प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद् द्वारा सरकारी राजपत्र में अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की
तिथि से प्रभावी नीचे तालिका के कॉलम (2) में वर्णित अधिकारी को प्राधि—त करती है कि वह तालिका के
कॉलम (5) में वर्णित रेलवे परियोजना के कार्य निष्पादन अनुपालन, प्रबंधन एवं परिचालन हेतु कॉलम (3) में
वर्णित जनपद एवं कॉलम (4) में वर्णित राज्य में ÞvkchZVªsVjß के रूप में कार्य निष्पादित करें।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th September, 2026
S.O. 5427(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (6) of section 20F of the Railways Act, 1989 (Amended in 2008), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Officer mentioned in column (2) of the table below to perform the functions of the "Arbitrator" in respect of 'Railway Project' as mentioned in column (5) of the table, for execution, maintenance, management and operation in the district mentioned in column (3) and state mentioned in column (4) of the said table, with effect from the date of this notification in the Official Gazette.
