का.आ. 5411(अ).— के न्द्रीय सरकार, पेट्रोलियम एवं खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम 1962, (1962 का 50) की धारा 2 के खंड (क) के अनुसरण में, भारत सरकार पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृ तिक गैस मंत्रालय, की अधिसूचना का.आ. 608 दिनांक 22 अप्रैल 2019 के द्वारा अनुविभागीय अधिकारी (राजस्व), बीना, ज़िला सागर को बीपीसीएल की बीना -पनकी पाइपलाइन परियोजना, मध्य प्रदेश क्षेत्र और अधिसूचना का.आ. 2585 (अ) दिनांक 09 अक्तू बर 2009 के द्वारा श्री किशोर कु मार शर्मा, उप सचिव, राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग, अजमेर, राजस्थान को बीपीसीएल की बीना -कोटा पाइपलाइन परियोजना, मध्य प्रदेश क्षेत्र में सक्षम प्राधिकारी के पद के दिए गए प्राधिकार के अधिपत्य का अधिक्रांत करते हुये, भारत सरकार नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के स्तंभ 1 में उल्लिखित व्यक्ति को, उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ 2 में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में उल्लिखित क्षेत्र के संबंध मे उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृ त्यों का निर्वहन करने लिए प्राधिकृ त करती है, अर्थात :-

यह अधिसूचना जारी होने की तारीख से लागू होगी।

New Delhi, the 30th September, 2026

S.O. 5411(E).— In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) and in supersession of authorizations given to Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Bina, District Sagar as a Competent Authority for Bina-Panki Pipeline Project of BPCL for Madhya Pradesh region through Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India vide. S.O. 608 dated 22nd April 2019 and Shri. Kishore Kumar Sharma, Deputy Secretary, Rajasthan Public Service Commission, Ajmer, Rajasthan as a Competent Authority for Bina-Kota Pipeline Project of BPCL for Madhya Pradesh region through Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India vide. S.O. 2585 (E) dated 09th October 2009, the Government of India hereby authorizes the person mentioned in column (1) of the Schedule given below to perform the functions of the "Competent Authority" under the said Act, in respect of the area mentioned in column (2) of the said Schedule:

This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
