फा.सं. एलडी/सीएल/0024/2025/एमआईएससी/एफ100-ओ/ओ उप निदेशक (सीएल).— दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण ने व्यावसायिक कें द्रों की एकीकृ त स्कीमों के मामले में समामेलन हेतु दरों को अपेक्षित प्रभारों के भुगतान की शर्त के अधीन का.आ.सं. 2337(ई) दिनांक 26 मई, 2023 द्वारा अधिसूचित किया था। अब दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण कें द्र सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का 61) की धारा 57 की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा प्रभारों में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है:-
1. व्यावसायिक कें द्रों की एकीकृ त स्कीमों के लिए लागू समामेलन प्रभार व्यावसायिक संपत्तियों के लिए रा.रा.क्षे.
दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा यथा अधिसूचित र्सर्क ल दरों की 2.5% (ढाई प्रतिशत) की दर से देय होंगे, जो नीति के अन्तर्गत समामेलन के लिए अनुरोध प्रस्तुत करने की तिथि को प्रचलित होंगी। ये दरें समामेलित प्लॉट के कु ल क्षेत्रफल पर लागू होंगी।
2. ऐसे मामलों में, जहां प्लॉटों को पूर्व अनुमति के बिना अथवा प्रदान की गई अनुमति की शतों का पालन किए बिना समामेलित किया गया है और समामेलन के नियमितीकरण के लिए आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया है, वहां दरों के 5% 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] ये प्रभार भारत सरकार द्वारा आगे संशोधन किए जाने और अधिसूचना जारी किए जाने तक लागू रहेंगे।

New Delhi, the 5th October, 2026
F. No. LD/CL/0024/2025/MISC/F100-O/o DY. DIRECTOR (CL).— The DDA had notified the rates for amalgamation in case of integrated schemes of commercial centres vide S.O. No. 2337(E) dated 26th May 2023 subject to payment of requisite charges. Now in exercise of power conferred by Sub-Section (1) of section 57 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), the Delhi Development Authority with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby revises the charges as follows:
1. The amalgamation charges applicable for the integrated schemes of commercial centres would be payable @2.5% (Two and half percent) of the Circle rates for commercial properties as notified by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi prevailing on the date of submission of request for amalgamation under the policy. These rates shall apply on total area of the amalgamated plot.
2. In cases, where the plots have been amalgamated without prior permission or without complying with the terms of permission so granted, and an application is filed for regularization of amalgamation, additional charges @ 5% (Five percent) of the rates will also be payable.
These charges will remain in force till further modification and notification by the Govt. of India.
