अतः अत्र, निर्वाचन आयोग उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 10-च के अनुसरण में गगगनि तुकाराय काम्बले ( जी. टी. ) गवर्नमेंट कॉलोनी, गजराज कॉलोनी के पीछे, विश्राम बाग, सांगली महाराष्ट्र को संसद के किसी भी सदन के या किसी राज्य अथवा संघ राज्य क्षेत्र की विधान सभा अथवा विधान परिषद् के सदस्य चुने जाने और होने के लिए इस आदेश की तारोख से तीन वर्ष की कालावधि के लिए निर्हित घोषित करता है

सी. आर . ब्रह्मम्, सचिव श्रा . ग्र . 1.--धतः, निर्वाचन आयोग का समाधन हो गया है कि 46-सांगली संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र मे लोक सभा के लिए साधारण निर्वाचन में , निर्वाचन लड़ने वाले गणपति तुकाराम काम्बले (जी. टी. ) , गवर्नमेन्ट कॉलोनी, गजराज कॉलोनी के पीछे, विश्राम बाग, मांगली महाराष्ट्र लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 और तद्दीन बनाए गए नियमों द्वारा श्रपेक्षित अपने निर्वाचन व्ययों का कोई भी लेखा दाखिल करने में असफल रहे है ।

New Delhi , the 7th November , 2000 और यह उजन अभ्यर्थी ने सम्यक् सूचना दिए जाने पर भी उक्त असफलता के लिए कोई कारण प्रथवा स्पष्टीकरण नहीं दिया है या उनके द्वारा दिए गए अभ्या वेदनों पर यदि कोई हो, विचार करने के पश्चात् निर्वाचन ग्रायोग का समाधान हो गया है कि उनके पास उक्त अजिता के लिए कोई पनि कारण या न्यायोचित्य नहीं

Whereas , the Election Commission of India is satisfied that Ganpati Tukaram Kamble ( G.T. ) Government Colony , behind Gajraj Colony , Vishram- bag, Sangli , Maharashtra , conitesting candidate at the General Election to the Lok Sabha held from the 46- Sangali Parliamentary Constituency has failed to lodge 3491 G1/2000 -1

अतः अव, निर्वाचन आयोग उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 10-क के अणुभरण में पाल्येकर केशव शम्भू, 423 , डाभोलवाडा, चापोरा , नारडेज , गोवा को ससद के किसी भी सज्न के या किसी राज्य अथवा सब- राज्य क्षेत्र की विधान सभा अथवा विधान परिषद् के सदस्य चुने जाने और होने के लिए इस आदेश की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की कालावधि के लिए निहित घोषित करता है ।
And whereas , the said candidates have either not furnished any reason or explanation for the said failure even after due notice by the Election Commission or after considering the representation made by them , if any, the Election Commission is satisfied that they have no good reason or justification for the said failure;

New Delhi , the 7th November , 2000 Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 10A of the said Act , the Election Commission hereby declares Ganpati Tukaram Kamble ( G.T. ) Government Colony, behind Gajraj Colony, Vishrambag , Sangli , Maharash- tra to be disqualified for being chosen as and for being a member of either house of Parliament or the Legislative Assembly or Legislative Council of a State or Union Territory for a period of three years from the date of this order .

O.N. 2. Whereas , the Election Commission of India is satisfied that Palvekar Keshav Shambhu , 423 , Dabholwada, Chapora , Bardez , Goa at the General Election to the Goa Legislative Assembly and held from the 5 - Mapusa Assembly constituency has failed to lodge any account of his her election expenses as required by the Representation of the People Act , 1951 and the Rules made thereunder ;

And whereas, the said candidates have either not furnished any reason or explanation for the said failure even after due notice by the Election Commission or after considering the representation made by them, it any, the Election Commission is satisfied that they have no good reason or justification for the said failure;
श्रा . श्र . 2 यतः निर्वाचन श्रायोग का समाधान हो गया है कि 5-मापुसा विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र मे गोवा विधान सभा के लिए हुए साधारण निर्वाचन में, निर्वाचन लड़ने वाले , पाल्येकर केशव शम्भ, 423 , डाभोलवाडा, धापोरा , बारडेज , गोवा , लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 और तद्धीन बनाए गए नियमों द्वारा अपेक्षित अपने निर्वाचन व्ययों का कोई भी लेखा दाखिल करने में असफल रहे हैं;
as Now, therefore , in pursuance of section 10A of the said Act , the Election Commission hereby declares Palvekar Keshav Shambhu , 423 , Dabholwada , Chapora Bardez , Goa to be disqualified for being chosen and for being a member of either House of Parliament or the Legislative Assembly or Legislative Council of a State or Union Territory for a period of three years from the date of this order .

और यतः उक्त अभ्यर्थी ने सम्यक सूचना दिए जाने पर भी उक्त असफलता के लिए या तो कोई कारण अथवा स्पष्टीकरण' नहीं दिया है या उनके द्वारा दिए गए अभ्या- बेदनों पर, यदि कोई हो, विचार करने के पश्चात् निर्वाचन आयोग का यह समाधान हो गया है कि उनके पास उक्त असफलता के लिए कोई पर्याप्त कारण या न्यायौचित्य नहीं है ;

आ. भ्र . 3-यनः निर्वाचन आयोग का समाधान हो गया है कि नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2) में यया विनिर्दिष्ट विधान सभा के साधारण निर्वाचन के लिए जो स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट निर्वाचन क्षेत्र मे हुआ है स्तम्भ (4) में उसके सामने विनिदिष्ट निर्वाचन लड़ने वाला प्रत्येक अभ्यर्थी, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 तथा तद्धीन बनाए गए नियमों द्वारा अपेक्षित उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 5 ) में यथा दर्शित अपने निर्वाचन त्यत्रों का लेखा दाखिल करने में असफल रहा है ;
औ याः उक्न अभ्यर्थियों ने सम्यक् मुचना दिए जाने पर भी उक्त अगफलता के लिए या तो कोई कारण अथवा स्पष्टीकरण नहीं दिया है या उनके द्वारा दिए गए अभ्यावेदनों पर, यदि कोई हो, विचार करने के पश्चात् निर्वाच आयोग का यह समाधान हो गयया है कि उनके पास उक्त असफलता के निए कोई पर्याप्त कारण या न्यायोचित्म नहीं है ;

अलः अब, निर्वाचन श्रायोग उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 10-क के अनुभरण में नीचे को सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 4) में विनिदिष्ट व्यक्तियों को संसद के किसी भी सदन के या किसी राज्य या संघ राज्य क्षेत्र की विधान सभा अथवा विधान परिषद् के सदस्य चुने जाने ग्रार होने के लिए इरा आदेश की तारीख में तीन वर्ष की कालावधि के लिए निरहित घोषित करता है:-

Patan , Dist, Satara , Maharashtra " shall be deleted and be substituted by the entry "Patankar Kishor Jayashingrao AP Tarale , Tal . Patan , Dist . Satara , Maharashtra " .
आ. अ. 4-लॉक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 10 क के अधीन जारी ग्रायोग के तारीख 9 अक्तूबर , 2000 के आदेण मं . 706/महा-वि. म./ 99 में 265- पाटन विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से सबंधित क्रम सं . 37 के समक्ष प्रकट हो रही प्रविष्टि अर्थात् "पाटनकर विक्रम सिंह रणजीत मिह , शिखा भानुशन 749/1 , स्थान/पोस्ट पाटन, नाल्क-पाटन , जिला मतारा , महाराष्ट्र" हटाई जाएगी और " पाटनकर किशोर जयमिह राव , म्थान/पोस्ट नागले , तालुक-पान , जिला मृताग महाराष्ट्र" प्रविष्टि में प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।

नई दिल्ली, 29 नवम्बर , 2000 द्वारा का श्रा . अ . 5-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 ( 1950 का 43 ) की धारा 13 -क की उप -धारा ( 1 ) प्रदत्त शक्तियों प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग मिजोरम सरकार थे परामर्श में एतद्वारा श्रीमती एल . टोळांग , ग्राई . ए. एस. क स्थान पर श्री होख्म होजेल, श्राई. ए. एम. ए. जी. एम. यू. 7.1 ) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख में आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए मिजोरम राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करना है ।
2. आयोग, मिजोरम राज्य में पूरे समय के लिए मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी हेतु जोर नही दे रहा है और श्री होग्खुम होजेल को अपना निर्यामन अतिरिक्त कार्यभार रखने की अनुमति देता है ।

आ. श्र . 6-निर्वाचन श्रायांग का समाधान हो गया है कि नीचे को मान्णी के सम्म ( 2 ) मे पथा विदिष्ट मध्य प्रदेश विधान सभा के लिये माधारण निर्वाचन, 1998 के लिये जी स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में विनिदिष्ट निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में हुआ है, स्तम्भ ( 4 ) में उसके सामने विलिंर्दिष्ट निर्वाचन जड़ने वाला प्रत्येक अभ्यर्थी, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 नथा नद्धीन बनाये गये नियमों द्वारा अपेक्षित उक्न नाग्णी के म्नम्भ ( 5 ) मे यथा दशित ग्रने निर्वाचन व्ययों का लेखा दाखिल करने में असफल रहा है , और उक्त अभियों ने सम्यक् सूचना दिये जाने पर भी उक्त प्रमफलता के लिये नहीं दिया है और निर्वाचन आयोग का यह समाधान हो गया है कि उनके तम उक्त कारण का न्यायोचित्य नहीं है, काई कारण ग्रथवा स्पष्टीकरण असफलता के लिये कोर्ट पर्याप्त अतः अब निर्वाचन श्रायोग उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 10-क के अनुसरण में नोने की मारणी के स्वम्भ ( 4 ) में विनिदिष्ट व्यक्तियों को संसद के किसी भो सदन के या किसी राज्य को विधान सभा अथवा विधान परिषद् के सदस्य चुने जाने और होने के लिये आदेश की तारीख में तीन वर्ष की कालावधि के लिये निरहिन घोषित करता है:-- निर्वाचन का विवरण

ग्रा. ग्र. 7 पन निर्वाचन प्रायोग का समाधान हो गया है कि उन्करीमगज उत्तर विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में विधान सभा, 2000 के लिए उप निर्वाचन लड़ने वाले अभ्यर्थी श्री श्रबुल हसन चौधरी, माव-मालपुर, पो प्रयंलाबारी, जिला करीमगंज, ग्रयम लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम 1951 तथा नवीन बना० गए नियमों के अधीन निर्वाचन रुपया का लेखा अपेक्षित हग में दाविल करने में असफल रहे है , और
ओर अबुल हसन चौधरी ने सम्यक् गुचना दिए जाने पर भी उवन असफलता के लिए या तो कार्ड कारण अथवा स्पष्टीकरण नहीं दिया है और निर्वाचन आयोग का समाधान हो गया है कि उनके पास उक्त असफलता के लिए कोई पर्याप्त कारण या न्यायौचित्य नहीं है ।
अतः अब, निर्वाचन ग्रायांग लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम 1951 की धाग 10 -क के श्रनुमरण में श्री अबुल हसन चौधरी को समद के किसी भी मदन के या किसी राज्य की विधान सभा अथवा विधान परिषद् के सदस्य चुने जाने और होने के लिए उम आदेश की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की कालार्वाध के लिए निर्गहन घोषित करता है ।
