का.आ. 5396(अ).— पेंशन निधि विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 23) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा श्री सौरभ कु मार तिवारी, आईपीएंडटीएएंडएफएस (1993), अपर सचिव, मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय, नई दिल्ली को पदभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से या 62 वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने तक या अगले आदेश तक, जो भी पहले हो, पाँच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए पेंशन निधि विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण (पीएफआरडीए) में पूर्णकालिक सदस्य (अर्थशास्त्र) के पद पर नियुक्त करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th September, 2026
S.O. 5396(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 2013 (23 of 2013), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Saurabh Kumar Tiwari, IP&TA&FS (1993), Additional Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat, New Delhi to the post of Whole Time Member (Economics), Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) for a tenure of five years with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post or till attaining the age of 62 years or until further orders, whichever is the earliest
