भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड
(म्यूचुअल फं ड) (दूसरा संशोधन) विनियम, 2026
फा. सं. सेबी/एलएडी-एनआरओ/जीएन/2026/324.—बोर्ड, भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1992 (1992 का 15) की धारा 11(2)(ग) के साथ पठित धारा 30 द्वारा प्रदान की गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्द्वारा भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड (म्यूचुअल फं ड) विनियम, 2026 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, अर्थात् - 1. इन विनियमों को भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड (म्यूचुअल फं ड) (दूसरा संशोधन) विनियम, 2026 कहा जा सके गा ।
2. ये विनियम राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से एक सौ अस्सीवें दिन लागू होंगे ।
3. भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड (म्यूचुअल फं ड) विनियम, 2026 में, -
(I) अध्याय-V में, विनियम 28 में, शब्दों "पाँचवीं अनुसूची में" की जगह शब्द, अंक तथा चिह्न "भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड (इंटरमीडियरी) विनियम, 2008 के अध्याय - IIIघ में" आ जाएँगे ।
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] (II) अध्याय-XVI में, विनियम 81(ठ) में, शब्दों "जारी किया गया विज्ञापन पाँचवीं अनुसूची में" की जगह शब्द, अंक तथा चिह्न "जारी किए गए विज्ञापन से भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड (इंटरमीडियरी) विनियम, 2008 के अध्याय- IIIघ में" आ जाएँगे ।
(III) पाँचवीं अनुसूची हट जाएगी ।

भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड (म्यूचुअल फं ड) विनियम, 2026 (अधिसूचना फा. सं. सेबी/एलएडी- एनआरओ/जीएन/2026/294) 15 जनवरी, 2026 को भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित हुए थे, और जो अंतिम बार 7 जुलाई, 2026 को भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड (म्यूचुअल फं ड) (संशोधन) विनियम, 2026 (अधिसूचना सं. सेबी/एल.ए.डी.- एन.आर.ओ./जी.एन/2026/307) द्वारा संशोधित हुए थे ।

SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (MUTUAL FUNDS)
(SECOND AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2026
F. No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2026/324.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 read with section 11(2)(c) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Board hereby makes the following regulations to further amend the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 2026, namely—
1. These Regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Mutual Funds) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2026.
2. They shall come into force on the one hundred eightieth day from the date of publication of these regulations in the Official Gazette.
3. In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 2026, -
(I) In Chapter V, in regulation 28, the words "in the Fifth Schedule" shall be substituted with the words "in Chapter IIID of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008".
(II) In Chapter XVI, in regulation 81(l), the words "in Fifth Schedule" shall be substituted with the words "in Chapter IIID of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008".
(III) Fifth Schedule shall be omitted.

SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2026/307.
