का.आ. 5373(अ).— राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या एस.ओ. 1940 (ई), दिनांक 19.08.2011, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii), दिनांक 19.08.2011 में प्रकाशित हुई थी तथा तत्पश्चात् एस.ओ. 1180 (ई), दिनांक 24.05.2012 और राजपत्र अधिसूचना संख्या एस.ओ. 1178 (ई), दिनांक 12.03.2025 द्वारा किए गए संशोधनों में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना संख्या एस.ओ. 1178 (ई), दिनांक 12 मार्च, 2025 में, "विशेष जिला राजस्व अधिकारी (भूमि अधिग्रहण), राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग, तंजावुर" शब्दों के स्थान पर "विशेष जिला राजस्व अधिकारी (भूमि अधिग्रहण), राष्ट्रीय THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC ii)] पाद टिप्पणी: मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में एस.ओ. संख्या 1940 (ई), दिनांक 19 अगस्त, 2011 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी तथा तत्पश्चात एस.ओ. संख्या 1180(ई), दिनांक 24 मई,
2012 और एस.ओ. संख्या 1178(ई), दिनांक 12 मार्च, 2025 द्वारा संशोधित की गई थी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the th September
S.O. (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O.1940 (E) dated 19.08.2011, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part–II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated the 19.08.2011 and subsequent Amendment Gazette Nos.S.O.1180(E) dated 24.05.2012 & Gazette No.S.O.1178(E) dated 12.03.2025 namely:
In the said notification number S.O.1178 (E) dated the 12th March for the words "Special District Revenue Officer Land Acquisition National Highways Thanjavur" the words "The Special District Revenue officer (Land Acquisition) National Highways Tiruvarur" shall be substituted.
Foot Note: The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 1940(E), dated the 19th August, 2011 and was subsequently amended vide number S.O. 1180(E), dated the 24th May, 2012 and number S.O. 1178(E), dated the 12th March, 2025.
