सा.का.नि. 866(अ).— कें द्रीय सरकार, रेल अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 20A के उपखंड (I) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये, ये समाधान हो जाने के पश्चात् कि लोक प्रयोजन के लिए, यह भूमि, जिसका संक्षिप्त विवरण इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में दिया गया है "गुजरात राज्य में जिला अहमदाबाद में पश्चिम रेलवे के भावनगर डिवीजन के साबरमती डी के बिन - सखेज सेक्शन (21 किमी) दोहरीकरण कार्य" नाम की विशेष रेल परियोजना के निष्पादन के लिये आवश्यक है, ऐसी भूमि के अर्जन करने के आशय की घोषणा करती है;

उक्त भूमि के कोई हितबद्ध व्यक्ति, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीस दिन के भीतर, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20D की उप-धारा (I) के अधीन उपयु र्क्त प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसी भूमि के अर्जन और उपयोग के संबंध में अपनी आपति प्रकटकर सके गा;

ऐसी प्रत्येक आपति सक्षम प्राधिकारी एवं अतिरिक्त विशेष द्वितीय भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिकारी, प्रथमतल, आपदा प्रबंधन भवन, महसूल भवन, कलेक्टर ऑफिस, सुभाषब्रिज सर्क ल के पास, अहमदाबाद को लिखित रुप मे किया जाएगा जो कि आक्षेप का आधार होगा। सक्षम प्राधिकारी आक्षेपकर्ता को व्यक्तिगत रुप से या कानुनी प्रेक्टिशनर के माध्यम से सुनवाई 7695 GI/2026

का अवसर प्रदान करेगा और सभी ऐसे आक्षेपों की सुनवाई और जांच करने के पश्चात्, यदि आवश्यक समझे तो, आदेश द्वारा या तो आपतियों का अनुज्ञात कर सके गा या अननुज्ञात करेगा

उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20D की उप-धारा (II) के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा दिया गया आदेश अंतिम होगा।

इस अधिसूचना के अधीन आने वाली भूमि की भूमि योजना और अन्य ब्यौरे उपलब्ध हैं और हितबद्ध व्यक्ति द्वारा सक्षम प्राधिकारी के उक्त उल्लेखित कार्यालय में उनका निरीक्षण किया जा सकता है।

NOTIFICATION

Mumbai, the 7th October, 2026

G.S.R. 866(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has been given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for execution of the Special Railway Project, namely "Doubling of Sabarmati D Cabin - Sarkhej Section (21 KM) on Bhavnagar Division of Western Railway in District of Ahmedabad, State of Gujarat", hereby declares its intention to acquired such land.

Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (I) of section 20D of the said Act.

Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Second Additional Special Land Acquisition Officer, First Floor, Disaster Management Building, Collector Office, Near. Subhash Bridge Circle, Ahmedabad in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (II) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be final.

The Land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
