का.आ. 5327(अ).—आयकर अधिनियम, 2025 की धारा 45(4)(b) के अनुपालन में, कें द्र सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, झंडू फाउं डेशन फॉर हेल्थ के यर, मु ंबई (पैन: AAATZ1289L) को उक्त अधिनियम, 2025 की धारा 45(3)(a)(i) और आयकर नियम, 2026 के नियम 32 और 33 के प्रयोजनों के लिए अनुसंधान संघ श्रेणी के अंतर्गत वैज्ञानिक अनुसंधान के लिए अनुमोदित करती है।
2. यह अधिसूचना झंडू फाउं डेशन फॉर हेल्थ के यर, मु ंबई (पैन: AAATZ1289L) के लिए लागू होगी, बशर्ते कि
(क) झंडू फाउं डेशन फॉर हेल्थ के यर, मु ंबई को वैज्ञानिक और औद्योगिक अनुसंधान विभाग, भारत सरकार द्वारा उन प्रत्येक कर वर्ष के दौरान वैज्ञानिक और औद्योगिक अनुसंधान संगठन (एसआईआरओ) के रूप में अनुमोदित किया जाना जारी रखा जाता है, जिसके लिए यह अधिसूचना प्रभावी है।
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] (ख) यह - (i) आयकर नियम, 2026 के नियम 33 में निर्दिष्ट शर्तों का अनुपालन करता रहेगा;(ii) प्रत्येक कर वर्ष के लिए आयकर अधिनियम, 2025 की धारा 45(4)(a) के तहत प्रपत्र संख्या 15 में विवरण तैयार करेगा और इसे आयकर नियम, 2026 के नियम 31 के अनुसार, दान प्राप्त होने वाले कर वर्ष के तुरंत बाद आने वाली 31 मई को या उससे पहले आयकर महानिदेशक (प्रणाली) या उनके द्वारा अधिकृ त व्यक्ति को प्रस्तुत करेगा या प्रस्तुत करवायेगा;
(iii) आयकर नियमावली, 2026 के नियम 31 के अनुसार, प्रपत्र संख्या 16 में दान की राशि का उल्लेख करते हुए दानकर्ता को प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान करेगा।
यह अधिसूचना कर वर्ष 2026-27 से 2030-2031 तक के लिए लागू होगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th September, 2026
No. 124 of 2026-CBDT
S.O. 5327(E).— In pursuance of the section 45(4)(b) of the Income-tax Act, 2025, the Central Government hereby approves the Zandu Foundation for Health Care, Mumbai, (PAN: AAATZ1289L) for Scientific Research under the category of Research Association, for the purposes of section 45(3)(a)(i) of the said Act of 2025 and rules 32 and 33 of the Income-tax Rules, 2026.
2. This notification shall be applicable to the Zandu Foundation for Health Care, Mumbai (PAN: AAATZ1289L), subject to the conditions that:
(A) Zandu Foundation for Health Care, Mumbai, continues to be approved as Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO) by Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Government of India during each of the Tax Years for which this notification is effective.
(B) it shall––
(i) comply with the conditions specified in rule 33 of the Income-tax Rules, 2026;
(ii) prepare statement under section 45(4)(a) of the Income-tax Act, 2025 for each tax year in Form No.15 and deliver or cause to be delivered to the Director General of Income-tax (Systems) or the person authorised by him on or before the 31st May, immediately following the tax year in which the donation is received, in accordance with rule 31 of the Income-tax Rules, 2026:
(iii) furnish to the donor, a certificate in Form No.16 specifying the amount of donation in accordance with rule 31 of the Income-tax Rules, 2026.
This notification shall be effective for the tax years 2026-2027 to 2030-2031.
