का.आ. 5295(अ).— के न्रीय सरकार, रेल अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 24), एवं रेलवे (संसोधन) अधिनियम 2008 (2008 का 11) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 20 ʽचʼ की उप धारा (6) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से, नीचे दी गयी सारणी के स्तंभ (2) में उल्लेखित मध्यस्थ को उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ (3) में उल्लेखित जिले के सम्बन्ध में मध्यप्रदेश राज्य में "उत्तर मध्य रेलवे के झाँसी-ग्वालियर खंड पर किमी संख्या 1205/15-13 पर लेवल क्रॉसिंग संख्या 409 के स्थान पर 2 लेन आरओबी का निर्माणAß को विशेष रेल परियोजना" की बाबत ऐसी विशेष रेल परियोजना के निष्पादन, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के प्रयोजन के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे प्राधिकारी के कृ त्यों का पालन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्ति करती है |

NOTIFICATION
Prayagraj, the 8th September, 2026
S.O. 5295(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of Section 20F of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) Railway (amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby appoints the arbitrator mentioned in column (2) of the table below to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the special railway project of "Construction of 2 lane ROB in lieu of L-Xing No. 409 at km 1205/15-13 on Jhansi-Gwalior section of N.C. Railway" in the state of Madhya Pradesh relating to district mentioned in column (3) of the said Table for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such railway project.
