\ The term of the Samili will he three vcai'4- fiom the dftic of its constitution provided that : —
(a) A member, who is a Member of Parliament, ceases to be a Member of the Samiti us won as he ceases 1o be a Member of Parliament.
Ib) Rx-Officio members of the Snmili shall continue as members as Jong as they hold the office by virtue of which ihcy fire members of the Sfimiti.
(c) If ii vacancy arises in the Samiti due to death oi resignation of a member, the member appointed in that capacity shall hold office for ihc residual lerm.

(i) The Hcndquailer of the Samiti shall be at New Delhi but ii may hold its meeliajr at any other station n]so.
