का.आ. 5266(अ).— रेलवे अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (इसके बाद उक्त अधिनियम के रूप में संदर्भित) की धारा 20ए की उप-धारा (I) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट होने के पश्चात् कि सार्वजनिक उद्देश्य के लिए भूमि, जिसका संक्षिप्त विवरण इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची में दिया गया है, तेलंगाना राज्य के मेड्चल-मल्काजगिरि जिले में विशेष रेलवे परियोजना अर्थात् मुदखेड-डोन सेक्शन के बीच रेलपथ दोहरीकरण (417.88 कि.मी.) के निष्पादन के लिए आवश्यक है, एतद्द्वारा ऐसी भूमि का अधिग्रहण करने की अपनी इच्छा की घोषणा करती है;

उक्त भूमि में हितप्रद्ध कोई भी व्यक्ति उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20-डी की उप-धार (1) के अंतर्गत उपयु र्क्त उद्देश्य के लिए ऐसी भूमि के अधिग्रहण और उपयोग के संबंध में सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीस (30)दिनों की अवधी के भीतर भू-अर्जन में अपनी आपत्ति दर्ज करा सकता है.

ऐसी प्रत्येक आपत्ति, सक्षम प्राधिकारी, अर्थात् भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिकारी और राजस्व मंडल अधिकारी, कीसरा मंडल को लिखित रूप में दी जाएगी और उसके आधारों को निर्धारित की जाएगी तथा सक्षम प्राधिकारी राजस्व मंडल अधिकारी, कीसरा मंडल आपत्तिकर्ता को व्यक्तिगत रूप से या कानूनी व्यवसायी द्वारा सुनवाई का अवसर देगा और ऐसी सभी आपत्तियों को सुनने के बाद तथा आगे ऐसी जांच करने के बाद, यदि सक्षम प्राधिकारी (एलए) यह आवश्यक समझता है तो वह किसी आदेश द्वारा आपत्तियों को स्वीकार या अस्वीकार कर सकता है.

इस अधिसूचना के अंतर्गत शामिल की गई भूमि की भू-योजनाएं और अन्य विवरण उपयु र्क्त सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कार्यालय में उपलब्ध हैं तथा इच्छु क व्यक्ति द्वारा इनका निरीक्षण किया जा सकता है.

NOTIFICATION

Secunderabad, the 23rd September, 2026

S.O. 5266(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereafter referred as in as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed here to, is required for execution of the Special Railway Project, Doubling of track between Mudkhed - Dhone Sections (417.88 KM) in Medchal - Malkajgiri District, Telangana State, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of Section 20-D of the said Act.

Every such objection, shall be made to the Competent Authority (LA), namely Land Acquisition Officer & Revenue Divisional Officer, Keesara Division in writing and shall be set out the grounds there of and the Competent Authority and Revenue Divisional Officer, Keesara Division shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the Competent Authority (LA) thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub section (2) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be final.

The land plans and other details of the land under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested persons at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.

Description of Land in Acquisition: Doubling of track between Mudkhed-Dhone Sections (417.88 KM) at Dabilpur, Athvelly and Medchal villages of Medchal Mandal, Medchal - Malkajgiri District in the state of Telangana.
