का.आ. 5562(अ).— लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 67 के अनुसरण में, निम्नलिखित घोषणा, जिसमें ऐसे अभ्यर्थी का नाम अंर्तर्वष्ट है, जो पमििी बंगाल राज्य से राज्य सभा के उस स्थान को, जो श्रीमती रुक्मिणी मल्लिक की उनकी पदावधि, जो तारीख 2 अप्रैल, 2032 को सम्मिलित करते हुए 2 अप्रैल, 2032 तक थी, के अवसान से पूर्व तारीख 16 जुलाई, 2026 को त्यागपत्र देने के कारण रिक्त हो गया था, भरने के लिए, सर्वसाधारण की जा379379नकारी के लिए प्रकाशित की जाती है:-

S.O. 5562(E).— In pursuance of section 67 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the following declaration containing the name of the candidate elected to fill the seat in the Council of States from the State of West Bengal that fell vacant on 16th July, 2026 by reason of resignation of Smt. Rukmini Mallik, before the expiration of her term of office which was up to and including 2nd April, 2032, is published for general information:-
