का.आ. 5552(अ).— (1) कें द्रीय रेशम बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का 61) की धारा 14ख की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जिसे कें द्रीय रेशम बोर्ड (न्यायनिर्णयन और जांच करने की रीति तथा शास्ति अधिरोपण) नियम, 2026 के नियम 9 के साथ पढ़ा जाए, कें द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन न्यायनिर्णायक अधिकारी द्वारा पारित आदेशों के विरुद्ध अपीलों की सुनवाई के प्रयोजन हेतु सदस्य सचिव, कें द्रीय रेशम बोर्ड को अपीलीय प्राधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है।
(2) यह अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होगी।

New Delhi, the 8th October, 2026
S.O. 5552(E).— (1) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14B of the Central Silk Board Act, 1948 (61 of 1948), read with rule 9 of the Central Silk Board (Adjudication and Manner of Holding Inquiry and Imposition of Penalty) Rules, 2026, the Central Government hereby appoints the Member Secretary, Central Silk Board, as the appellate authority for the purpose of hearing appeals against the orders passed by the adjudicating officer under the said Act.
(2) This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
