का.आ. 5246(अ).— दिनांक 01.09.2025 को भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र में प्रकाशित दिनांक 22.08.2025, की भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या एस.ओ. 3968(ई) के आंशिक संशोधन और पेटर ोलियम एवं खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अधिग्रहण) अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 50) (इसमें इसके बाद उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 2 के खंड (क) के अनुसरण में, भारत सरकार एतद्द् वारा, पंजाब राज्य में मैससस गेल (इंडिया) लिमिटेड के लिए पेटर ोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अधिग्रहण) अधिनियम, 1962 के तहत तहसीलदार, फिल्लौर, जिला जालंधर, पंजाब सरकार को श्री मनवीर सिंह ढिल्लों, तहसीलदार, पंजाब सरकार के स्थान पर सभी प्राकृ तिक गैस पाइपलाइन पररयोजनाओं के लिए लिए अतिररक्त कायसभार आधार पर, सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कायों का निवसहन करने के लिए प्राधिकृ त करती है ।

2. यह अधिसूचना इसके जारी होने की तिथि से प्रभावी होगी।

राजन कु मार साव, अवर सचिव7322 GI/2026 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 23rd September, 2026 S.O. 5246(E).— In partial modification of the Government of India Notification No. S.O. 3968(E) dated 22.08.2025, published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India dated 01.09.2025, and in pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Government of India hereby authorizes Tehsildar, Phillaur, District Jalandhar, Government of Punjab, in place of Sh. Manbir Singh Dhillon, Tehsildar, Government of Punjab, to perform the functions of the Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, on an additional charge basis, for all Natural Gas Pipeline Projects of M/s GAIL (India) Limited in the State of Punjab.

2. This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
