का.आ. 5345(अ).— रेलवे अधिनियम, 1989 की धारा 2 के खंड (37ए) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार एतद् द्वारा सार्वजनिक उद्देश्य की पूति हेतु राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना उपलब्ध कराने के लिए 'विशेष रेलवे परियोजना' के रूप में "करमाड - करमाड स्टेशन पर माल लादने/उतारने की नई सुविधाओं का विकास, जिसमें भूमि अधिग्रहण शामिल है" के लिए महाराष्ट्र राज्य के छत्रपति संभाजीनगर जिले में भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिसूचित करती है; यह अधिसूचना, राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रभावी होगी

NOTIFICATION

Nanded, the 10th September, 2026

S.O. 5345(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 the Central Government hereby notifies " Karmad-Development of new goods loading /unloading facilities at Karmad (KMV) station is including Land acquisition " as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in the State of Maharashtra, in the District of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for providing National Infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
