रेलवे अधिनियम 1989 (24 of 1989) की धारा 7A के तहत

का.आ. 5456(अ).— के न्रीय सरकार, रेल अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया हैI) की धारा 2 के खंड (7 क) प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से नीचे दी गई सारणी, "मनमाड - इंदौर नई लाइन {नई लाइन मनमाड से नया धुले और नरडाणा से डॉ. आंबेडकर नगर (309.43 Kms)}" "विशेष रेलवे परियोजना" की विशेष रेल परियोजना के भूमि अधिग्रहण करने हेतु मध्य प्रदेश राज्य के धार जिला में निष्पादन, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन, और संचालन के लोक प्रयोजन के लिए नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तम्भ में उल्लेखित अधिकारी को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे प्राधिकारी के रूप में कृ त्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिएसक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है | 7655 GI/2026 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] सारणी

NOTIFICATION

Mumbai, the 5th October, 2026

Under clause 7A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989)

S.O. 5456(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorize the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table below as "Competent Authority" to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the special railway project "Manmad-Indore New Line (New Line between Manmad to New Dhule and Nardana to Dr. Ambedkar Nagar (309.43 Kms)" in Dhar District mentioned in Column of the said table for the public purpose of execution maintenance, Management and operation of such Special Railway Project.
