रेलवे अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) धारा - 20 ई
का.आ. 5269(अ).— चुकि, भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना एसओ सं. 2280(E), जो 6 मई 2026 को भारत के राजपत्र में संख्या 2189 (नई दिल्ली, दिनांक 06-05-2026, असाधारण भाग-॥, अनुभाग-3, उप-अनुभाग (ii)) में प्रकाशित हुई थी, और जो रेल अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) की धारा 20A की उप-धारा (1) (जिसे आगे' उक्त अधिनियम कहा जाएगा) के तहत जारी की गई थी, उसके द्वारा कें द्र सरकार ने इस अधिसूचना के साथ जुड़ी अनुसूची में बताई गई भूमि को अजित करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा की है, और यह भूमि एक विशेष रेल परियोजना के निष्पादन के उद्देश्य से आवश्यक है, जिसके अंतर्गत यह भूमी आंध्र प्रदेश के गु ंटूर जिले के गु ंटूर पश्चिम मंडल में, चिन्ना पलकलूरु गाँव के निकट, किमी 9/13-14 पर स्थित समपार संख्या 06 के स्थान पर एक सड़क ऊपरी पुल का निर्माण किया जाना है.
यह कि, उक्त अधिनियम का धारा 20ए की उप-धारा (4) के तहत अधिसूचना का सारांश दिनांक 12.05.2026 को "आंध्र ज्योति" और "ईनाडू" में प्रकाशित किया गया था. निर्धारित वैधानिक समय सीमा के भीतर कोई आपत्ति दर्ज नहीं GI/202 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC ii)]
कराई गई है. यह कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (1) के अनुसार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने कें द्र सरकार को रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत कर दी है.
अतः सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त रिपोर्ट प्राप्त होने पर, और, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार एतद् द्वारा यह घोषणा करती है कि उक्त अनुसूची में विनिदिष्ट भूमि को उपयु र्क्त प्रयोजन के लिए अजित किया जाना चाहिए.
इसके अतिरिक्त, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (2) के अनुसरण में, कें द्र सरकार एतद् द्वारा यह घेणा करती है कि इस घोषणा के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने पर, उक्त अनुसूची में विनिदिष्ट भूमि समस्त कानूनी दायित्वों से मात होकर, पूर्णतः कें द्र सरकार के अधिकार में आ जाएगी.

NOTIFICATION
Vijayawada, the 3rd September, 2026
S.O. (E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways S.O. Number 2280(E) dated the 6th May2026, published in the Gazette of India vide No 2189, New Delhi, dt.06-05-2026, extraordinary Part-II. Section-3, sub-section(ii) issued under sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declaration its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto the said notification is required for the purpose of execution of the Special Railway Project, Construction of Road Over Bridge in Lieu of Level Crossing No.06 at Km 9/13-14 near China Palakaluru Village of Guntur West Mandal in Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh.
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in "Andh a Jyothi" and "The Eanadu" on 12-05-2026 under sub-section (4) of Section 20A of the said Act. No objections have not been filed within the statutory time limit. And whereas in pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 201 of the said act, the Competenl Authority has submitted the report to the Central Government.
Now, therefore upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section-20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose.
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this declaration in the official Gazette, the land specified in the said schedule shall vest absolutely to the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.,
