सा.का.नि. 850(अ).— के न्द्रीय सरकार, सिक्का निर्माण अधिनियम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नम्लििखिति नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.— (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सिक्का निर्माण (मिलिट्री नर्सिंग सर्विस के शताब्दी समारोह के अवसर पर स्मारक सिक्का जारी करना) नियम, 2026 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. सिक्के का मूल्यवर्ग.— मिलिट्री नर्सिंग सर्विस के शताब्दी समारोह के अवसर को स्मरणीय बनाने के लिए कें द्रीय सरकार के प्राधिकार के अधीन एक सौ रुपये मूल्य वर्ग का सिक्का जारी करने के लिए इसे टकसाल में ढाला जाएगा।

(1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 3. सिक्के की विमाएं और संरचना.— नियम 2 में विनिर्दि ष्ट मूल्य वर्ग का सिक्का, नम्लििखिति विमाओं और संरचना के अनुरूप होगा, अर्थात्:-

4. डिज़ाइन.— सिक्के का डिज़ाइन वह होगा जो इन नियमों के साथ उपाबद्ध पहली अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दि ष्ट है।

5. मानक वजन और अनुज्ञात उपचार.— मिलिट्री नर्सिंग सर्विस के शताब्दी समारोह के अवसर को स्मरणीय बनाने के लिए नियम 2 में निर्दि ष्ट मूल्य वर्ग के सिक्के का मानक वजन और ऐसे सिक्के को बनाने में अनुज्ञात उपचार वह होगा जो इन नियमों के साथ उपाबद्ध दू सरी अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दि ष्ट है।

अग्र भाग:

सिक्के के इस भाग पर मध्य में अशोक स्तम्भ का सिंह स्तम्भ शीर्ष होगा, जिसके नीचे "सत्यमेव जयते" लेख उत्कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं परिधि पर दे वनागरी लिपि में "भारत" शब्द और दाईं परिधि पर अंग्रेजी में "INDIA" शब्द होगा। सिंह स्तम्भ शीर्ष के नीचे रुपये का प्रतीक "₹" और अंतर्राष्ट्र ीय अंकों में अंकित मूल्य "100" भी होगा।

पृष्ट भाग:

सिक्के के इस भाग में सिक्के के मध्य में सौ अंक का चित्र होगा। सौ अंक के चित्र में मिलिट्री नर्सिंग सर्विस के लोगो के साथ नर्स की इमेज भी होगी। सिक्के की ऊपरी परिधि पर देवनागरी लिपि में उत्कीर्ण लेख "मिलिट्री नर्सिंग सर्विस का शताब्दी समारोह" लिखा होगा और सिक्के की निचली परिधि पर अंग्रेजी में उत्कीर्ण लेख "CENTENARY CELEBRATION OF MILITARY NURSING SERVICE" लिखा होगा। मध्य चित्र के नीचे अंतर्राष्ट्र ीय अंको में वर्ष "1926-2026" लिखा होगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 28th September, 2026

G.S.R. 850(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the occasion of the Centenary Celebration of the Military Nursing Service) Rules, 2026.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Denomination of coin.— The coin of One Hundred Rupees denomination shall be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government to commemorate the occasion of the Centenary Celebration of the Military Nursing Service.

4. Design.— The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule annexed to these rules.

5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.— The standard weight of the coin of denomination referred to in rule 2 to commemorate the occasion of Centenary Celebration of the Military Nursing Service and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule annexed to these rules.

ONE HUNDRED RUPEES

OBVERSE:

This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend "सत्यमेव जयते" inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word "भारत" in Devanagari script and on the right periphery with the word "INDIA" in English. It shall also bear the rupee symbol "₹" and denominational value "100" in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol.

REVERSE:

This face of the coin shall bear the figure of numeral hundred at the centre of the coin. The figure of numeral hundred shall depict the logo of Military Nursing Service along with the image of the nurse. The inscription "मिलिट्री नर्सिंग सर्विस का शताब्दी समारोह" in Devanagari script shall be inscribed on the upper periphery of the coin and the inscription "CENTENARY CELEBRATION OF MILITARY NURSING SERVICE" in English shall be inscribed on the lower periphery of the coin. The year "1926-2026" in international numeral shall be inscribed below the central image.
