का.आ. 5314(अ).— द्वारा के न्द्र सरकार रेलवे (संशोधन) अधिनियम 2008, की धारा 2 के खंड (37क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए सक्षम अधिकारी की अनुमति से, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से "वडोदरा - गेरतपुर सेक्शन: "एल. सी. संख्या–246, कि. मी. 412/4-6 को रोड ओवर ब्रिज बनाकर बंद करना", को भूमि अधिग्रहण के हेतु लोक प्रयोजन के लिए राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना उपबंधित करने हेतु गुजरात राज्य में विशेष रेल परियोजना के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है.

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th September, 2026
S.O. (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred to competent authority by clause (37A) of Section 2
of the Railways (Amendment) Act the Central Government hereby notifies "Vadodara-Geratpur
Section:- Elimination of LC No.246 at Km 412/4-6 by providing Road Over Bridge" as a Special Railway
Project for acquisition of land in the State of Gujarat, for providing national infrastructure for a public
purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
