का.आ. 5357(अ).— कें द्रीय सरकार, मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1988 की धारा 110 की उप-धारा 3(क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, दिनांक 31 अगस्त, 2026 की अधिसूचना का.आ.4868(अ) द्वारा बारह माह की अवधि के लिए मैसर्स सीजे डार्सल लॉजिस्टिक्स को अधिकतम सुरक्षित लदान भार/सकल वाहन भार और आकार के साथ मॉड्यूलर हाइड्रोलिक ट्रेलर पर धुरियों के युग्मन द्वारा एक जेनरेटर स्टेटर के बीएचईएल हरिद्वार (उत्तराखंड) से गोरखपुर हरियाणा अणु विद्युत परियोजना, गोरखपुर (हरियाणा) तक सड़क मार्ग से परिवहन के लिए अनुमोदन प्रदान किया था।

2. उक्त अधिसूचना में, पैरा 2 में, तालिका, क्र. संख्या 8 और 10 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों को निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाएगा:

" 3. पैरा 4 में, तालिका में, पंक्ति 2 में, "लंबाई और चौड़ाई में धुरी के युग्मन का विवरण" शीर्षक वाले कॉलम में, शब्दों, अंकों और कोष्ठकों, "10+10 धुरी (साथ-साथ)" के स्थान पर शब्दों, अंकों और कोष्ठकों "10+10 धुरी सीधी रेखा में" को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;
4. पैरा 5 (i) में, "एक जनरेटर स्टेटर को बीएचईएल हरिद्वार (उत्तराखंड) से गोरखपुर हरियाणा अणु विद्युत परियोजना, गोरखपुर (हरियाणा) तक परिवहन के लिए विशिष्ट मार्ग" शब्दों, अंकों और कोष्ठकों के स्थान पर "एक जनरेटर स्टेटर को बीएचईएल हरिद्वार (उत्तराखंड) से गोरखपुर हरियाणा अणु विद्युत परियोजना, गोरखपुर (हरियाणा) तक परिवहन के लिए निम्नानुसार विशिष्ट मार्ग:
हरिद्वार-ज्वालापुर-बहादराबाद-रुड़की बाईपास-मंगलौर-पुरकाजी-मुजफ्फरनगर-बाघरा-शामली-राई-रोहड़- इस्माइला-रोहतक-हांसी-हिसार-अगरोहा-कु लेरी-सिवानी बोलन-गोरखपुर" शब्दों, अंकों और कोष्ठकों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 28th September, 2026
S.O. 5357(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-Section 3(a) of Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government vide Gazette notification No. S.O. 4868(E), dated 31st August, 2026, had accorded approval to M/s CJ Darcl Logistics for transportation of one Generator Stator on Modular Hydraulic Trailers, from BHEL Haridwar (Uttarakhand) to Gorakhpur Haryana Anu Vidyut Pariyojna, Gorakhpur (Haryana) by road for the period of twelve months, by coupling of axles, with maximum safe laden weight/Gross vehicles Weight and dimensions.
2. In the said notification, in para 2, in table, serial No. 8 and 10 and the entries relating thereto, shall be read as under:-

3. In para 4, in table, in row 2, in column titled as "Description of Coupling of axles in length and width", the words, figures and brackets, "10+10 Axles (side by side)" shall be substituted with the words, figures and brackets "10+10 Axles in straight line";
4. In para 5(i) the words, figures and brackets "The specific route for transportation of one Generator Stator from BHEL Haridwar (Uttarakhand) to Gorakhpur Haryana Anu Vidyut Pariyojana, Gorakhpur (Haryana)." shall be substituted with the words, figures and brackets, "The specific route for transportation of one Generator Stator from BHEL Haridwar (Uttarakhand) to Gorakhpur Haryana Anu Vidyut Pariyojana, Gorakhpur (Haryana) is as under:
Haridwar-Jawalapur-Bahadarabad-Roorkee bypass- Manglaur-Purquazi- Muzaffarnagar- Baghra- Shamli- Rai- Rohad- Ismaila- Rohtak- Hansi- Hisar- Agroha- Kuleri- Siwani Bolan- Gorakhpur."
