का.आ. 5141(अ).— लवे अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) की धारा 20ए की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार, इस बात से संतुष्ट होने के पश्चात कि नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में र्वर्णत भूमि सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन के लिए आवश्यक है, एतद्द्वारा उक्त भूमि, मयूरभंज जिले में "एल.सी. संख्या 60 के स्थान पर आर.ओ.बी. का निर्माण"नामक विशेष रेलवे परियोजना के निष्पादन, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और संचालन के लिए अधिग्रहित करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा करती है।

उक्त भूमि में हित रखने वाला कोई भी व्यक्ति, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से तीस दिनों की अवधि के भीतर, उक्त भूमि के अधिग्रहण तथा रेलवे अधिनियम की धारा 20डी की उपधारा (1) के अधीन उक्त प्रयोजन के लिए इसके उपयोग पर आपत्ति कर सकता है;

ऐसी प्रत्येक आपत्ति सक्षम प्राधिकारी, अर्थात तहसीलदार, रासगोविंदपुर, के समक्ष को एल.सी. संख्या 60 के स्थान पर आर.ओ.बी. का निर्माण(के वल मयूरभंज ज़िला के लिए) लिखित रूप में प्रस्तुत की जाएगी और उसमें आपत्ति के आधारों का उल्लेख किया जाएगा। सक्षम प्राधिकारी आपत्तिकर्ता को व्यक्तिगत रूप से अथवा विधिक व्यवसायी के माध्यम से सुनवाई का अवसर प्रदान करेगा और ऐसी सभी आपत्तियों की सुनवाई तथा आवश्यक जांच करने के पश्चात, सक्षम प्राधिकारी आदेश द्वारा आपत्तियों को स्वीकार या अस्वीकार कर सके गा;

उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20डी की उपधारा (2) के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा किया गया कोई भी आदेश अंतिम होगा;

इस अधिसूचना के अंतर्गत भूमि की योजनाएँ तथा आच्छादित क्षेत्र का विवरण उपलब्ध है और इच्छु क व्यक्ति सक्षम प्राधिकारी रासगोविन्दपुर के तहसीलदार के उपयु र्क्त कार्यालय में उसका निरीक्षण कर सकता है ।

अधिग्रहित की जाने वाली भूमि का संक्षिप्त विवरण, जिसमें संरचनाएँ हों अथवा न हों, जो सड़क सुरक्षा परियोजनाओं के अंतर्गत एल.सी. संख्या 60 के स्थान पर रोड ओवर ब्रिज (आर.ओ.बी.) के निर्माण के लिए आवश्यक है, निम्नानुसार है -

NOTIFICATION

Kolkata, the 16th September, 2026

S.O. 5141(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) the Central Government, after being satisfied that for public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Projects namely, "Construction Of ROBs in Lieu of LC No.60" in the districts of Mayurbhanj in the State of Odisha, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of 20D of the said Act;

Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely Tahasildar, Rasgobindapur for ROB in lieu of LC No. 60 (Mayurbhanj District portion) in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof, and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry if any as, the Competent Authority thinks necessary by order, either allow or disallow the objections;

Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of Section 20D of the said Act shall be final;

The land plans and the details of the covered area under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the office of the competent Authority (Tahasildar of Rasgobindapur).
