का.आ. 5417(अ).— के न्रीय सरकार, उर्वरक (अकार्बनिक, कार्बनिक या मितिि) (नियंत्रण) आदेश, 1985 के खंड 38 क के उपखंड (1) के अनुसरण में, कें रीय जैव प्रेरक समिति का गठन करती है, जिसमें निम्नलिखित सदस्य होंगे, अर्थात:-
| 1. | क ृ षि आयुक्त, कृ षि एवं किसान कल्याण विभाग । | अध्यक्ष,पदेन |
| 2. | स्वास्थ्य सेवा महानिदेशक । | सदस्य,पदेन |
| 3. | उप महानिदेशक, राष्ट्रीय संसाधन प्रबंधन प्रभाग, भारतीय कृ षि अनुसंधान परिषद् । | सदस्य,पदेन |
| 4. | उप महानिदेशक, फसल विज्ञान प्रभाग, भारतीय कृ षि अनुसंधान परिषद् । | सदस्य,पदेन |

2. समिति की पदावधि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से पांच वर्ष की होगी।
3. समिति के सदस्य, उसकी बैठकों में उपास्थित होने के लिए विर्निर्दष्ट दरों पर यात्रा और दैनिक भत्ते प्राप्त करने के हकदार होंगे, अर्थात्:-
(i) समिति का कोई पदेनसदस्य, उस सेवा के लिए लागू दरों पर प्राप्त करने का हकदार होगा जिससे वह सम्बंधित है; और
(ii) कोई गैर-सरकारी सदस्य, इस संबंध में के न्रीय सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी आदेशों के अनुसार हकदार होगा।
4. के न्रीय सरकार, इस आदेश के अधीन समिति के कायों के निर्वहन के लिए आवश्यक समझे जाने पर, अन्य सदस्यों को समिति के कर्मचारी के तौर पर उपलब्ध कराएगी ।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 30th September, 2026
S.O. 5417(E).— In pursuance of sub-clause (1) of clause 38 A of the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, the Central Government hereby constitutes the Central Biostimulant Committee consisting of the following members, namely:-
| 1. | Agriculture Commissioner, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. | Chairperson, ex officio. |
| 2. | Director General of Health Services. | Member, ex officio. |
| 3. | Deputy Director General, National Resource Management Division of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research. | Member, ex officio. |
| 4. | Deputy Director General, Crop Science Division of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research. | Member, ex officio. |
| 5. | Joint Secretary, Integrated Nutrient Management Division of Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. | Member, ex officio. |
| 6. | Director, Central Fertilizer Quality Control and Training Institute, Faridabad. | Member, ex officio. |
| 7. | Director, Indian Toxicology Research Centre, Lucknow. | Member, ex officio. |
| 8. | Deputy Secretary, Integrated Nutrient Management Division of Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. | Member Secretary, ex officio. |
2. The term of office of the Committee shall be five years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
3. The members of the Committee shall be entitled to draw travelling and daily allowances at the rates specified below while attending its meetings, namely:-
(i) an ex officio member of the Committee shall be entitled at the rates applicable to the service to which he belongs; and (ii) a non-official member shall be entitled in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

4. The Central Government shall provide such other members as staff of the Committee, as it may consider necessary, for carrying out its functions under this Order.
