का.आ. 5430(अ).— कें द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 की धारा 18 की उप-धारा (8) के साथ पठित राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण अधिनियम, 2008 (2008 का 34) की धारा 15 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, श्री मनोज कु मार वर्मा, अधिवक्ता को राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण (NIA) की ओर से, रायपुर एवं जगदलपुर के NIA विशेष न्यायालयों के समक्ष, निम्नलिखित NIA मामलों के ट्रायल और सम्बंधित मामलों के संचालन हेतु, इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्षों के लिए या ट्रायल समाप्त होने तक या अधिवक्ता के प्रदर्शन से एनआईए की संतुष्टि तक, जो भी पहले हो, विशेष लोक अभियोजक के रूप में नियुक्त करती है:-

New Delhi, the 30th September, 2026
S.O. (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), read with sub-section (8) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Manoj Kumar Verma, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) for conducting trial and other matters related to the below mentioned NIA cases, on behalf of the National Investigation Agency, before the NIA Special Courts at Raipur and Jagdalpur for a period of 3 years from the date of publication of this notification or till the completion of trial of the below mentioned cases or till the satisfaction of the NIA with the performance of the advocate, whichever is earlier:-

का.आ. 5431(अ).— कें द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 की धारा 18 की उप-धारा (8) के साथ पठित राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण अधिनियम, 2008 (2008 का 34) की धारा 15 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, श्री युमनम पाईखोम्बा, अधिवक्ता को ,राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण (NIA) की ओर से, अनन्य (Exclusive) NIA विशेष न्यायालय, थौबल, मणिपुर के समक्ष मामलों के ट्रायल और सम्बंधित मामलों के संचालन हेतु, इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्षों के लिए या अधिवक्ता के प्रदर्शन से एनआईए की संतुष्टि तक, जो भी पहले हो, विशेष लोक अभियोजक के रूप में नियुक्त करती है।

(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), read with sub-section (8) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, the Central Government hereby appoints the Shri Yumnam Paikhomba, advocate as Special Public Prosecutor for conducting trial and other matters before the Exclusive NIA Special Court, Thoubal, Manipur on behalf of the National Investigation Agency, for a period of 3 years from the date of publication of this notification or till the satisfaction of NIA with the performance of the advocate, whichever is earlier.
