का.आ. 5197(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार रेलवे (संशोधन) अधिनियम 2008, की धारा 2 के खंड (37 क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से, "मकरपुरा और विश्वामित्री के बीच तीसरी और चौथी लाइन परियोजना (5.64 किमी)" को भूमि अधिग्रहण के हेतु लोक प्रयोजन के लिए राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना उपबंधित करने हेतु गुजरात राज्य में रेल परियोजना के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 21st September, 2026
S.O. 5197(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008 the Central Government hereby notifies "3rd & 4th line between Makarpura and Vishwamitri project (5.64 Km) ", as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in the State of Gujarat, for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
