का.आ. 5372(अ).— राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्रीय सरकार एतद्द्वारा इस अधिसूचना से संलग्न अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारियों के कृ त्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से, उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (3) की तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टि में विनिदिष्ट भूमि के खंड के संबंध में, जो क्रमशः स्तंभ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में उल्लिखित राज्य, जिलों, तालुकों और गांवों से संबंधित है, हरियाणा राज्य में 4-लेन ग्रीन फील्ड राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के विकास हेतु, जिला राजस्व अधिकारी (DRO) कार्यालय, नू ंह के अंतर्गत राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग-919 के कि.मी. 21.400 से कि.मी. 25.300 तक सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the th September

S.O. (E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for for development of a 4-lane Green Field National Highway from km. 21.4 to 25.3 of DRO Office, Nuh (NH- 919 ) in the State of HARYANA.
