नई दिल्ली, 21 सितंबर, 2026 la-,y& 1@2064@2022&lhbZvkjlh.— केन्द्रीय विद्युत विनियामक आयोग (परामर्शियों की भर्ती) (चौथा संशोधन) विनियम, 2023 में निम्नलिखित पैरा में निम्नानुसार शुद्धि की जाएगीः
1. पैरा 2 में, शब्दों और अभिव्यक्तियों "विनियम 6(6)" को शब्दों और अभिव्यक्तियों "विनियम 6" द्वारा
प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा और निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाएगाः
"2. नए विनियम 6क का अंतर्वेशनः- मूल विनियमों के विनियम 6 के बाद, एक नए विनियम
6क को निम्नानुसार जोड़ा जाएगाः-
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4]अध्यक्ष के अनुमोदन के बाद सीईसी द्वारा तैयार किए गया पैनल एक वर्ष के लिए वैध रहेगा।
अध्यक्ष एक और वर्ष के लिए पैनल की वैधता में और विस्तार कर सकते हैं। पैनल की वैधता के
दौरान, परामर्शियों के पैनल से वित्तीय बोलियां आमंत्रित की जाएंगी और परामर्शी को 'न्यूनतम
लागत प्रणाली' के आधार पर नियुक्त किया जाएगा।"

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 21st September, 2026
No. L-1/2064/2022-CERC.—The following para in the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Appointment of Consultants) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2023 shall be corrected as under:
1. In Para 2, the words and expressions "Regulation 6(6)" shall be substituted by the words and expressions "Regulation 6" and shall be read as under:
"2. Insertion of a new Regulation 6A:– After Regulation 6 of Principal Regulations, a new
regulation 6A shall be added as under :-
6A – For consulting assignments of a standard /regular nature in Commission, the CEC
with the approval of the Chairperson shall shortlist and prepare a panel of Consultants
based on responses received against the Expression of Interest through advertising on
CERC's official website, newspaper advertisement/ CPPP Portal. Enquiry for seeking
Expression of Interest shall include in brief, the broad type of consulting assignments,
eligibility and the pre-qualification criteria to be met by the consultant(s) and consultant's
past experience in similar work or service. The number of short-listed consultants should
not be less than three.
The panel prepared by the CEC after approval of the Chairperson will be valid for one
year. The Chairperson may further extend the validity of the panel for one more year.
During the validity of panel, the financial bids shall be invited from the panel of
consultants and the consultant shall be engaged on the basis of 'Least Cost System'."
