रेलवे अधिनियम 1989 की धारा 20ए के तहत सूचना

का.आ. 5429(अ).— रेलवे (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 1989(24/89) (जिसे इसके बाद उक्त अधिनियम कहा

गया है) की धारा 20ए की उप-धारा(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के तहत, कें द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट होने के बाद कि सार्वजनिक उद्देश्य के लिए, भूमि, जिसका संक्षिप्त विवरण यहां संलग्न अनुसूची में दिया गया है, विशेष रेलवे परियोजना के निष्पादन के लिए आवश्यक है, अर्थात्, आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य के विजयनगरम जिले में "विशाखापत्तनम डिवीजन (पहले वाल्टेयर डिवीजन) की हावड़ा-विशाखापत्तनम मेन लाइन पर चीपुरुपल्ली - गारिविडी स्टेशनों के बीच किमी 789/33-35 पर स्थित मैन-युक्त एल.सी संख्या 448 को बंद करके उसके स्थान पर रोड ओवर ब्रिज का निर्माण।" इसके द्वारा एसी भूमि का अधिग्रहण करने का इरादा घोषित करती है।

उक्त भूमि में हितबद्ध कोई भी व्यक्ति, अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से (30) तीस दिन की अवधि के भीतर, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20घ की उपधारा (1) के अधीन प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसी भूमि के अर्जन पर आपत्ति उठा सके गा।

प्रत्येक आपत्ति, सक्षम प्राधिकारी अर्थात भूमि अधिग्रहण के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी (काला) संयुक्त कलेक्टर (जे .सी )/विजयनगरम को "विशाखापत्तनम डिवीजन विशाखापत्तनम मेन लाइन पर

(1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] चीपुरुपल्ली - गारिविडी स्टेशनों के बीच किमी 789/33-35 पर स्थित मैन -युक्त एल.सी संख्या 448 को बंद करके उसके स्थान पर रोड ओवर ब्रिज का निर्माण।" के संबंध में लिखित रूप में आवेदन प्रस्तुत की जाएगी तथा ऐसे आपत्ति के आधार निधारित किया जाएंगा और सक्षम प्राधिकारी, आपत्तिकर्ता को चाहे वह व्यक्तिगत रूप से हो या फिर किसी विधि व्यवसायी के माध्यम से, सुनवाई का अवसर देगा, और ऐसे आपत्तियां सुनने के पश्चात् और आवश्यक आगे की जांच, यदि कोई हो, करने के पश्चात्, जैसा कि सक्षम प्राधिकारी आवश्यक समझे आपत्तियों को स्वीकार या अस्वीकार कर सके गा।

उक्त अधिनियम के 20D की उप-धारा(2) के अंतर्गत सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी किया गया कोई भी आदेश को अंतिम माना जाएगा। इस अधिसूचना के अंतर्गत आने वाली भूमि की योजनाएं और अन्य विवरण उपलब्ध हैं और इच्छु क व्यक्ति द्वारा सक्षम प्राधिकारी के उपरोक्त कार्यालय में उनका निरीक्षण किया जा सकता है।

NOTIFICATION

Visakhapatnam, the 29th September, 2026

Notice under Section 20A of the Railways Act-1989

S.O. 5429(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways (Amendment) Act, 1989 (24/89) (herein after referred as the said Act.), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the Land, brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed here to is required for the execution of Special Railway Project, namely, "Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of closing of manned LC No 448 at Km 789/33-35 between Cheepurupalli - Garividi Stations on the Howrah – Visakhapatnam Main Line of Visakhapatnam Division (Erstwhile Waltair Road Division)" in Vizianagaram district in the state of Andhra Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may within a period of (30) thirty days from the date of publication of the notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act.

Every objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely Competent Authority for Land Acquisition (CALA) i.e. the Joint Collector (JC), Vizianagaram for Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of closing of manned LC No 448 at Km 789/33-35 between Cheepurupalli - Garividi Stations on the Howrah – Visakhapatnam Main Line of Visakhapatnam Division (Erstwhile Waltair Road Division) in writing, and shall set out grounds thereof and competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or through a legal practitioner and may after hearing all such objections and after making such further inquiry if any as the competent authority thinks necessary by order either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of 20D of the said Act shall be final. The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
