का.आ. 5352(अ).— पेंशन निधि विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2013, की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्रीय सरकार, एतदद्वारा, श्री फ़ै ज़ अहमद किदवई, अपर सचिव, कार्र्मक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग को तत्काल प्रभाव से उनकी वतर्मान नियुक्ति का कार्यकाल पूरा होने तक अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, पेंशन निधि विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण में अंशकालिक सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है।

S.O. 5352(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 4 of the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) Act, 2013, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Faiz Ahmed Kidwai, Additional Secretary, Department of Personnel and Training, as Part-time Member, Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority with immediate effect, for the duration of his tenure in his present appointment or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
