का.आ. 5551(अ).— कें द्रीय रेशम बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का 61) की धारा 14ख की उप-धारा (1) के साथ पठित कें द्रीय रेशम बोर्ड (न्यायिक निर्णय, जांच करने की पद्धति और शास्ति अधिरोपण) नियम, 2026 के नियम 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा अधिनियम की धारा 14 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (क) और (ग) तथा धारा 14क के अधीन जांच करने और शास्तियां अधिरोपित करने के प्रयोजनों के लिए, निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को उनके सामने उल्लिखित अधिकार क्षेत्रों के संबंध में न्यायिक अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है, नामत:-

(2) न्यायिक अधिकारियों द्वारा पारित आदेशों के विरुद्ध अपीलें, यदि कोई हों, कें द्रीय रेशम बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1948 की धारा 14ख की उप-धारा (2) के अधीन कें द्र सरकार द्वारा नियुक्त अपीलीय प्राधिकारी के समक्ष प्रस्तुत की जाएंगी।
(3) न्यायिक अधिकारियों द्वारा प्राप्त सभी शिकायतों का निपटारा कें द्रीय रेशम बोर्ड (न्यायिक निर्णय, जांच करने की पद्धति एवं शास्ति अधिरोपण) नियम, 2026 में र्निर्दष्ट प्रक्रिया के अनुसार किया जाएगा, तथा न्यायिक अधिकारी कें द्रीय रेशम बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1948 और उक्त नियमों के अधीन उन्हें प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगे एवं कायों का निर्वहन करेंगे।
(4) यह अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th October, 2026
S.O. 5551(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 14B of the Central Silk Board Act, 1948 (61 of 1948) read with rule 4 of the Central Silk Board (Adjudication and Manner of Holding Inquiry and Imposition of Penalty) Rules, 2026, the Central Government hereby appoints the following officers as the adjudicating officers for the purposes of holding inquiries and imposing penalties under clauses (a) and (c) of sub- section (1) of section 14 and section 14A of the Act, in respect of the jurisdictions indicated against each of them, namely: -

(2) The appeals, if any, against the orders passed by the adjudicating officers shall lie before the appellate authority appointed by the Central Government under sub-section (2) of section 14B of the Central Silk Board Act, 1948.
(3) All complaints received by the adjudicating officers shall be dealt with in accordance with the procedure specified in the Central Silk Board (Adjudication and Manner of Holding Inquiry and Imposition of Penalty) Rules, 2026, and the adjudicating officers shall exercise the powers and discharge the functions conferred upon them under the Central Silk Board Act, 1948 and the said rules.
(4) This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
