विषय: आइटीसी एचएस, 2022, अनुसूची-। (आयात नीति) के अध्याय 29 के अंतर्गत शामिल विशिष्ट मदों के न्यूनतम आयात मूल्य (एमआइपी) की शर्त के विस्तार के संबंध में।
का.आ. 5397(अ).— समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित विदेश व्यापार नीति 2023 के पैरा 1.02 और 2.01 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1992 की धारा 3 और धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा आइटीसी एचएस, 2022, अनुसूची-। (आयात नीति) के अध्याय 29 के अंतर्गत शामिल विशिष्ट मदों पर अधिसूचना संख्या 30/2025-26 दिनांक 18.09.2025 द्वारा लागू न्यूनतम आयात मूल्य (एमआइपी) शर्त 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अधिसूचना का प्रभाव: आइटीसी (एचएस) कोड 29329990 , 29339990 , 29333990 , 29321990 , 29349990 , 29420090 , 29189990 , 29159099 , 29163990 और 29225090 के अंतर्गत एटीएस-8 {(4आर- सीआइएस) - 1, 1- डाइमिथाइलइथाइल -6 -साइनोमिथाइल-2, 2 डाइमिथाइल-1-3 - डाइऑक्सेन-4- एसीटेट} के आयात पर लागू लागत, बीमा और भाड़ा (सीआइएफ) मूल्य पर 111 डॉलर प्रति किलोग्राम पर न्यूनतम आयात मूल्य (एमआइपी) को दिनांक 30.11.2026 तक की अवधि के लिए बढ़ाया गया है।
इसे वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्री के अनुमोदन से जारी किया जाता है।

Subject: Extension of Minimum Import Price (MIP) Condition of specific items covered under
Chapter 29 of ITC HS, 2022, Schedule -I (Import Policy)-regarding.
S.O. 5397(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 and Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paragraphs 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby extends the Minimum Import Price (MIP) condition imposed vide Notification No. 30/2025-26 dated 18.09.2025 on specific items covered under Chapter 29 of ITC (HS), 2022, Schedule-I (Import Policy), up to 30.11.2026, with all other terms and conditions of the said notification remaining the same.
Effect of the Notification: The Minimum Import Price (MIP) of USD 111 per kg on Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF) basis, imposed on imports of ATS-8 {(4R-Cis)-1,1-Dimethylethyl-6-cyanomethyl-2,2- dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4-acetate} under ITC (HS) Codes 29329990, 29339990, 29333990, 29321990, 29349990, 29420090, 29189990, 29159099, 29163990 and 29225090, is hereby extended up to 30.11.2026.
