का.आ. 5121(अ).— के न्रीय सरकार, कोयला धारक क्षेत्र (अर्जन और विकास) अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का 20) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के कोयला मंत्रायल की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.
आ. 710 (अ) तारीख 03 मार्च 2017, जो भारत का राजपत्र असाधारण भाग 2, खण्ड 3, उप खण्ड (ii) तारीख 03 मार्च 2017 को प्रकाशित की गई थी, का अधिक्रमण करते हुए, अधिक्रमण से पहले के उन कायो को छोड़कर जो किये गए हैं अथवा करने की प्रतिबद्धता हैं, नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ (2) में विर्निर्दष्ट अधिकारिओं को, उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए और उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (3), यथा विर्निर्दष्ट दामोदर घाटी निगम की अधिकारिता के भीतर आने वाले स्तंभ (5) में विर्निर्दष्ट क्षेत्रों के संबंध में उक्त सक्षम प्राधिकारियों के सामने, उसके स्तंभ (4) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में यथाविर्निर्दष्ट ऐसी धाराओं के उपबंधों के लिए निम्नलिखित कोयला खदानों यथा महुआगढ़ी कोयला खदान, जिला - दुमका , झारखण्ड राज्य, धूलिआ उत्तर कोयला खदान, जिला - गोड्डा , झारखण्ड राज्य , पीरपैंती बारहट कोयला खदान, जिला - गोड्डा , झारखण्ड राज्य , तुबेद कोयला खदान, जिला - लातेहार, झारखण्ड राज्य, एवं मन्दाकिनी बी कोयला खदान, जिला - अनुगोला, ओडिशा राज्य हेतु सक्षम प्राधिकारी नियुक्त करती हैं:-

S.O. 5121(E).— In exercise of the power conferred by section 3 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957) and in supersession of the notification number S.O. 710 (E), dated the 3rd March, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub- section (ii) dated the 3rd March, 2017, except in respect of things done or committed to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints the officers specified in column (2) of the Table below to be the competent authorities for the purposes of the such of the provisions of the said Act, as specified against the said competent authorities in the corresponding entry in column (4) thereof, in respect of the areas specified in column (5), falling within the jurisdiction of the Damodar Valley Corporation as specified in10 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] column (3) of the said Table in respect of the Coal Mines, namely, Mahuagarhi Coal Mine in Dumka District of Jharkhand State, Dhulia North Coal Mine and Pirpainti Barhat Coal Mine in Godda District of Jharkhand State, Tubed Coal Mine in Latehar District of Jharkhand State and Mandakini – B Coal Mine in Angul District of Odisha State, namely:-
