आं. अ . 46.-निर्वाचन आयोग का समाधान हो गया है कि लोकसभा के साधारण निर्वाचन 1998 जो मीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिविष्ट निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से हुआ है, स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में उसके सामने विनिर्दिष्ट निर्वाचन लड़ने वाला प्रत्येक अभ्यर्थी, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 तथा सद्धीन बनाए गए नियमों द्वारा अपेक्षित उक्त सारणी के स्तम् (4) में यथा दशित अपने निर्वाचन व्ययों का लेखा दाखिल करने में असफल रहा है ।
और उक्त अभ्यर्थियों ने सम्यक् सूचना विए जाने पर भी उक्त असफलता के लिए कोई कारण या स्पष्टीकरण नहीं दिया है और निर्वाचन आयोग का यह समाधान हो गया है कि उनके पास उक्त असफलता के लिए कोई पर्याप्त कारण या न्यायौचित्य नहीं है ;
अतः अब , निर्वाचन प्रायोग उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 10~फ के अनुसरण में नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विमिविष्ट व्यक्तियों को संसद के किसी भी सवन के या किसी भी राज्य/ संघ राज्य क्षेत्र की विधान सभा अथवा विधान

O.N. 16. Whereas , the Election Commission is satisfied that the contesting candidate specified in column (3 ) of the Table below at the General Election to the House of the People, 1998 held from the constituency specified in column (2) against his name has failed to lodge an account of his election expenses as mentioned in column (4) of the said Table, as required by the Representation of the People Act, 1951 and the Rules made there under;
And, whereas the said candidate has either not furnished any reason or explanation for the said failures even after due notice to him and the Election Commission is satisfied that he has no good reason or justification for the said failure;

भा.अ. 48.-यत: भारत निर्वाचन आयोग का समाधान हो गया है कि श्री प्रदीप सिंह ग्रा. व पोस्ट पोछल , तह. किश्तवरा, जिला डोडा, जम्मू व कश्मीर जिन्होंने सितम्बर/ अक्टूबर, 1999 में हुए जम्मू व कश्मीर राज्य में लोक सभा के 5 ऊधमपुर लोक सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत से साधारण निर्वाचन सड़ा था, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 और तद्वीन बताए गए नियमों द्वारा अपेक्षित अपने निर्वाचन व्ययों का कोई भी लेखा दाखिल करने में असफल रहे हैं ;
प्रा.भ. 47.--यत: निर्वाचन आयोग का समाधान हो गया है कि श्री बंशीलाल , टाईप 2/11, पी.एन.टी. कालोनी, भवनवा रोड, भोपाल, मध्य प्रदेश के एक अम्बयों जिन्होंने नवम्बर 1998 में हुए मध्य प्रदेश विधान सभा के साधारण निर्वाणम के लिए 245- भोजपुर विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से निर्वाषन लड़ा था , लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 तथा उसके अधीन बनाए गए नियमों के अधीन अपेक्षित अपने निर्वाचन-व्यय का कोई भी लेखा दाखिल करने में असफल रहा है,
और, उक्त अभ्यर्थी ने सम्यक्, सूचमा दिए जाने पर भी उक्त असफलता के लिए कोई कारण अथवा स्पष्टीकरण नहीं दिया है और निर्वाचन आयोग का यह समाधान हो गया है कि उनके पास उक्त असफलता के लिए कोई पर्याप्त कारण या औचित्य नहीं है ;
और यत: उक्त अभ्यर्थी ने सम्यक् सूचना दिए जाने पर भी उक्त असफलता के लिए कोई कारण या स्पष्टीकरण नहीं दिया है और आधीग का यह समाधान हो गया है कि उक्त असफलता के लिए उनके पास कोई पर्याप्त कारण या न्यायोचित्य नहीं है,
अतः अब, निर्वाचन आयोग लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 की धारा 10-क के अनुसरण में इसके द्वारा श्री प्रदीप सिंह को संसद के किसी भी सदन के या किसी राज्य/संघ राज्यक्षेत्र की विधान सभा अथवा विधान परिषद्/संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के सदस्य चुने जाने और होने के लिए आदेश की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की कालावधि के लिए निरहित घोषित करता है । अतः अब, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 10 क के अनुसरण में निर्वाचन आयोग इसके द्वारा यह घोषणा करता है कि उक्त श्री बंशीलाल को संसद के किसी भी सदन के या किसी राज्य/ संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के वियान सभा या विधान परिषद् के सदस्य चुने जाने और होने के लिए इस भादेश की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की कालावधि के लिए निहित घोषित करता है ।

Pochhal, Tehsil Kishtwar , District Doda , Jamu and Kashmir, who contested the General Election to the Lok Sabha, 1999 in the State of Jammu and Kashmir from 5-Udhampur Parliamentary Consti- tuency held in September/ October, 1999 has failed to lodge any account of his election expenses , as required by the Representation of the People Act, 1951 and the Rules made thereunder ;

And whereas, the said candidate even after due notice has not given any reason or explanation for the failure to respond to the notice and the Election Commission is satisfied that he has no good reason or justification for the said failure ;
And whereas , the said candidate has not furnished any reason or explanation for the said failure even after due notice and the Election Commission is thus satisfied that he has no good reason or justification for the said failure;
Now, therefore , in pursuance of section 10 -A of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , the Elec- tion Commission hereby declares said Shri Pardeep Singh to be disqualified for being chosen as , and for being, a member of either House of Parliament or of the Legislative Assembly or Legislative Coun- cil of a State/ Union Territory for a period of three years from the date of this order.
Now , therefore , in pursuance of Section 10A of the said Act, the Election Commission hereby de- clare Shri Banshilal to be disqualified for being chosen as and for being a member of either House of the Parliament or of the Legislative Assembly or Legislative Council of a State Union Territory for a. period of three years from the date of this order.

Now, therefore , in pursuance of section 10-A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 , the Election Commission hereby declares said Shri Manjit Singh to be disqualified for being chosen as , and for being, a member of cither House of Parlia- ment or of the Legislative Assembly or Legislative Council of a State/Union Territory for a period of three years from the date of this order .

आ.श्र . 52-जबकि, निर्वाचन आयोग का समाधान हो गया है क्रि नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में यत्रा- विनिर्दिष्ट फरवरी , 2000 में हुये हरियाणा राज्य की विधान सभा के साधारण निर्वाचन के लिये ओ स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में तदनुरूपी विनिर्दिष्ट निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से हुआ है, के स्तम्भ ( 4) में उसके सामने विनिर्दिष्ट निर्वाचम लड़ने वाला प्रत्येक अभ्यर्थी, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 तथा तद्धीन बनाये गये नियमों द्वारा अपेक्षित उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 5) में यथा- वशित अपने निर्वाचन व्ययों का लेखा वाखिल करने में असफल रहा है ;

Ο.Ν. 52. Whereas , the Election Commission of India is satisfied that the contesting candidates specified in column (4) of the table below at the General Election to the Legislative Assembly of Haryana held in February , 2000 as specified in column ( 2) and held from constituencies correspondingly specified in column (3 ) against their names have failed to lodge account of their election expenses , as shown in column ( 5) of the table as required by the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , and the Rules made thereunder .
And whereas , the said candidates have either not furnished any reason or explanation for the said failure even after due notice of the Election Commission , after considering the representation made by them , if any, the Election Commission is satisfied that they have no good reason or justification for the said failure.
Now, therefore in pursuance of Section 10A of the said Act , the Election Commission hereby declares the persons specified in column ( 4 ) of the table below to be disqualified for being chosen as , and for being , a member of either House of Parliament or of the Legislative Assembly or Legislative Council of a State/Union Territory for a period of three years from the date of this order .
