का.आ. 5144(अ).— कें द्रीय सरकार, दूरसंचार (मानक, अनुरूपता निर्धारण और प्रमाणन को अधिसूचित करने की रूपरेखा) नियम, 2025 के नियम 5 के साथ पठित दूरसंचार अधिनियम, 2023 (2023 का 44) की धारा 19 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख़ से, दूरसंचार उपस्कर के लिए निम्नलिखित पुनरीक्षित मानकों को अधिसूचित करती है, अर्थात:-

7168 GI/2026 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] 2. आवश्यक अपेक्षाओं के लिए विद्यमान एवं पूवोक्त पुनरीक्षित मानक, प्रकाशन की तारीख से नब्बे दिन की अवधि तक समवर्ती रूप से लागू रहेंगे, जिसके पश्चात के वल पुनरीक्षित मानक ही लागू रहेंगे।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 17th September, 2026.

S.O. 5144(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Telecommunications Act, 2023 (44 of 2023) read with rule 5 of the Telecommunications (Framework to Notify Standards, Conformity Assessment and Certification) Rules, 2025, the Central Government hereby notifies the following revised standard for telecommunication equipment with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely: —

2. The existing standard and the above revised standard for essential requirements shall remain in force concurrently for a period of ninety days from the date of publication of this notification, after which, the revised standards only shall be applicable.
