एर्नाकु लम, 24 सितम्बर, 2026
का.आ. 5495(अ).— रेलवे (संशोधन) अधिनियम-2008 की धारा 2 के खंड (7A) के तहत मिली शक्तियों का इस्तेमाल करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार नीचे दी गई तालिका के कॉलम (3) में बताए गए अधिकारियों को "सक्षम प्राधिकारी" के तौर पर अधिकृ त करती है। ये अधिकारी उक्त अधिनियम के तहत उस प्राधिकारी के रूप में काम करेंगे। यह आदेश सरकारी गजट में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से लागू होगा और के रल राज्य में उन विशेष रेलवे परियोजनाओं पर लागू होगा जो तालिका के कॉलम (4) में बताए गए जिलों से संबंधित हैं। यह आदेश इन परियोजनाओं में भूमि अधिग्रहण के कार्यान्वयन , रखरखाव, प्रबंधन और संचालन के लिए लागू होगा। ।

NOTIFICATION
Ernakulam, the 24th September, 2026
S.O. 5495(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Amendment) Act-2008, the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers nominated in column (3) of the Table below as "Competent Authority" to perform the function as such authority under the said act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of the Special Railway Projects in the State of Keralam relating to Districts mentioned in Column (4) of the said table for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of land acquisition in such Railway Project.
