विषय: आरओडीटीईपी स्कीम को दिनांक 31 दिसंबर, 2026 तक जारी रखने के संबंध में।
का.आ. 5435(अ).— समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित, विदेश व्यापार नीति (एफटीपी), 2023 के पैरा 1.02 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1992 की धारा 5 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कें द्र सरकार एतदद्वारा अधिसूचित करती है कि निर्यातित उत्पादों पर लगने वाले शुल्क और करों की छू ट (आरओडीटीईपी) स्कीम दिनांक 31 दिसंबर, 2026 तक जारी रहेगी और घरेलू प्रशुल्क क्षेत्र (डीटीए) इकाइयों, अमिि प्राधिकार पत्र (एए) धारकों, विशेष र्आर्थक क्षेत्र (एसईजेड) इकाइयों और निर्यातोन्मुख इकाइयों द्वारा किए गए निर्यात के लिए उपलब्ध रहेगी।
2. दिनांक 30 सितंबर, 2026 को लागू मौजूदा आरओडीटीईपी दरें और मूल्य सीमा, जैसा कि परिशिष्ट 4द और 4दङ में अधिसूचित है, उक्त समयावधि के दौरान अपरिर्वर्तत रहेगी।
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] इस अधिसूचना का प्रभाव: आरओडीटीईपी स्कीम का विस्तार कर दिया गया है और यह दिनांक 31 दिसंबर, 2026 तक डीटीए, एए, एसईजेड और ईओयू के पात्र निर्यातकों पर लागू रहेगी।इसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी के अनुमोदन से जारी किया जाता है।

Subject: Continuation of RoDTEP Scheme till December 31st, 2026 - reg.
S.O. 5435(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, as amended, read with Paragraph 1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby notifies that the Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) Scheme shall continue up to 31st December 2026 and shall be available for exports made by Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) units, Advance Authorisation (AA) holders, Special Economic Zone (SEZ) units and Export Oriented Units (EOUs). 2. The existing RoDTEP rates and value caps, as notified in Appendix 4R and Appendix 4RE, as applicable on September 30, 2026, shall continue unchanged during the aforesaid period. 3. The other terms and conditions governing the Scheme shall remain unchanged.
Effect of this Notification: The RoDTEP Scheme is extended and shall apply to eligible exports from DTA, AA, SEZ, and EOU units up to 31st December 2026.
