का.आ. 5232(अ).— कें द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक आयोग अधिनियम, 1992 (1992 का 19) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) के साथ पठित धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) और उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण में डॉ. यांगचान डोल्मा को राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक आयोग के सदस्य के रूप में उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि या अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, के लिए नामित करती है।

S.O. 5232(E).— In pursuance of sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 read with sub-section (1) of section 4 of the National Commission for Minorities Act, 1992 (19 of 1992), the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. Yangchan Dolma as Member of the National Commission for Minorities for a period of three years from the date she assumes office, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
