यह आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को सामान्य जानकारी के लिये भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाये
एम ० एम ० कौशिक, सं ० 11026/ 9/98 -पी० एस ० ए० पुलिस ( आन्तरिक सुरक्षा सेवा ) पदक के मम्बन्ध में 20 सितम्बर , 2000 को अधिसूचित राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय की अधिसूचना सं० 142- प्रेस/2000की चौथी संविधि और 20 सितम्बर, की अधिसूचना के पैरा एक के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार ने यह निर्णय लिया है कि" पुलिस (आन्तरिक सुरक्षा सेवा ) पदक ऐसे पुलिस कर्मियों को प्रदान किया जायेगा जिन्होंने आन्ध्र प्रदेश, अरुणाचल प्रदेश , असम , बिहार, झारखण्ड, जम्मू व कश्मीर , मध्य प्रदेश , छत्तीसगढ़ , महाराष्ट्र, मणिपुर, उडीसा, नागालैंड और त्रिपुरा में 1 जनवरी , 1989 में विद्रोही - विरोधी अथवा आन्तरिक आपरेषानो में कम से कम 2 वर्ष की मेवा की हो । नथापि, आन्ध्र प्रदेश, बिहार, झारखण्ड, मध्य प्रदेश, छत्तीसगढ़ महाराष्ट्र और उड़ीमा में मह पदक केवल उन्ही पुलिम कार्मिकों को ही प्रदान किया

करने के लिये महिलाओ और बच्चों पर कार्य वल की स्थापना के सम्बन्ध में इस विभाग की 14-8-2000 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए कार्य बल का कार्य- काल 31 मार्च, 2001 नक बदा दिया गया है ।
अतः कार्य बल अपन विचारणाय विषया के अन्तर्गत मभी मुद्दो पर अपनी रिपोर्ट भारत सरकार को प्रस्तुत करेगा । कार्य बल के अन्य विचारणीय विषय अपरिवर्तित रहेंगे ।

सं ० 6/ 2/ 97-ट्रांस -विद्युत मंत्रालय के 4 अगस्त, 1997 को जारी समसंख्यक संकल्प मे आणिक संशोधन करते हुए अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबन्ध निदेशक, राजस्थान राज्य विद्युत प्रसारण निगम (आर ० आर ० वी० पी० एन० एल०) को अध्यक्ष, राजस्थान राज्य विद्युत बोर्ड की जगह एन० आर ० ई ० बी० का सदस्य नियुक्त किया जाता है । आदेश दिया जाना है कि इस संकल्प की प्रति सभी राज्य नरकारों, सघ राज्य क्षेत्र के प्रशासनों, प्रधान मंत्री कार्यालय, नन्त्रिमण्डल मचिवालय , संमठीय कार्य मंत्रालय , लोक मभा पचिवालय , गज्य सभा सचिवालय , योजना आयोग , राष्ट्रपति लचिवालय, भारत के नियंत्रक और महालेखापरीक्षक, रेखा नियत्रक, उपभोक्ता मामले , खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय और भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों नथा विभागो को भेजी जाये ।

In accordance with Statute Fourthly of the President's Secretariat Notification No. 142- Pres/2000 notifled on the 20th September , 2000 relating to the " पुलिस ( आन्तरिक सुरक्षा सेवा) पदक" "Police (Antrik, Suraksha Seva) Padak" and Para one of the Notification dated the 20th September , 2000, Government of India have decided that the " पुलिस ( आन्तरिक सुरक्षा सेवा) वक" "Police (Antrik Suraksha Seva ) Padak" shall be awarded to Police Personnel who have rendered / render a minimum of two years service in Counter-Insurgency or Interual Security Operations in Andhra Pradesh , Arunachal Pradesh , Assam, Bihar , Jharkhand , J & K, Madhya Pradesh , Chhattisgarh , Maharashtra , Manipur , Orissa , Nagaland and Tripura with effect from 1st January , 1989. However , the oligibility for the award of this medal in Andhra Pradesh , Bihar, Jhar- khand, Madhya Pradesh , Chhattisgarh , Maharashtra and Orissa shall be restricted to only such police personnel who have served /serve for the above period in area affected by extremism.

The Task Force shall present its report on all issues under its terma of reference to the Govt. of India . Other terms of reference of the Task Force remain unchanged .
