanced rate of 25% as the rate of DA crossed 50% w.e.f. 01.01.2024.

11. (a) Army Group Insurance Fund provides insurance cover of Rs. 30 lakh on payment of one time non- refundable premium of Rs. 14,000/- (subject to revision from time to time) by cadets from the date of joining for pre- commission training i.e. for 3 years. If a cadet is relegated an additional premium of Rs. 2,635/- (subject to revision from time to time) per relegated term will be paid. For those who are invalidated out by IMB on account of disability and not entitled to any pension will be provided Rs. 25 lakhs for 100 per cent disability. This will be proportionately reduced to Rs. 5 lakhs for 20 per cent. However, for less than 20 percent disability, only an Ex-Gratia Grant of Rs. 50,000/- for first two years of training and Rs. 1 lakh during the third year of training will be paid. Disability due to alcoholism, drug addiction and due to the diseases of pre-enrolment origin will not qualify for disability benefit and Ex-Gratia Grant. In addition, cadets withdrawn on disciplinary grounds, expelled as undesirable or leaving the Academy voluntarily will also not be eligible for disability benefits and Ex-Gratia. There is no saving component under the scheme.

(b) The Lady/Gentlemen Cadets during pre-commission trg when in receipt of stipend are insured for Rs. 1.25 Cr as applicable to officers of the regular Army. Monthly AGIF subscription of Rs. 12,500/- per month will be deducted directly by PCDA (O), Pune. For those who are invalidated out by Invalidated Medical Board (IMB) on account of disability and not entitled to any pension will be provided Rs 25 lakh for 100 percent disability. This will be proportionately reduced to Rs 5 lakh for 20 percent disability. However, for less than 20 percent disability, an ex- gratia grant of Rs. 50,000/- only will be paid. Disability due to alcoholism, drug addiction and due to the diseases of pre-enrolment origin will not qualify for disability benefit and Ex-Gratia Grant. In addition, Lady/Gentleman Cadets withdrawn on disciplinary grounds, expelled as an undesirable or leaving the Academy voluntarily will not be eligible for disability benefits and Ex-Gratia.

Pension, gratuity and casualty pensionary award will be admissible in accordance with the rules in force from time to time.

14. LEAVE

Leave will be admissible in accordance with the rules in force from time to time.
